Gotch-u
I heard a preacher say some years ago, that he had a real dream that really did get his attention. He went on to say: I was dreaming that I was standing on the ridge of this steep hill and overlooking a very high precarious cliff. There were many people just casually walking right over the cliff and plunging to their death below. He said he went to see where they were going and they were falling into the very fires of hell below. The smoke of their torment was coming up after them!
Looking around, he saw jesus standing on the cliff edge and on the face of jesus he saw that jesus was smiling. He was just standing there, and just smiling, as he watched the people go over the cliff.
Then the man ran over to jesus and said to him, “How can you be smiling while watching this? What are you going to do about these people who are perishing in the fires of hell?”
Jesus looked at him and said: “I have done all that I can ever do for these people. Now, what are you going to do?”
“Gotch-u,” He said. I knew I had been had…. I was responsible to warn them!
Jesus died on the cross for the sins of the world. He gave his all and did all he could to save men.
Now, He is telling us we must warn them and we must go stop them short of hell.
