I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We declare the WORD was in the Beginning and the WORD was God!
  ALL THINGS were created through HIM, and without Him nothing was made.
  In Him is LIFE, and the LIFE is the LIGHT of Mankind.
• We decree and declare the LIGHT SHINES in the darkness, and the darkness cannot suppress it!
• We decree and declare in the Last Days Mount Zion, the mountain of the Lord’s House, will be ESTABLISHED as the most important mountain.
  The Nations will stream there saying, “Come, let’s go up to the Mountain of the Lord, to the House of the God of Jacob!
  He will TEACH us about His Ways, and we will WALK in His PATHS.”
• We decree and declare to the descendants of Jacob/ Ya’akov, “Come! LIVE in the LIGHT of the Lord/ Adonai!”
  You will hear the TRUTH of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, and the TRUTH will set you free.
• We decree and declare the people living in darkness are SEEING a great LIGHT; LIGHT has dawned on those living in the land that lies in the shadow of death!
  God has ENLARGED the Nations and INCREASED their JOY; they rejoice in His PRESENCE!
• We decree the YOKE that has weighed them down, the bar across their shoulders, has been BROKEN by the Hand of Almighty God!
  We speak DELIVERANCE and FREEDOM to those who have lived in oppression.
  The Kingdom of the Lord is SUPERSEDING the kingdoms of man.
• We decree and declare the Kingdom of our God has become the Kingdom of the Earth.
  Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua was born to us, a Son given to us; DOMINION rests on His shoulders, He has the name Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace!
• We decree and declare God’s BRILLIANT LIGHT from Heaven will flash around those who have been persecuting the People of God! God is CALLING OUT His own from among the LOST.
  They will respond and FOLLOW HIS BIDDING.
  We Praise the Lord, for He DETERMINED in ADVANCE that they should KNOW His WILL.
• We decree and declare the Lord’s Servants are being LEAD by His Spirit to prepare to RECEIVE those who are coming to them, from the enemy’s camp.
  We praise You Father, for your COMPASSION and ORCHESTRATION of salvation for all who will come to You.
• We declare we are ENCOURAGED by the great MERCY that God has shown us; we do not lose COURAGE as we do the work He has given us.
  By making very CLEAR what the TRUTH is, we commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God.
• We decree and declare if the GOOD NEWS is veiled, it is veiled ONLY to those who are in the process of being lost.
  They do not come to TRUST because the god of this age has blinded their minds, in order to prevent them from seeing the LIGHT SHINING from the Good News about the GLORY of Christ/ Messiah, who is the IMAGE of God.
• We declare the LIGHT shines out of darkness; it is God who has made His LIGHT shine in our Hearts, the LIGHT of the KNOWLEDGE of God’s GLORY shining in the face of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ² He was in the beginning with God. ³ All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. ⁴ In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. ⁵ The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it,” John 1:1-5.

“² Now it will come about that in the last days the mountain of the house of the Lord will be established as the chief of the mountains, and will be raised above the hills; and all the nations will stream to it. ³ And many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; that He may teach us concerning His ways and that we may walk in His paths.” For the law will go forth from Zion and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. ⁴ And He will judge between the nations, and will render decisions for many peoples; and they will hammer their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, and never again will they learn war. ⁵ Come, house of Jacob, and let us walk in the light of the Lord,” Isaiah 2:2-5.

“² The people who walk in darkness will see a great light; those who live in a dark land, the light will shine on them. ³ You shall multiply the nation, You shall increase their gladness; they will be glad in Your presence as with the gladness of harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. ⁴ For You shall break the yoke of their burden and the staff on their shoulders, the rod of their oppressor, as at the battle of Midian. ⁵ For every boot of the booted warrior in the battle tumult, and cloak rolled in blood, will be for burning, fuel for the fire. ⁶ For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; and the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. ⁷ There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from then on and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this,” Isaiah 9:2-7.

“⁶ “But it happened that as I was on my way, approaching Damascus about noontime, a very bright light suddenly flashed from heaven all around me, ⁷ and I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?’ ⁸ And I answered, ‘Who are You, Lord?’ And He said to me, ‘I am Jesus the Nazarene, whom you are persecuting.’ ⁹ And those who were with me saw the light, to be sure, but did not understand the voice of the One who was speaking to me. ¹⁰ And I said, ‘What shall I do, Lord?’ And the Lord said to me, ‘Get up and go on into Damascus, and there you will be told of all that has been appointed for you to do.’ ¹¹ But since I could not see because of the brightness of that light, I was led by the hand by those who were with me and came into Damascus. ¹² “A certain Ananias, a man who was devout by the standard of the Law, and well spoken of by all the Jews who lived there, ¹³ came to me, and standing near said to me, ‘Brother Saul, receive your sight!’ And at that very time I looked up at him. ¹⁴ And he said, ‘The God of our fathers has appointed you to know His will and to see the Righteous One and to hear an utterance from His mouth. ¹⁵ For you will be a witness for Him to all men of what you have seen and heard. ¹⁶ Now why do you delay? Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on His name,’” Acts 22:6-16.

“¹ Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we received mercy, we do not lose heart, ² but we have renounced the things hidden because of shame, not walking in craftiness or adulterating the word of God, but by the manifestation of truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. ³ And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, ⁴ in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. ⁵ For we do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your bond-servants for Jesus’ sake. ⁶ For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ,” 2 Corinthians 4:1-6.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
