I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the Lord has done GREAT things in Israel!
  The wild animals no longer fear for the desert pastures are GREEN, the trees are putting out their FRUIT, the fig tree and vine are giving full yield.
• We decree People of ZION, REJOICE in the Lord your God!
  He is giving you the RIGHT amount of RAIN in the FALL, He makes the RAIN COME down for you, the FALL and the SPRING rains – this is what He does FIRST!
• We declare the Lord is ABUNDANTLY BLESSING the Land of Israel: the floors are FULL of grain and the vats OVERFLOW with wine and olive oil.
  He is RESTORING the years that the locusts ate, the grasshoppers, shearer-worms and cutter worms.
• We decree and declare YOU will eat until you are SATISFIED and will praise the Name of the Lord your God, Who has done with you SUCH WONDERS.
  Then the People of Israel will NEVER again be shamed.
  They will KNOW that God Almighty is with Israel and that He is their God, and that there is no other.
• We declare HOW GREAT is our God who made the Universe and everything in it, and Who is Lord of Heaven and Earth!
  He does not live in man-made temples, nor is He served by human hands; since it is He Himself Who GIVES LIFE and BREATH and everything to Everyone!
• We decree and declare God make EVERY Nation living on the Entire surface of the Earth, and He fixed the limits of their territories and the periods when they would flourish.
  God did this so that People WOULD LOOK for Him and perhaps REACH OUT and FIND HIM although in fact, He is not far from each one of us!
• We declare it is in Him we LIVE and MOVE and EXIST!
  We are actually His Children.
  So, since we are children of God, we shouldn’t suppose that God’s essence resembles gold, silver or stone shaped by Human technique and imagination.
• We decree and declare in the past, God overlooked such ignorance; but NOW He is COMMANDING all People EVERYWHERE to turn to Him from their sins.
  For He has set a DAY when He will JUDGE the inhabited World, and do it justly, by means of a Man whom He has designated.
  And He has given public proof of it by RESURRECTING this Man from the dead, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• We decree and declare there is the SOUND of God’s RAIN coming to Earth! It is the SOUND of the Latter Rain, the OUTPOURING of His Spirit as NEVER BEFORE experienced!
  LOOK, LOOK, LOOK!!! It’s Coming!!!
  Don’t give up, keep your eyes turned toward heaven!
• We declare we are in the Last Days; the age of the Gentiles having control of Israel ended 1948!
  Israel has been a nation for 70 years.
  We are BLESSED to be alive in this TIME!
  We are to know the signs and the times.
  We do not know the day of the Lord’s return.
• We decree and declare STAND UP and hold your heads HIGH; because you are about to be LIBERATED!
  Keep your hearts PURE and focused on Him.
• We decree and declare YOU KNOW THE TIMES, when you see the things spoken of in the Scriptures, you know that the Kingdom of God is near! Heaven and Earth will pass away, but God’s words will certainly not pass away!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

^“21 Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad, for the Lord has done great things. ²² Do not fear, beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness have turned green, for the tree has borne its fruit, the fig tree and the vine have yielded in full. ²³ So rejoice, O sons of Zion, and be glad in the Lord your God; for He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has poured down for you the rain, the early and latter rain as before. ²⁴ The threshing floors will be full of grain, and the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil.²⁵ “Then I will make up to you for the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the creeping locust, the stripping locust and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you. ²⁶ “You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; then My people will never be put to shame. ²⁷ “Thus you will know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other; and My people will never be put to shame,” Joel 2:21-27.

“²⁴ The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands; ²⁵ nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things; ²⁶ and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, ²⁷ that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; ²⁸ for in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His children.’ ²⁹ Being then the children of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and thought of man. ³⁰ Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, ³¹ because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead,” Acts 17:24-31.

“⁴¹ Now Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of the roar of a heavy shower.” ⁴² So Ahab went up to eat and drink. But Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he crouched down on the earth and put his face between his knees. ⁴³ He said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked and said, “There is nothing.” And he said, “Go back” seven times. ⁴⁴ It came about at the seventh time, that he said, “Behold, a cloud as small as a man’s hand is coming up from the sea.” And he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot and go down, so that the heavy shower does not stop you.’” ⁴⁵ In a little while the sky grew black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy shower. And Ahab rode and went to Jezreel,” 1 Kings 18:41-45.

“²⁴ and they will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations; and Jerusalem will be trampled underfoot by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. ²⁵ “There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, ²⁶ men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. ²⁷ Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. ²⁸ But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.” ²⁹ Then He told them a parable: “Behold the fig tree and all the trees; ³⁰ as soon as they put forth leaves, you see it and know for yourselves that summer is now near. ³¹ So you also, when you see these things happening, recognize that the kingdom of God is near. ³² Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place. ³³ Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away,” Luke 21:24-33.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
