Declarations & Decrees: God’s Truth Will Prevail in the Land!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare no one is as mighty as the Lord, God of Hosts/ Adonai Elohei-Tzva’ot!
  His FAITHFULNESS surrounds Him. He controls the raging of the Sea; with His STRONG ARM He scatters His foes. The Heavens and Earth are His; He found the World and everything in it.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You created North and South.
  Your ARM is MIGHTY, Your HAND is STRONG, Your RIGHT HAND is LIFTED HIGH! RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE are the Foundation of Your Throne; GRACE and TRUTH attend You!
  How HAPPY are the People who know the JOYFUL SHOUT! THEY WALK IN THE LIGHT OF YOUR PRESENCE, LORD/ ADONAI!
• I decree and declare the People who KNOW You, Lord/ Adonai, REJOICE in Your Name all day and are LIFTED UP by Your RIGHTEOUSNESS, for YOU are the STRENGTH in which they glory.
  OUR POWER GROWS BY PLEASING YOU!
  Our Shield comes from the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai ANOINTS His Chosen Ones with HOLY OIL.
  His Hand is with those who WALK IN HIS WAYS, and His Arm gives them STRENGTH.
  NO ENEMY WILL OUTWIT them, NO WICKED PERSON OVERCOME them.
  God/ Elohim CRUSHES their FOES and STRIKES DOWN those who hate them.
  The Lord’s/ Adonai’s FAITHFULNESS and GRACE are with them; through His Name their POWER will GROW!
• I decree and declare I WHOLEHEARTEDLY GIVE THANKS to the Lord/ Adonai in the Council of the Upright and in the Assembly.
  The DEEDS of the Lord/ Adonai are GREAT, greatly desired by all who enjoy the. His Work is FULL of MAJESTY and SPLENDOR, and His RIGHTEOUSNESS CONTINUES FOREVER!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai shows His People how POWERFULLY HE WORKS by giving them NATIONS as their HERITAGE.
  The Works of His Hands are TRUTH and JUSTICE; all His Precepts can be TRUSTED.
  They have been established FOREVER and EVER, to be carried out TRULY and HONESTLY.
• I decree and declare the FIRST and FOREMOST POINT of WISDOM is the FEAR of the Lord/ Adonai.
  All those living by it gain GOOD COMMON SENSE. HIS PRAISE STANDS FOREVER!
• I decree and declare the UPRIGHT and BLAMELESS will dwell in the PRESENCE of the Lord.
  Those who are WASHED in the Blood of the Lamb, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, may come into His Holy Place.
  The Lord’s People are called to be HOLY for He is HOLY.
• I decree and declare the UPRIGHT keep their tongues from SLANDER; they never do harm to others or SEEK TO DISCREDIT neighbors; they look with scorn on the vile, but HONOR THOSE WHO FEAR the Lord/ Adonai, who hold to an oath, who refuse usury when they lend money and refuse a bribe to damage the innocent.
  THOSE WHO DO THESE THINGS WILL NEVER BE MOVED!
• I decree and declare that those who WAIT FOR THE LORD will NOT BE DISGRACED; disgrace awaits those who break faith for no reason.
  My heart’s cry is that I may KNOW the Ways of the Lord and that I may be CONSTANTLY TAUGHT by Holy Spirit.
  HE GUIDES ME IN TRUTH; He is God Who SAVES me, my HOPE is in Him all day long.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is GOOD, He is FAIR; this is why He teaches sinners the way to live, leads the Humble to do what is right and teaches the Humble to live HIS WAY.
  His Paths are GRACE and TRUTH to those who KEEP HIS COVENANT and INSTRUCTIONS.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai relates INTIMATELY with those who FEAR Him; He makes them KNOW HIS COVENANT.
  Their eyes are ALWAYS DIRECTED TOWARD THE LORD/ ADONAI, for He will FREE THEIR FEET FROM THE NET.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is BRINGING YOU OUT of your distress.
  HE SEES your affliction and suffering and has removed your sin.
  He PROTECTS and RESCUES you and will not allow you to be disgraced, for YOU TAKE REFUGE in the Lord/ Adonai.
  INTEGRITY and UPRIGHTNESS PRESERVES you, because your HOPE is in the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁸ O Lord God of hosts, who is like You, O mighty Lord? Your faithfulness also surrounds You. ⁹ You rule the swelling of the sea; when its waves rise, You still them. ¹⁰ You Yourself crushed Rahab like one who is slain; You scattered Your enemies with Your mighty arm. ¹¹ The heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours; the world and all it contains, You have founded them. ¹² The north and the south, You have created them; Tabor and Hermon shout for joy at Your name. ¹³ You have a strong arm; Your hand is mighty, Your right hand is exalted. ¹⁴ Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; lovingkindness and truth go before You. ¹⁵ How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! O Lord, they walk in the light of Your countenance. ¹⁶ In Your name they rejoice all the day, and by Your righteousness they are exalted. ¹⁷ For You are the glory of their strength, and by Your favor our horn is exalted. ¹⁸ For our shield belongs to the Lord, and our king to the Holy One of Israel. ¹⁹ Once You spoke in vision to Your godly ones, and said, “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people. ²⁰ “I have found David My servant; with My holy oil I have anointed him, ²¹ With whom My hand will be established; My arm also will strengthen him. ²² “The enemy will not deceive him, nor the son of wickedness afflict him. ²³ “But I shall crush his adversaries before him, and strike those who hate him. ²⁴ “My faithfulness and My lovingkindness will be with him, and in My name his horn will be exalted. ²⁵ “I shall also set his hand on the sea and his right hand on the rivers. ²⁶ “He will cry to Me, ‘You are my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.’ ²⁷ “I also shall make him My firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth. ²⁸ “My lovingkindness I will keep for him forever, and My covenant shall be confirmed to him,” Psalm 89:8-28.

