Declarations & Decrees: God’s Love is Beyond Comprehension!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare God/ Elohim MADE A WAY that you can be BORN FROM ABOVE.
Unless one is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God.
What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.
The wind blows where it wishes and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes, so, it is with everyone born of the Spirit. - I decree and declare HEARTS and EARS are OPENING TO UNDERSTAND Our Testimony about the HEAVENLY THINGS — of God Almighty/ El Shaddai: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh!
No one has gone up into Heaven except the One who came down from Heaven — the Son of Man!
Everyone who BELIEVES IN HIM will have ETERNAL LIFE! - I decree and declare GOD/ ELOHIM SO LOVED the World that He gave His one and only Son, that WHOEVER BELIEVES in Him will not perish but have ETERNAL LIFE.
God/ Elohim did not send his Son into the World to condemn the World, but in order that the World might be SAVED through Him.
THE ONE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM IS NOT CONDEMNED; but whoever does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not put his trust in the Name of the one and only Son of God/ Ben-Elohim. - I decree and declare SO GREAT IS THE LORD’S/ ADONAI’S MERCY that He has not treated us according to our sins or repaid us according to our iniquities.
For as high as the Heavens are above the Earth, so great is His MERCY toward those who REAR Him. - I decree and declare as far as the East is from the West, so far has He REMOVED OUR TRANSGRESSIONS from us.
As a father has COMPASSION on his children, so the Lord/ Adonai has COMPASSION on those who FEAR Him! For He knows our frame.
He remembers that we are but dust. - I decree and declare the MERCY of the Lord/ Adonai is from EVERLASTING to EVERLASTING on you who REVERE Him, His RIGHTEOUSNESS to your Children’s Children, to those who KEEP His Covenant, who REMEMBER to Observe His Instructions!
- I decree and declare BLESS THE LORD/ ADONAI, all you His Angels: mighty in STRENGTH, performing His Word, upon HEARING the UTTERANCE of His Word.
BLESS THE LORD/ ADONAI, all you His Armies, His Servants who do His Will!
Bless the Lord/ Adonai, all His Works everywhere in His dominion.
BLESS THE LORD/ ADONAI, O MY SOUL! - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai APPEARED TO ME and said, “Yes, I HAVE LOVED YOU WITH AN EVERLASTING LOVE!
Because of My LOVE FOR YOU, I have drawn you with LOVINGKINDNESS.
And I have formed you and, so you will be restored!” - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will LEAD YOU by Streams of Water on a Straight Path where you will not stumble.
For He is your Father! Hear the Word of the Lord, O Nations, and DECLARE IT IN THE DISTANT ISLANDS and say, “He Who scattered Israel will Gather and Watch Over Him, as a Shepherd does His Flock!” - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai LOVES those who have much to be forgiven for they LOVE MUCH.
Your sins, which are many, have been FORGIVEN because of your love.
But the one who is forgiven little, loves little.
As you LOVE the LORD with a PASSION, your sins are forgiven.
YOUR FAITH HAS SAVED YOU! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of The Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“3 Jesus answered him, “Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see God’s Kingdom.”
4 Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?”
5 Jesus answered, “Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can’t enter into God’s Kingdom. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Don’t marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born anew.’ 8 The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear its sound, but don’t know where it comes from and where it is going. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
9 Nicodemus answered him, “How can these things be?”
10 Jesus answered him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and don’t understand these things? 11 Most certainly I tell you, we speak that which we know, and testify of that which we have seen, and you don’t receive our witness. 12 If I told you earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 No one has ascended into heaven but he who descended out of heaven, the Son of Man, who is in heaven. 14 As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. 18 He who believes in him is not judged. He who doesn’t believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God. 19 This is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil. 20 For everyone who does evil hates the light, and doesn’t come to the light, lest his works would be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his works may be revealed, that they have been done in God,” John 3:3-21.
“10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us for our iniquities.
11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him. 12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Like a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him. 14 For he knows how we are made. He remembers that we are dust. 15 As for man, his days are like grass. As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. 16 For the wind passes over it, and it is gone. Its place remembers it no more.
17 But Yahweh’s loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him, his righteousness to children’s children, 18 to those who keep his covenant, to those who remember to obey his precepts.
19 Yahweh has established his throne in the heavens. His kingdom rules over all.
20 Praise Yahweh, you angels of his, who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, obeying the voice of his word.
21 Praise Yahweh, all you armies of his, you servants of his, who do his pleasure. 22 Praise Yahweh, all you works of his, in all places of his dominion. Praise Yahweh, my soul!” Psalm 103:10-22.
“2 Yahweh says, “The people who survive the sword found favor in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.”
3 Yahweh appeared of old to me, saying, “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love. Therefore I have drawn you with loving kindness.
4 I will build you again, and you will be built, O virgin of Israel. You will again be adorned with your tambourines, and will go out in the dances of those who make merry.
5 Again you will plant vineyards on the mountains of Samaria. The planters will plant, and will enjoy its fruit. 6 For there will be a day that the watchmen on the hills of Ephraim cry, ‘Arise! Let’s go up to Zion to Yahweh our God.’”
7 For Yahweh says, “Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout for the chief of the nations. Publish, praise, and say, ‘Yahweh, save your people, the remnant of Israel!’
8 Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the uttermost parts of the earth, along with the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her who travails with child together. They will return as a great company.
9 They will come with weeping. I will lead them with petitions. I will cause them to walk by rivers of waters, in a straight way in which they won’t stumble; for I am a father to Israel. Ephraim is my firstborn.
10 “Hear Yahweh’s word, you nations, and declare it in the distant islands. Say, ‘He who scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd does his flock.’ 11 For Yahweh has ransomed Jacob, and redeemed him from the hand of him who was stronger than he.
12 They will come and sing in the height of Zion, and will flow to the goodness of Yahweh, to the grain, to the new wine, to the oil, and to the young of the flock and of the herd. Their soul will be as a watered garden. They will not sorrow any more at all.
13 Then the virgin will rejoice in the dance; the young men and the old together; for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow,” Jeremiah 31:2-13.
“36 One of the Pharisees invited him to eat with him. He entered into the Pharisee’s house, and sat at the table. 37 Behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that he was reclining in the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster jar of ointment. 38 Standing behind at his feet weeping, she began to wet his feet with her tears, and she wiped them with the hair of her head, kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment. 39 Now when the Pharisee who had invited him saw it, he said to himself, “This man, if he were a prophet, would have perceived who and what kind of woman this is who touches him, that she is a sinner.”
40 Jesus answered him, “Simon, I have something to tell you.”
He said, “Teacher, say on.”
41 “A certain lender had two debtors. The one owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. 42 When they couldn’t pay, he forgave them both. Which of them therefore will love him most?”
43 Simon answered, “He, I suppose, to whom he forgave the most.”
He said to him, “You have judged correctly.” 44 Turning to the woman, he said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? I entered into your house, and you gave me no water for my feet, but she has wet my feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head. 45 You gave me no kiss, but she, since the time I came in, has not ceased to kiss my feet. 46 You didn’t anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet with ointment. 47 Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But one to whom little is forgiven, loves little.” 48 He said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.”
49 Those who sat at the table with him began to say to themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?”
50 He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace,” Luke 7:36-50

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.

Awesome. Thank you.
REAR HIM correction FEAR HIM minor
You don’t have to sin much to love much. If you had committed one sin, but you know the horror of one sin, then you will love much.
Thank you
