Declarations & Decrees: God’s Promise of Provision: His Rain and His Rainbow!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare your FAITHFULNESS in following God/ Elohim will CHANGE YOUR LAND!
  The Lord will REFRESH and RESTORE as you step forth.
  LISTEN in the SPIRIT and you will KNOW what and where the Lord is leading.
• I decree and declare you will not give up, but you will PERSEVERE: look in the SPIRIT REALM and SEE what is to come, what has been PROMISED!
  Yes, I hear the sound of RAIN! (After years of drought, it was a very welcome sound.)
  The Hand of the Lord/ Adonai is upon you!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim established His COVENANT between Himself and EVERY LIVING CREATURE on the Earth that He would NEVER AGAIN DESTROY ALL living beings by the water of a flood; there would never again be a flood to destroy the Earth. He has placed HIS RAINBOW IN THE CLOUD as a SIGN of the Covenant between Himself and the Earth!
• I decree and declare the RAIN in its season is from the Hand of the Lord/ Adonai to those who Live by His regulations and Observe His Commandments and obey He will make your crops fruitful and the produce abundant.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim gives PEACE/ SHALOM in the Land, You will lie down to sleep unafraid of anyone.
  He rids the land of wild animals; the sword will not go through your land.
  When you pursue your enemies, they will FALL BEFORE YOU.
• I decree and declare FIVE of you will chase a HUNDRED, and a HUNDRED of you will chase TEN THOUSAND – YOUR ENEMIES WILL FALL BEFORE YOU.
  As you stand with the Word of God, NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST YOU SHALL PROSPER!
• I decree and declare the Lord is TURNING TOWARD YOU, to make you PRODUCTIVE, INCREASE your numbers and UPHOLD His Covenant with you!
  You will have all you want from last year’s harvest and will have abundance in the new year.
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim says, “I have put My TABERNACLE, My Spirit, within you, and I will not reject you, but I am WALKING AMONG YOU and I AM your God, and you are My People.”
  We praise YOU Lord, for calling us Your Own, through the SACRIFICE of Your Son, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare the Lands and Peoples who stand with God and Israel will receive the BLESSINGS that He has spoken OVER them.
  DON’T FEAR, BE GLAD for the Lord/ Adonai has done GREAT THINGS!
• I decree and declare your crops and your work will YIELD ABUNDANCE!
  Be GLAD, REJOICE in the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim!
  He is giving you the right amount of RAIN in the fall, He makes the RAIN come down for you, the FALL and SPRING RAINS – this is what He does first.
  Then the floors will be full of grain and the vats OVERFLOW with wine and olive oil.
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai is RESTORING to you the years that the locusts ate, the grasshoppers, shearer worms and cutter worms, the pestilence that has come against you.
  YOU WILL EAT until you are SATISFIED and you will PRAISE the Name of the Lord/ Adonai your God/ Elohim, Who has done such WONDERS in your midst.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Now it happened after many days that the word of the Lord came to Elijah in the third year, saying, “Go, show yourself to Ahab, and I will send rain on the face of the earth.” ² So Elijah went to show himself to Ahab. Now the famine was severe in Samaria……

…… ⁴¹ Now Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of the roar of a heavy shower.” ⁴² So Ahab went up to eat and drink. But Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he crouched down on the earth and put his face between his knees. ⁴³ He said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked and said, “There is nothing.” And he said, “Go back” seven times. ⁴⁴ It came about at the seventh time, that he said, “Behold, a cloud as small as a man’s hand is coming up from the sea.” And he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot and go down, so that the heavy shower does not stop you.’” ⁴⁵ In a little while the sky grew black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy shower. And Ahab rode and went to Jezreel. ⁴⁶ Then the hand of the Lord was on Elijah, and he girded up his loins and outran Ahab to Jezreel,” 1 Kings 18:1-2, 41-46.

“⁸ Then God spoke to Noah and to his sons with him, saying, ⁹ “Now behold, I Myself do establish My covenant with you, and with your descendants after you; ¹⁰ and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the cattle, and every beast of the earth with you; of all that comes out of the ark, even every beast of the earth. ¹¹ I establish My covenant with you; and all flesh shall never again be cut off by the water of the flood, neither shall there again be a flood to destroy the earth.” ¹² God said, “This is the sign of the covenant which I am making between Me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all successive generations; ¹³ I set My bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a sign of a covenant between Me and the earth. ¹⁴ It shall come about, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow will be seen in the cloud, ¹⁵ and I will remember My covenant, which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and never again shall the water become a flood to destroy all flesh. ¹⁶ When the bow is in the cloud, then I will look upon it, to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” ¹⁷ And God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that is on the earth,” Genesis 9:8-17.

“³ If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments so as to carry them out, ⁴ then I shall give you rains in their season, so that the land will yield its produce and the trees of the field will bear their fruit. ⁵ Indeed, your threshing will last for you until grape gathering, and grape gathering will last until sowing time. You will thus eat your food to the full and live securely in your land. ⁶ I shall also grant peace in the land, so that you may lie down with no one making you tremble. I shall also eliminate harmful beasts from the land, and no sword will pass through your land. ⁷ But you will chase your enemies and they will fall before you by the sword; ⁸ five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall before you by the sword. ⁹ So I will turn toward you and make you fruitful and multiply you, and I will confirm My covenant with you. ¹⁰ You will eat the old supply and clear out the old because of the new. ¹¹ Moreover, I will make My dwelling among you, and My soul will not reject you. ¹² I will also walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people. ¹³ I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt so that you would not be their slaves, and I broke the bars of your yoke and made you walk erect,” Leviticus 26:3-13.

“¹⁸ Then the Lord will be zealous for His land and will have pity on His people. ¹⁹ The Lord will answer and say to His people, “Behold, I am going to send you grain, new wine and oil, and you will be satisfied in full with them; and I will never again make you a reproach among the nations. ²⁰ “But I will remove the northern army far from you, and I will drive it into a parched and desolate land, and its vanguard into the eastern sea, and its rear guard into the western sea. and its stench will arise and its foul smell will come up, for it has done great things.” ²¹ Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad, for the Lord has done great things. ²² Do not fear, beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness have turned green, for the tree has borne its fruit, the fig tree and the vine have yielded in full. ²³ So rejoice, O sons of Zion, and be glad in the Lord your God; for He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has poured down for you the rain, the early and latter rain as before. ²⁴ The threshing floors will be full of grain, and the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil. ²⁵ “Then I will make up to you for the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the creeping locust, the stripping locust and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you. ²⁶ “You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; then My people will never be put to shame. ²⁷ “Thus you will know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other; and My people will never be put to shame,” Joel 2:18-27.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
