I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I will pray in private to come before my Father/ Abba and to be KNOWN by Him; and my Father/ Abba, who sees in SECRET, will reward me.
  I do not need to pray lengthy prayers for my Father/ Abba KNOWS what I need before I ask Him.
• I decree and declare the Name of my Father/ Abba in Heaven is SANCTIFIED!
  His Kingdom is COME and His WILL is DONE on Earth as it is in Heaven.
  In each of our TOWNS, STATES and COUNTRIES His WILL is coming to FRUITION through His People, His Body.
  We bow before Him knowing that ONLY HIS PLAN will prosper; we SUBMIT to His WILL on Earth as it is in Heaven.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is our PROVISION each day; He supplies our food and drink for our Spirit and Body.
  We declare His ABUNDANT SUPPLY COVERING our Nations.
  May those who have not acknowledged Him HUNGER for the TRUTH through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare I FORGIVE my debtors and those who have transgressed against me.
  As I FORGIVE others, so my Father/ Abba will FORGIVE me!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has COMPASSION on those who FEAR Him. He KNOWS our frame and REMEMBERS that we are but dust.
  His MERCY is from EVERLASTING to EVERLASTING on those who REVERE Him, His RIGHTEOUSNESS to Children’s Children, to those who KEEP His Covenant, who REMEMBER to OBSERVE His Instructions.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has set up His Throne in the Heavens, and His Kingdom RULES over all.
  His Angels, mighty in STRENGTH, PERFORMING HIS WORD, BLESS HIM!
  All His Works EVERYWHERE in His DOMINION BLESS HIS HOLY NAME!
• I decree and declare UNITY in our Governments under the GUIDANCE of the Holy Scriptures and the Hand of God/ Elohim!
  As we UNITE in His TRUTH, no weapon formed against us will prosper.
  As we unite, our borders will, once again, be SECURED.
  Our enemies in the spirit realm and in the physical will be CRUSHED; ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!
• I decree and declare, by the Spirit of God/Ruach Elohim, we DRIVE OUT the spirits of anti-Christ, Jezebel, Baal, and all other evil spirits out of this Nation!
  We will NOT TOLERATE the acts of the enemy for the sake of a false unity.
  We will no longer keep silent, but we will SHOUT FROM THE MOUNTAIN TOPS, “Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah and His Truth alone will RULE in this Nation!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim has given me His ARMOR, that I can stand strong against the schemes of the enemy.
  Our Nations, at the governmental level, are taping into the STRATEGIES OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE.
  It is by the Hand of God/ Elohim, that the Negotiations and Wars will be won!
• I decree and declare that above all, our Nations are RISING IN FAITH, we are taking up the SHIELD OF FAITH with which we are able to EXTINGUISH all the Flaming Arrows of the evil one.
  The Spirit of God/Ruach Elohim is moving within our governments to align all members to His PLAN.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁵ “When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corner so that they may be seen by men.Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full.⁶ But you, when you pray,go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
⁷ “And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words.⁸ So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.
⁹ “Pray, then, in this way:‘Our Father who is in heaven,Hallowed be Your name.¹⁰ ‘Your kingdom come.Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.¹¹ ‘Give us this day our daily bread.¹² ‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.¹³ ‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’
¹⁴ For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.¹⁵ But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.
¹⁶ “Whenever you fast, do not put on a gloomy face as the hypocrites do, for they neglect their appearance so that they will be noticed by men when they are fasting.Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full.¹⁷ But you, when you fast,anoint your head and wash your face¹⁸ so that your fasting will not be noticed by men, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you,” Matthew 6:5-18.

“¹³ Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.¹⁴ For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust. ¹⁵ As for man, his days are like grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes.¹⁶ When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, and its place acknowledges it no longer.¹⁷ But the loving kindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children,¹⁸ To those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them. ¹⁹ The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules overall.²⁰ Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word!²¹ Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will.²² Bless the Lord,all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; bless the Lord, O my soul!” Psalm 103:13-22.

“²⁵ And knowing their thoughts Jesus said to them,“Any kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and any city or house divided against itself will not stand.²⁶ If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself; how then will his kingdom stand?²⁷ If I by Beelzebul cast out demons,by whom do your sons cast them out? For this reason they will be your judges.²⁸ But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.²⁹ Or how can anyone enter the strong man’s house and carry off his property, unless he first binds the strongman? And then he will plunder his house.
³⁰ He who is not with Me is against Me; and he who does not gather with Me scatters.
³¹ “Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.³² Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.
³³ “Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for the tree is known by its fruit,” Matthew 12:25-33.

“¹⁰ Finally,be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might.¹¹ Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.¹² For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.¹³ Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.¹⁴ Stand firm therefore,having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,¹⁵ and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;¹⁶ in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
¹⁸ With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view,be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,¹⁹ and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel,²⁰ for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly,as I ought to speak,” Ephesians 6:10-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
