I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare YOU who DWELL in the Lord Jesus Christ’s/ Adonai Yeshua the Messiah’s PRESENCE POSITION yourselves for His SUDDENLIES.
  While His Disciples were with Him PRAYING, the Appearance of His Face changed, and His clothing FLASHED like white LIGHTENING!
  And behold, two men were talking with Him, Moses and Elijah!
• I decree and declare it is in these SUDDENLY moments that God/ Elohim will confirm of what we know and tell us of the Future.
  He will REVEAL to His Servants, His Children, WHAT IS TO COME.
  We will BEHOLD the GLORY of the Lord/ Adonai, as we draw near to Him.
• I decree and declare we EXPECT SUDDENLY deliverances in the Name of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah!
  The Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh is PRESENT to HEAL and DELIVER; the demonic powers may fight, but they must BOW and OBEY in the Name of Jesus/ Yeshua!
• I decree and declare as we seek UNDERSTANDING in the Lord, SUDDENLY His Angels will appear; they may appear as men in dazzling clothes.
  They will speak of what is transpiring and what is to come.
  They will REMIND you of what He has spoken and what is Written in His Word.
  TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai and KNOW that He will direct your steps.
• I decree and declare you who SEEK the Lord and His TRUTH, READ and STUDY His Word daily.
  You must know the Word to TRUST it.
  This will lead you into UNDERSTANDING of what is to come.
  In the Lord’s/ Adonai’s TIME your eyes (natural and spiritual) will be opened.
• I decree and declare there will be SUDDENLY SOUNDS coming from Heaven — a sound like a might Rushing Wind! The Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh is moving, touching and EMPOWERING His People to TOUCH the World for God/ Elohim!
• I decree and declare I will not be surprised if the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh SUDDENLY catches me away, transporting me to another place, as I complete my ministry in one location.
  God is so good and knows when and where we are needed.
  The physical barriers and challenges we face are not present in the spirit realm.
• I decree and declare that in the worst of circumstances, as you pray and sing to God/ Elohim, there will be a SUDDENLY APPEARANCE of the POWER of the Spirit/ Ruach.
  He will give you FREEDOM you haven’t experienced, and He will provide a way where there seems to be none.
• I decree and declare the SUDDENLIES of the Lord/ Adonai give opportunity for many onlookers and their households to come to the SAVING Knowledge of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah.
  The GLORY of God/ Elohim will be GREAT so as to REACH the government officials in the region; they will never be the same.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²⁸ About eight days after these sayings, he took with him Peter, John, and James, and went up onto the mountain to pray. ²⁹ As he was praying, the appearance of his face was altered, and his clothing became white and dazzling. ³⁰ Behold, two men were talking with him, who were Moses and Elijah, ³¹ who appeared in glory, and spoke of his departure, which he was about to accomplish at Jerusalem.
³² Now Peter and those who were with him were heavy with sleep, but when they were fully awake, they saw his glory, and the two men who stood with him. ³³ As they were parting from him, Peter said to Jesus, “Master, it is good for us to be here. Let’s make three tents: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah,” not knowing what he said.
³⁴ While he said these things, a cloud came and overshadowed them, and they were afraid as they entered into the cloud. ³⁵ A voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is my beloved Son. Listen to him!” ³⁶ When the voice came, Jesus was found alone. They were silent, and told no one in those days any of the things which they had seen.
³⁷ On the next day, when they had come down from the mountain, a great multitude met him. ³⁸ Behold, a man from the crowd called out, saying, “Teacher, I beg you to look at my son, for he is my only child. ³⁹ Behold, a spirit takes him, he suddenly cries out, and it convulses him so that he foams, and it hardly departs from him, bruising him severely. ⁴⁰ I begged your disciples to cast it out, and they couldn’t.”
⁴¹ Jesus answered, “Faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you and bear with you? Bring your son here.”
⁴² While he was still coming, the demon threw him down and convulsed him violently. But Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, healed the boy, and gave him back to his father. ⁴³ They were all astonished at the majesty of God.
>But while all were marveling at all the things which Jesus did, he said to his disciples, ⁴⁴ “Let these words sink into your ears, for the Son of Man will be delivered up into the hands of men,” Luke 9:28-44

“¹ But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they and some others came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared. ² They found the stone rolled away from the tomb. ³ They entered in, and didn’t find the Lord Jesus’ body. ⁴ While they were greatly perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling clothing. ⁵ Becoming terrified, they bowed their faces down to the earth.
They said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? ⁶ He isn’t here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee, ⁷ saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and the third day rise again?”………
…….. ²⁵ He said to them Foolish men, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! ²⁶ Didn’t the Christ have to suffer these things and to enter into his glory?” ²⁷ Beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself. ²⁸ They came near to the village where they were going, and he acted like he would go further.
²⁹ They urged him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is almost evening, and the day is almost over.”
He went in to stay with them.
³⁰ When he had sat down at the table with them, he took the bread and gave thanks.
Breaking it, he gave it to them.
³¹ Their eyes were opened and they recognized him, then he vanished out of their sight,” Luke 24:1-7, 25-31.

“¹ Now when the day of Pentecost had come, they were all with one accord in one place. ² Suddenly there came from the sky a sound like the rushing of a mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. ³ Tongues like fire appeared and were distributed to them, and one sat on each of them. ⁴ They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other languages, as the Spirit gave them the ability to speak,” Acts 2:1-4.

“³⁶ As they went on the way, they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “Behold, here is water. What is keeping me from being baptized?”
³⁷ And Philip said, If you believe with all your heart, you may. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. ³⁸ He commanded the chariot to stand still, and they both went down into the water, both Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him.
³⁹ When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away, and the eunuch didn’t see him any more, for he went on his way rejoicing. ⁴⁰ But Philip was found at Azotus. Passing through, he preached the Good News to all the cities, until he came to Caesarea,” Acts 8:36-40.

“²⁵ But about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. ²⁶ Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone’s bonds were loosened. ²⁷ The jailer, being roused out of sleep and seeing the prison doors open, drew his sword and was about to kill himself, supposing that the prisoners had escaped. ²⁸ But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, “Don’t harm yourself, for we are all here!”
²⁹ He called for lights, sprang in, fell down trembling before Paul and Silas, ³⁰ brought them out, and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
³¹ They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” ³² They spoke the word of the Lord to him, and to all who were in his house.
³³ He took them the same hour of the night and washed their stripes, and was immediately baptized, he and all his household. ³⁴ He brought them up into his house, and set food before them, and rejoiced greatly, with all his household, having believed in God.
³⁵ But when it was day, the magistrates sent the sergeants, saying, “Let those men go.”
³⁶ The jailer reported these words to Paul, saying, “The magistrates have sent to let you go; now therefore come out and go in peace.”
³⁷ But Paul said to them, “They have beaten us publicly without a trial, men who are Romans, and have cast us into prison! Do they now release us secretly? No, most certainly, but let them come themselves and bring us out!”
³⁸ The sergeants reported these words to the magistrates, and they were afraid when they heard that they were Romans, ³⁹ and they came and begged them. When they had brought them out, they asked them to depart from the city. ⁴⁰ They went out of the prison, and entered into Lydia’s house. When they had seen the brothers, they encouraged them, then departed,” Acts 16:25-40.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
