I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is my ROCK, He is my FORTRESS and my DELIVERER!
  My God/ Elohai is my ROCK, in Him I take REFUGE, my SHIELD, my HORN of SALVATION, my STRONGHOLD and my REFUGE, my SAVIOR — You, Lord/ Adonai, SAVE ME from violence!
• I decree and declare the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai HEARS MY CRY of distress; my cry comes into His ears.
  Then the Earth rocks and quakes, the Foundation of Heaven trembles.
  They reel because He is angry.
  Smoke rises from His nostrils and CONSUMING FIRE from His Mouth.
  Coals blazed from Him.
  He parts the Heavens and came down, with thick darkness under His Feet.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is my SUPPORT, when the enemy comes against me in the day of calamity.
  He brings me OUT to a wide-open place.
  HE RESCUES ME since HE DELIGHTS in me.
• I decree and declare by Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh I am given the STRENGTH to walk RIGHTEOUSLY before my God/ Elohai.
  I keep the WAYS of the Lord/ Adonai and do not turn wickedly from Him.
  For all His JUDGMENTS are before me.
  As for His RULINGS, I do not turn away from them.
  As for God/ Elohim, HIS WAY IS PERFECT.
  The Word of the Lord/ Adonai is PURE.
  He is a SHIELD to all who take refuge in Him.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai RESCUES me from the evil man; He PROTECTS me from the violent men who devise evil in their heart.
  God Almighty/ El Shaddai KEEPS ME SAFE from the clutches of the wicked.
  He PROTECTS me from the man of violence who plans to push me off my feet.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim, my Lord/ Adonai, is the STRENGTH of my DELIVERANCE, He SHIELDS my head in the day of battle.
  He will not grant the desires of the wicked nor let their evil plan succeed.
• I decree and declare the CONVICTION will come upon those who surround me; may their hearts and ears be OPEN to the TRUTH of the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah.
  For those who choose not to turn, may the mischief of their lips OVERWHELM then.
  May a slanderer NOT ENDURE in the Land.
  May calamity hunt down a violent man.
  The Lord/ Adonai VINDICATES the Poor and SECURES JUSTICE for the Needy.
  The RIGHTEOUS ONES PRAISE THE NAME OF THE LORD/ ADONAI!
• I decree and declare my Heart will keep the Commands of the Lord; length of days and years of life, and Peace/ Shalom will be added to me.
  KINDNESS and TRUTH will never leave me — I BIND THEM around my neck and WRITE them on the Tablet of my Heart!
• I decree and declare I TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai with ALL MY HEART and do not lean on my own understanding.
  In all my Ways I will ACKNOWLEDGE Him, knowing that HE WILL MAKE MY PATHS STRAIGHT!
• I decree and declare WISDOM is supreme!
  I will acquire Wisdom; with all my acquisitions, I will get UNDERSTANDING.
  I will prize her and she will exalt me.
  She will honor me when I embrace her.
  She will set a garland of GRACE on my head and she will give me a Crown of Glory.
  I have been instructed in the Way of Wisdom and guided along STRAIGHT PATHS.
  As I walk, my step will not be hindered, and when I run, I will not stumble.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai RESCUES me from perverse and evil people, for not all are trustworthy.
  But the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah is TRUSTWORTHY — and He STRENGTHENS and PROTECTS me from the evil one.
  I have CONFIDENCE in the Lord and I will PERSEVERE in doing what He COMMANDS.
  The Lord/ Adonai DIRECTS my heart into the LOVE of God/ Elohim and into the PATIENCE of Christ/Messiah.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“² He said, “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; ³ My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge; my savior, You save me from violence. ⁴ “I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies. ⁵ “For the waves of death encompassed me; the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me; ⁶ The cords of Sheol surrounded me; the snares of death confronted me. ⁷ “In my distress I called upon the Lord, yes, I cried to my God; and from His temple He heard my voice, and my cry for help came into His ears. ⁸ “Then the earth shook and quaked, the foundations of heaven were trembling and were shaken, because He was angry. ⁹ “Smoke went up out of His nostrils, fire from His mouth devoured; coals were kindled by it. ¹⁰ “He bowed the heavens also, and came down with thick darkness under His feet. ¹¹ “And He rode on a cherub and flew; and He appeared on the wings of the wind. ¹² “And He made darkness canopies around Him, a mass of waters, thick clouds of the sky. ¹³ “From the brightness before Him coals of fire were kindled. ¹⁴ “The Lord thundered from heaven, and the Most High uttered His voice. ¹⁵ “And He sent out arrows, and scattered them, lightning, and routed them. ¹⁶ “Then the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were laid bare by the rebuke of the Lord, at the blast of the breath of His nostrils. ¹⁷ “He sent from on high, He took me; He drew me out of many waters. ¹⁸ “He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me, for they were too strong for me. ¹⁹ “They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the Lord was my support. ²⁰ “He also brought me forth into a broad place; He rescued me, because He delighted in me. ²¹ “The Lord has rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. ²² “For I have kept the ways of the Lord, and have not acted wickedly against my God. ²³ “For all His ordinances were before me, and as for His statutes, I did not depart from them. ²⁴ “I was also blameless toward Him, and I kept myself from my iniquity. ²⁵ “Therefore the Lord has recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to my cleanness before His eyes. ²⁶ “With the kind You show Yourself kind, with the blameless You show Yourself blameless; ²⁷ With the pure You show Yourself pure, and with the perverted You show Yourself astute. ²⁸ “And You save an afflicted people; but Your eyes are on the haughty whom You abase. ²⁹ “For You are my lamp, O Lord; and the Lord illumines my darkness. ³⁰ “For by You I can run upon a troop; by my God I can leap over a wall. ³¹ “As for God, His way is blameless; the word of the Lord is tested; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him,” 2 Samuel 22:2-31.

