I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare it is not a small thing to plan evil against GOD’S ANOINTED.
  All the planning and counsel will not turn evil ways to righteousness.
  God in His SOVEREIGNTY knows how to PROTECT HIS OWN!
• I decree and declare what the Lord/ Adonai ORDAINS will come to pass.
  Those who plan to do harm to the RIGHTEOUS will unknowingly agree with God’s will and turn the destruction back on themselves.
  God’s WISDOM and OMNISCIENCE is beyond our understanding.
  DEATH and DESTRUCTION will come upon those who continue to PURSUE EVIL.
• I decree and declare SEEK the Lord/ Adonai while He may be found, CALL on Him while He is near!
  May the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous one his thoughts, let him RETURN to the Lord/ Adonai, so God may have COMPASSION on him, and to our God, for He will ABUNDANTLY PARDON!
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai says, “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways.
  For as the Heavens are higher than Earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
• I decree and declare God’s Word that goes out from His mouth will not return to Him in vain but will ACCOMPLISH what He intends and will succeed in what He sent it out for!
• I decree and declare Heaven and Earth HEAR the WORDS of my mouth!
  May my Teaching trickle like Rain, my Speech distill like dew – like gentle Rain on new grass, like Showers on tender plants.
• I decree and declare I will PROCLAIM the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Name, ASCRIBE GREATNESS to our God/ Elohim!
  The Rock – BLAMELESS is His Work.
  Indeed, ALL HIS WAYS ARE JUST! God/Elohim of FAITHFULNESS without iniquity, RIGHTEOUS and UPRIGHT is He!
• I decree and declare the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Tzav’ot is not corrupt; NO, the blemish is in His Children – a generation crooked and twisted.
  FOOLISH and UNWISE People, is this how you pay back the Lord?
  He is your FATHER Who RANSOMED you.
  He made you and ESTABLISHED you!
• I decree and declare the Most High/ ’Elyon gave Nations their Heritage, when He SEPARATED the sons of man, He set BOUNDARIES for the People by the number of the Children of Israel.
  But the Lord’s/ Adonai’s portion is His People, Jacob/ Ya’akov is the share of His inheritance.
• I decree and declare how great are the DEPTHS of the RICHES of God, both of His WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE!
  How UNSEARCHABLE are His JUDGMENTS and how INCOMPREHENSIBLE are His Ways!
• I decree and declare there is no one who knows the Mind of the Lord/ Adonai or who has been His Counselor.
  No one has given to the Lord/ Adonai first, for FROM HIM and THROUGH HIM and TO HIM are all things!
  To Him be the GLORY FOREVER! Amen!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ So Hushai said to Absalom, “This time the advice that Ahithophel has given is not good.” ⁸ Moreover, Hushai said, “You know your father and his men, that they are mighty men and they are fierce, like a bear robbed of her cubs in the field. And your father is an expert in warfare, and will not spend the night with the people. ⁹ Behold, he has now hidden himself in one of the caves or in another place; and it will be when he falls on them at the first attack, that whoever hears it will say, ‘There has been a slaughter among the people who follow Absalom.’ ¹⁰ And even the one who is valiant, whose heart is like the heart of a lion, will completely lose heart; for all Israel knows that your father is a mighty man and those who are with him are valiant men. ¹¹ But I counsel that all Israel be surely gathered to you, from Dan even to Beersheba, as the sand that is by the sea in abundance, and that you personally go into battle. ¹² So we shall come to him in one of the places where he can be found, and we will fall on him as the dew falls on the ground; and of him and of all the men who are with him, not even one will be left. ¹³ If he withdraws into a city, then all Israel shall bring ropes to that city, and we will drag it into the valley until not even a small stone is found there.” ¹⁴ Then Absalom and all the men of Israel said, “The counsel of Hushai the Archite is better than the counsel of Ahithophel.” For the Lord had ordained to thwart the good counsel of Ahithophel, so that the Lord might bring calamity on Absalom,” 2 Samuel 17:7-14.

“⁶ Seek the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. ⁷ Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. ⁸ “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. ⁹ “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. ¹⁰ “For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; ¹¹ So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it,” Isaiah 55:6-11.

“¹ “Give ear, O heavens, and let me speak; and let the earth hear the words of my mouth. ² “Let my teaching drop as the rain, my speech distill as the dew, as the droplets on the fresh grass and as the showers on the herb. ³ “For I proclaim the name of the Lord; ascribe greatness to our God! ⁴ “The Rock! His work is perfect, for all His ways are just; a God of faithfulness and without injustice, righteous and upright is He. ⁵ “They have acted corruptly toward Him, they are not His children, because of their defect; but are a perverse and crooked generation. ⁶ “Do you thus repay the Lord, O foolish and unwise people? Is not He your Father who has bought you? He has made you and established you. ⁷ “Remember the days of old, consider the years of all generations. Ask your father, and he will inform you, Your elders, and they will tell you. ⁸ “When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, when He separated the sons of man, He set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the sons of Israel. ⁹ “For the Lord’s portion is His people; Jacob is the allotment of His inheritance. ¹⁰ “He found him in a desert land, and in the howling waste of a wilderness; He encircled him, He cared for him, He guarded him as the pupil of His eye. ¹¹ “Like an eagle that stirs up its nest, that hovers over its young, He spread His wings and caught them, He carried them on His pinions. ¹² “The Lord alone guided him, and there was no foreign god with him,” Deuteronomy 32:1-12.

“³³ Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways! ³⁴ For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who became His counselor? ³⁵ Or who has first given to Him that it might be paid back to him again? ³⁶ For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen,” Romans 11:33-36.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
