I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I will not fear but am GLAD!
  I REJOICE! For the Lord/ Adonai had done GREAT THINGS!
  The animals of the field will not fear for the Desert Pastures have sprouted, for the Tree bears its FRUIT.
  Fig Tree and Vine YIELD THEIR STRENGTH!
• I decree and declare we are GLAD and REJOICE in the Lord our God/ Adonai Eloheinu, for He gives us the Early RAIN for PROSPERITY!
  Yes, He brings down RAIN for us, the Early and Latter RAIN!
• I decree and declare the THRESHING FLOORS will be FULL of Grain and the Vats will OVERFLOW with NEW WINE and FRESH OIL!
  The Lord/ Adonai will RESTORE to you the YEARS that the locust, the swarming locust, the canker worm and the caterpillar have eaten!
  You will surely EAT and be SATISFIED and PRAISE the Name of the Lord your God/ Adonai Elohim.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim is the Lord/ Adonai — there is NO OTHER!
  Besides Him, there is no God.
  He is our STRENGTH; He strengthens those who do not know Him, so that they may KNOW, from the RISING to the SETTING of the Sun, that there is no one besides the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim of Israel!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai says, “I form LIGHT and create darkness.
  I make PEACE/ SHALOM and create calamity.
  I do all these things.”
• I decree and declare the Heavens RAIN down from above, and the Clouds POUR down JUSTICE.
  The Earth OPENS UP, and SALVATION SPROUTS, and RIGHTEOUSNESS SPRINGS UP with it.
  The Lord/ Adonai has created it!
• I decree and declare I will not remember the former things, nor consider the things of the past.
  For the Lord/ Adonai is doing a NEW THING!
  NOW, it is SPRINGING UP — can you SEE IT?
  He will SURELY MAKE A WAY in the Desert, RIVERS in the Wasteland.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is giving WATERS in the Desert, RIVERS in the Wilderness, to give Drink to His Chosen People, the People He formed for Himself, so they might DECLARE His PRAISE!
• I decree and declare I have been RAISED UP with Christ/ Messiah and I continue to SEEK the things above where He is, sitting at the Right Hand of God/ Elohim.
  I FOCUS my mind on the things above and not on the things on the Earth.
  For I have died and my life is HIDDEN in Christ/ Messiah in God/ Elohim.
• I declare I put on LOVE, which is the Bond of PERFECT HARMONY.
  I will allow Peace/ Shalom of Christ/ Messiah to rule in my heart — to this Peace/ Shalom we were surely called in One Body.
  I AM THANKFUL.
  The Word of Messiah DWELLS IN US RICHLY: we are teaching and admonishing one another with all WISDOM in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with gratitude in our hearts to God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²¹ Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad, for the Lord has done great things. ²² Do not fear, beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness have turned green, for the tree has borne its fruit, the fig tree and the vine have yielded in full. ²³ So rejoice, O sons of Zion, and be glad in the Lord your God; for He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has poured down for you the rain, the early and latter rain as before. ²⁴ The threshing floors will be full of grain, and the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil. ²⁵ “Then I will make up to you for the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the creeping locust, the stripping locust and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you. ²⁶ “You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; then My people will never be put to shame. ²⁷ “Thus you will know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other; and My people will never be put to shame,” Joel 2:21-27.

“⁵ “I am the Lord, and there is no other; besides Me there is no God. I will gird you, though you have not known Me; ⁶ That men may know from the rising to the setting of the sun that there is no one besides Me. I am the Lord, and there is no other, ⁷ The One forming light and creating darkness, causing well-being and creating calamity; I am the Lord who does all these.
⁸ “Drip down, O heavens, from above, and let the clouds pour down righteousness; let the earth open up and salvation bear fruit, and righteousness spring up with it. I, the Lord, have created it,” Isaiah 45:5-8.

“¹⁸ “Do not call to mind the former things, or ponder things of the past. ¹⁹ “Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert. ²⁰ “The beasts of the field will glorify Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I have given waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My chosen people. ²¹ “The people whom I formed for Myself will declare My praise,” Isaiah 43:18-21.

“¹ Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. ² Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. ³ For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. ⁴ When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.
⁵ Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry. ⁶ For it is because of these things that the wrath of God will come upon the sons of disobedience, ⁷ and in them you also once walked, when you were living in them. ⁸ But now you also, put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth. ⁹ Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self with its evil practices, ¹⁰ and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him — ¹¹ a renewal in which there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and freeman, but Christ is all, and in all.
¹² So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; ¹³ bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you. ¹⁴ Beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity. ¹⁵ Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful. ¹⁶ Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. ¹⁷ Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father,” Colossians 3:1-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