“¹ Rescue me, O Lord, from evil men; preserve me from violent men ² Who devise evil things in their hearts; they continually stir up wars. ³ They sharpen their tongues as a serpent; poison of a viper is under their lips. Selah.
⁴ Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; preserve me from violent men who have purposed to trip up my feet. ⁵ The proud have hidden a trap for me, and cords; they have spread a net by the wayside; they have set snares for me. Selah.
⁶ I said to the Lord, “You are my God; give ear, O Lord, to the voice of my supplications. ⁷ “O God the Lord, the strength of my salvation, You have covered my head in the day of battle. ⁸ “Do not grant, O Lord, the desires of the wicked; do not promote his evil device, that they not be exalted. Selah.
⁹ “As for the head of those who surround me, may the mischief of their lips cover them. ¹⁰ “May burning coals fall upon them; may they be cast into the fire, into deep pits from which they cannot rise. ¹¹ “May a slanderer not be established in the earth; may evil hunt the violent man speedily.”
¹² I know that the Lord will maintain the cause of the afflicted and justice for the poor. ¹³ Surely the righteous will give thanks to Your name; the upright will dwell in Your presence,” Psalm 140:1-13.

“¹ My son, do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments; ² For length of days and years of life and peace they will add to you. ³ Do not let kindness and truth leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. ⁴ So you will find favor and good repute in the sight of God and man. ⁵ Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. ⁶ In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight,” Proverbs 3:1-6.

“⁵ Acquire wisdom! Acquire understanding! Do not forget nor turn away from the words of my mouth. ⁶ “Do not forsake her, and she will guard you; love her, and she will watch over you. ⁷ “The beginning of wisdom is: Acquire wisdom; and with all your acquiring, get understanding. ⁸ “Prize her, and she will exalt you; she will honor you if you embrace her. ⁹ “She will place on your head a garland of grace; she will present you with a crown of beauty.”
¹⁰ Hear, my son, and accept my sayings and the years of your life will be many. ¹¹ I have directed you in the way of wisdom; I have led you in upright paths. ¹² When you walk, your steps will not be impeded; and if you run, you will not stumble. ¹³ Take hold of instruction; do not let go. guard her, for she is your life,” Proverbs 4:5-13.

“² and that we will be rescued from perverse and evil men; for not all have faith. ³ But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. ⁴ We have confidence in the Lord concerning you, that you are doing and will continue to do what we command. ⁵ May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the steadfastness of Christ,” 2 Thessalonians 3:2-5.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
