Declarations & Decrees: God’s Shalom/ Peace, That Passes All Understanding, Will Guide You Into All Truth!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare God is our REFUGE and STRENGTH, an EVER-PRESENT HELP in trouble.
  Therefore, YOU ARE UNAFRAID, even if the Earth gives way, even if the Mountains tumble into the depth of the Sea, even if its Waters rage and foam, and Mountains shake at its turbulence.
  Selah – Pause and think on these things.
• I decree and declare the River of Life is FLOWING through the City of God, the BODY of Christ/ Messiah, the Holy Habitation of the Most High – YOU WILL NOT BE MOVED!
  God is your HELP!
  The Lord of Hosts is with you, your FORTRESS, the God of Jacob.
• I decree and declare the Works of the Lord are MIGHTY, the ASTOUNDING Deeds He has done on the Earth.
  To the ends of the Earth He makes wars CEASE – He breaks the bow, snaps the spear, burns shields in the FIRE.
  Know that HE is God, supreme over the Nations, supreme over the Earth!
• I decree and declare you CONTINUALLY REJOICE in union with the Lord, Jesus Christ/ Messiah Yeshua!
  Everyone SEES how reasonable and gentle you are.
  You know the LORD IS NEAR!
• I decree and declare you do not worry about anything, but YOU MAKE YOUR REQUESTS KNOWN to God by prayer and petition, with THANKSGIVING, TRUSTING that He hears you and you will receive. (Matthew 21:22).
• I decree and declare God’s SHALOM/ PEACE, which PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING, will keep your hearts and minds SAFE in union with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• I decree and declare God, Who is the source of HOPE, is FILLING YOU completely with JOY and SHALOM/ PEACE, because YOU CONTINUE TRUSTING!
  By the Power of Holy Spirit you will OVERFLOW with HOPE!
• I decree and declare your JOURNEY will be FRUITFUL with the FULL MEASURE of Christ/ Messiah’s blessings.
  You are being RESCUED from the unbelievers who try to dissuade or prevent you from your call. We know the SHALOM/ PEACE of God is with you ALWAYS.
• I decree and declare you are God’s Chosen People, HOLY and dearly LOVED!
  You clothe yourselves with COMPASSION, KINDNESS, HUMILITY, GENTLENESS and PATIENCE.
  You bear with one another, forgiving those who have complaints; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you forgive others.
• I decree and declare you are clothed in LOVE, which binds everything together PERFECTLY!
  You allow the SHALOM/PEACE, which comes from Christ/ Messiah, to be your DECISION-MAKER; His Spirit will guide you into all TRUTH. (John 16:13)
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. ² Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; ³ Though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah. ⁴ There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy dwelling places of the Most High. ⁵ God is in the midst of her, she will not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. ⁶ The nations made an uproar, the kingdoms tottered; He raised His voice, the earth melted. ⁷ The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah. ⁸ Come, behold the works of the Lord, Who has wrought desolations in the earth. ⁹ He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariots with fire. ¹⁰ “Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” ¹¹ The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah,” Psalm 46:1-11.

“⁴ Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! ⁵ Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. ⁶ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. ⁷ And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. ⁸ Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. ⁹ The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you,” Philippians 4:4-9.

“¹³ Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit……
……. ²⁸ Therefore, when I have finished this, and have put my seal on this fruit of theirs, I will go on by way of you to Spain. ²⁹ I know that when I come to you, I will come in the fullness of the blessing of Christ. ³⁰ Now I urge you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God for me, ³¹ that I may be rescued from those who are disobedient in Judea, and that my service for Jerusalem may prove acceptable to the saints; ³² so that I may come to you in joy by the will of God and find refreshing rest in your company,” Romans 15:13, 28-32.

“¹² So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; ¹³ bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you. ¹⁴ Beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity. ¹⁵ Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful. ¹⁶ Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. ¹⁷ Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father,” Colossians 3:12-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
