God’s Leaders and their Kingdom roles
The spirit of intimidation can drive you to manipulation, with the intent to commit a spiritual murder against someone’s reputation and ministry.
Whenever an insecure leader begins to try to bring in civil war among either other leaders, or their spiritual children, that leader needs to sit down until deliverance comes.
The greatest sabotage by a leader comes when their flesh begins to conflict with the will of God for someone’s life, and they begin a campaign to cowardly fight secretly, against another person, because they are intimated by that persons favor, that God has given them.
This spirit of Leviathan, with a Pharaoh mindset, has taken over so many in leadership. They begin to look at the people connected to them, as their own personal property, and start using them as merchandise, rather than God’s vessels.
As a leader in God’s kingdom, I understand that no one belongs directly to me. I am just a vessel whom God is using to help get them to their destiny and purpose and to walk in the word and ways of God.
I also have to know the timings and seasons of those whose lives I have been called to. We need as leaders, to understand the concept of one plant, one water, and God gives the increase. Meaning, God may not necessary use you as the complete leadership source of a person’s life. You may just be the planter, while someone else waters what you planted.
It’s when a competitive spirit also reigns in a person’s life, that they fight against another leader whom God has placed in a person’s life, and they start competing for the control or limelight in someone else life.
When leaders can learn how to work together, and stop using manipulation to secure a status, or title, or position in someone life, then we will see a greater increase of souls saved miracles signs and wonders occurring. But right now, we so busy trying to be important to people, until we don’t even recognize we have become unusable to God.
Pure hearts pure motives are a must right now. We building our own private kingdoms and neglecting God’s.
NOTE: Personally, because I know who I am, and know my assignment, I don’t have to feel intimidated, threatened, or insecure about any other person’s role in the Kingdom.
Leaders need to understand their true identity, their true position, and their real assignment. Until they do, the war will continue among the leadership, until someone takes the time to seek God, pray and fast, until they are purged and the flesh is crucified, until they get in the word, until they are cleansed of the works of their flesh, and they become so broken, until pride and greed will no longer take their thoughts captive at will.
I’m praying for those in leadership that are dealing with personal iniquities and won’t acknowledge their issues, that they will see the damage they are doing to the people and repent and make amends for those they have wounded hurt and driven from God and ministry! This means war against the works of darkness!
