Declarations & Decrees: God’s Timing Is Perfect – Trust in, Turn to and Thank Him!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I declare the Maker of Heaven and Earth, the Lord God Almighty, spoke His Word and the Heavens and the Earth were created.
  Scoffers will come, following their own desires and asking “Where is this promised ‘coming’ of the Lord?”
  They overlook the fact that God created it all.
  He has preserved the Heavens and Earth until the coming Day of Judgment.
• I decree and declare with the Lord, ONE DAY is like a THOUSAND YEARS and a THOUSAND YEARS like ONE DAY.
  The Lord is NOT SLOW in keeping His promise, as some people think of slowness; on the contrary, HE IS PATIENT with you, for it is not His purpose that anyone should be destroyed, but that EVERYONE SHOULD TURN FROM HIS SINS!
• I decree and declare you are to REMAIN ALERT: the Day of the Lord will come like a thief.
  On that Day the heavens will disappear with a ROAR, the elements will MELT and DISINTEGRATE, and the Earth and everything in it will be burned up.
• I decree and declare Believers of the Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah will lead HOLY and GODLY lives, as you wait for the Day of God and work to HASTEN its coming.
  The Day will bring on the destruction of the Heavens by FIRE, and the Elements will MELT from the heat; but we, following along with His PROMISE, wait for new heavens and a new Earth, in which Righteousness will be at Home.
• I decree and declare it is BEYOND WHAT WE CAN IMAGINE: no ear has heard and no one’s heart has imagined what God has prepared for us who LOVE HIM.
  It is to us, however, that God has REVEALED THESE THINGS, through His SPIRIT!
• I decree and declare we have received the Spirit of God, so that we can UNDERSTAND the things God has so FREELY GIVEN us.
  This is why we avoid speaking as the world does with human wisdom, but instead we SPEAK as we have been taught by the Spirit, by which we EXPLAIN things of the Spirit to people who have the Spirit.
• I decree and declare we who have the Spirit can EVALUATE EVERYTHING, while no one is in a position to evaluate us. For who has known the MIND of the Lord?
  Who will counsel Him?
  But we have the mind of Christ/ Messiah!
• I decree and declare YOU are SENSIBLE; you REMAIN ALERT and prepared for your ASSIGNMENT and the Lord’s return.
  Be diligent with the Lord’s work.
  Do not rush ahead but keep in step with His Spirit.
  Keep your lamps trimmed and your oil ready.
• I decree and declare EACH OF YOU is responsible to be READY for the Lord.
  None is to rely on others for your PREPARATION; you are responsible for yourselves.
  You must have YOUR OWN RELATIONSHIP with the Spirit and have your Lamps filled with oil, and more besides. In this way, you will be ready for the Lord’s return.
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, ⁴ and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation.” ⁵ For when they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and by water, ⁶ through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water. ⁷ But by His word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men. ⁸ But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day. ⁹ The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance. ¹⁰ But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up. ¹¹ Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, ¹² looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! ¹³ But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells. ¹⁴ Therefore, beloved, since you look for these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, spotless and blameless, ¹⁵ and regard the patience of our Lord as salvation; just as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given him, wrote to you, ¹⁶ as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which the untaught and unstable distort, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction. ¹⁷ You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men and fall from your own steadfastness, ¹⁸ but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen,” 2 Peter 3:3-18.

“⁹ but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.” ¹⁰ For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. ¹¹ For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. ¹² Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, ¹³ which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. ¹⁴ But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. ¹⁵ But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. ¹⁶ For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ,” 1 Corinthians 2:9-16.

“¹ “Then the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins, who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. ² Five of them were foolish, and five were prudent. ³ For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, ⁴ but the prudent took oil in flasks along with their lamps. ⁵ Now while the bridegroom was delaying, they all got drowsy and began to sleep. ⁶ But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’ ⁷ Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps. ⁸ The foolish said to the prudent, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ ⁹ But the prudent answered, ‘No, there will not be enough for us and you too; go instead to the dealers and buy some for yourselves.’ ¹⁰ And while they were going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut. ¹¹ Later the other virgins also came, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open up for us.’ ¹² But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’ ¹³ Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour,” Matthew 25:1-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
