I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare God’s LIGHT SHINES in darkness, and the darkness CANNOT suppress it!
  The LIGHT and PRESENCE of God Almighty is ENDURING through all generations, while evil is temporary.
• We declare the plans of the RIGHTEOUS are JUST, while the schemes of the wicked are deceitful.
  The words of the wicked are a deadly ambush, but the SPEECH of the UPRIGHT rescues them.
  The wicked will not revive once they are down, it’s the end of them, but the HOUSE of the UPRIGHT ENDURES!
• We decree and declare the Lord shows forth His LOVE and TRUTH throughout the Earth.
  He WARNS those who choose to walk in their pride; in time the prideful and the evil will be brought DOWN!
  The Lord God Almighty is SHIFTING Nations, dethroning rulers and replacing them with those who will follow God’s LEADING!
• We decree and declare RULERS will be REMOVED until they acknowledge that the MOST HIGH RULES in the Human kingdom and give it to WHOMEVER He pleases.
  The leaders who BLESS the Lord God Almighty, PRAISE and give HONOR to Him who LIVES FOREVER, will remain!
• We declare the Rulership of the Lord God, the First and the Last, is EVERLASTING, His Kingdom ENDURES through all generations.
  No one can hold back the His Hand!
• We decree and declare as surely as our God LIVES FOREVER, He renders vengeance to His foes, and repays those who hate Him.
  The Lord God Almighty AVENGES the blood of His Servants.
  He renders vengeance to His adversaries and makes ATONEMENT for the Land of His People.
• We declare the High, Exalted One who LIVES FOREVER, whose Name is Holy, LIVES in the HIGH and HOLY Place but ALSO with the BROKEN and the HUMBLE, in order to revive the spirit of the humble and revive the hearts of the broken ones!
• We decree and declare the Lord God will HEAL the BROKEN and HUMBLE; He will lead them and give comfort to them and to those who mourn for them.
  He creates the right words: “Peace/ Shalom, Peace/ Shalom to those far off and to those nearby!
  The Lord will HEAL them!
• We declare the Lord is WORTHY of TRUST; He makes you FIRM and guards you from the Evil One.
  The Lord DIRECTS your hearts into God’s LOVE and the PERSEVERANCE which Christ/ Messiah gives.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it,” John 1:5.

“The thoughts of the righteous are just, but the counsels of the wicked are deceitful. The words of the wicked lie in wait for blood, but the mouth of the upright will deliver them. The wicked are overthrown and are no more, but the house of the righteous will stand,” Proverbs 12:5-7.

“All this happened to Nebuchadnezzar the king. Twelve months later he was walking on the roof of the royal palace of Babylon. The king reflected and said, ‘Is this not Babylon the great, which I myself have built as a royal residence by the might of my power and for the glory of my majesty?’ While the word was in the king’s mouth, a voice came from heaven, saying, ‘King Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is declared: sovereignty has been removed from you, and you will be driven away from mankind, and your dwelling place will be with the beasts of the field. You will be given grass to eat like cattle, and seven periods of time will pass over you until you recognize that the Most High is ruler over the realm of mankind and bestows it on whomever He wishes.’ Immediately the word concerning Nebuchadnezzar was fulfilled; and he was driven away from mankind and began eating grass like cattle, and his body was drenched with the dew of heaven until his hair had grown like eagles’ feathers and his nails like birds’ claws. “But at the end of that period, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven and my reason returned to me, and I blessed the Most High and praised and honored Him who lives forever; for His dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom endures from generation to generation. “All the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, but He does according to His will in the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of earth; and no one can ward off His hand or say to Him, ‘What have You done?’” Daniel 4:28-35.

“‘Indeed, I lift up My hand to heaven, and say, as I live forever, If I sharpen My flashing sword, and My hand takes hold on justice, I will render vengeance on My adversaries, and I will repay those who hate Me. ‘I will make My arrows drunk with blood, and My sword will devour flesh, with the blood of the slain and the captives, from the long-haired leaders of the enemy.’ “Rejoice, O nations, with His people; for He will avenge the blood of His servants, and will render vengeance on His adversaries, and will atone for His land and His people,” Deuteronomy 32:40-43.

“For thus says the high and exalted One who lives forever, whose name is Holy, “I dwell on a high and holy place, and also with the contrite and lowly of spirit in order to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite. For I will not contend forever, nor will I always be angry; for the spirit would grow faint before Me, and the breath of those whom I have made. Because of the iniquity of his unjust gain I was angry and struck him; I hid My face and was angry, and he went on turning away, in the way of his heart. I have seen his ways, but I will heal him; I will lead him and restore comfort to him and to his mourners, Creating the praise of the lips. Peace, peace to him who is far and to him who is near,” says the Lord, “and I will heal him.” But the wicked are like the tossing sea, for it cannot be quiet, and its waters toss up refuse and mud. “There is no peace,” says my God, “for the wicked,”” Isaiah 57:15-21.

“But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. We have confidence in the Lord concerning you, that you are doing and will continue to do what we command. May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the steadfastness of Christ,” 2 Thessalonians 3:3-5.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