“¹ Praise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart, in the company of the upright and in the assembly. ² Great are the works of the Lord; they are studied by all who delight in them. ³ Splendid and majestic is His work, and His righteousness endures forever. ⁴ He has made His wonders to be remembered; the Lord is gracious and compassionate. ⁵ He has given food to those who fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever. ⁶ He has made known to His people the power of His works, in giving them the heritage of the nations. ⁷ The works of His hands are truth and justice; all His precepts are sure. ⁸ They are upheld forever and ever; they are performed in truth and uprightness. ⁹ He has sent redemption to His people; He has ordained His covenant forever; Holy and awesome is His name. ¹⁰ The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who do His commandments; His praise endures forever,” Psalm 111:1-10.

“¹ O Lord, who may abide in Your tent? who may dwell on Your holy hill? ² He who walks with integrity, and works righteousness, and speaks truth in his heart. ³ He does not slander with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor, nor takes up a reproach against his friend; ⁴ In whose eyes a reprobate is despised, but who honors those who fear the Lord; he swears to his own hurt and does not change; ⁵ He does not put out his money at interest, nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken,” Psalm 15:1-5.

“3 Indeed, none of those who wait for You will be ashamed; those who deal treacherously without cause will be ashamed. 4 Make me know Your ways, O Lord; teach me Your paths. 5 Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You I wait all the day. 6 Remember, O Lord, Your compassion and Your lovingkindnesses, for they have been from of old. 7 Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to Your lovingkindness remember me, for Your goodness’ sake, O Lord. 8 Good and upright is the Lord; therefore He instructs sinners in the way. 9 He leads the humble in justice, and He teaches the humble His way. 10 All the paths of the Lord are lovingkindness and truth to those who keep His covenant and His testimonies. 11 For Your name’s sake, O Lord, pardon my iniquity, for it is great. 12 Who is the man who fears the Lord? He will instruct him in the way he should choose. 13 His soul will abide in prosperity, and his descendants will inherit the land. 14 The secret of the Lord is for those who fear Him, and He will make them know His covenant. 15 My eyes are continually toward the Lord, for He will pluck my feet out of the net. 16 Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. 17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged; bring me out of my distresses. 18 Look upon my affliction and my trouble, and forgive all my sins. 19 Look upon my enemies, for they are many, and they hate me with violent hatred. 20 Guard my soul and deliver me; do not let me be ashamed, for I take refuge in You. 21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for You,” Psalm 25:3-21.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
