I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare, UNITED with the Lord, you are LIGHT!
  You are living as a Child of Light, for the fruit of the LIGHT is in EVERY KIND of GOODNESS, RIGHTNESS and TRUTH, determine what will please the Lord!
• We declare Servants of the Most High God must have NOTHING to do with the DEEDS PRODUCED by DARKNESS, but instead EXPOSE them!
• We declare EVERYTHING will be EXPOSED to the LIGHT and revealed clearly for what it is, the light of Christ/ Messiah will shine on and expose all.
• We declare and decree you are to LIVE WISELY, not unwisely.
  Use your time well, for these are evil days.
  KNOW what the will of the Father is.
• We decree and declare this is the JUDGMENT: the LIGHT came into the World, but people loved the darkness rather than the LIGHT, because their actions were wicked.
  We decree EYES WILL BE OPENED, HEARTS CHANGED that they will no longer seek the darkness, but SEEK and TURN TOWARD THE LIGHT, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• We decree and declare YOU, the Lord’s Servants, are TRUSTEES of God’s SECRET TRUTHS.
  One thing that is REQUIRED of a TRUSTEE is that they are TRUSTWORTHY!
  It doesn’t matter how others evaluate or judge you; the ONE whose EVALUATION matters is the Lord!
• We declare God’s apostles are on display, becoming a SPECTACLE before the whole Universe, Angels as well as men.
  For Christ’s/ Messiah’s sake they are fools, but UNITED with Christ/ Messiah you are WISE!
  They are weak, but you are strong; you are honored, but they are dishonored.
• We decree STRENGTH and PERSEVERANCE for the APOSTLES who work tirelessly, are cursed, yet they keep BLESSING; when they are persecuted, they go on putting up with it; when they are slandered, they continue making their appeal.
  Yes Lord, WE LIFT THEM UP, in Jesus’/ Yeshua’s Name.
• We declare this is our CONFIDENCE in His Presence: if we ask anything that accords with His Will, HE HEARS US!
  And if we KNOW that He hears us – whatever we ask – then we KNOW that we have what we have asked from Him.
• We decree and declare that EVERYONE that who has God as his Father does not go on sinning; on the contrary, the Son born of God protects him, and the Evil One does not touch him.
  We know that the Son of God came and gives us DISCERNMENT, so that we KNOW who is genuine; moreover, we are UNITED with the One who is united with the Son Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“….for you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light (for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth), trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. For this reason it says, “Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is,” Ephesians 5:8-17.

“This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.” John 3:19-21.

“Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. In this case, moreover, it is required of stewards that one be found trustworthy. But to me it is a very small thing that I may be examined by you, or by any human court; in fact, I do not even examine myself. For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord. Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God……
….. For, I think, God has exhibited us apostles last of all, as men condemned to death; because we have become a spectacle to the world, both to angels and to men. We are fools for Christ’s sake, but you are prudent in Christ; we are weak, but you are strong; you are distinguished, but we are without honor. To this present hour we are both hungry and thirsty, and are poorly clothed, and are roughly treated, and are homeless; and we toil, working with our own hands; when we are reviled, we bless; when we are persecuted, we endure; when we are slandered, we try to conciliate; we have become as the scum of the world, the dregs of all things, even until now,” 1 Corinthians 4:1-5, 9-13.

“This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him. If anyone sees his brother committing a sin not leading to death, he shall ask and God will for him give life to those who commit sin not leading to death. There is a sin leading to death; I do not say that he should make request for this. All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin not leading to death.
We know that no one who is born of God sins; but He who was born of God keeps him, and the evil one does not touch him. We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. Little children, guard yourselves from idols,” 1 John 5:14-21.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
