“Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near,” Revelation 1:3 (NKJV) emphasis added.

“…the TIME ( καιρός – kairos ) is at HAND” Revelation 1:3b (KJV) emphases added.

I sense in the Spirit that this is a season of God’s Kairos timing for the body of Christ. The word Kairos simply means God’s right timing, a fixed or definite time, simply His APPOINTED TIME! Many of you in this season have an appointed time with the Lord. Many of you have been waiting upon the Lord for very specific things.

This is a season where new doors of opportunity are going to open up before you. New connections will be made with various leaders to accomplish God’s purposes. For some of you this may include new platforms for ministry and open doors of opportunity to minister in even greater capacities. I sense the Lord would encourage many of you even right now that He has seen your faithfulness and your servant’s hearts to do what He has called you to do and placed before you. Nothing goes unnoticed by the Lord when we serve Him to bring Him glory and expand His Kingdom. Your APPOINTED TIME is COMING! Hallelujah!

I also want to encourage those who have been waiting upon the Lord day after day, month after month, even year after year for something specific with seemingly no change. I am reminded of the lame man in Acts 3 who sat DAILY at the TEMPLE asking alms of those who passed by. Even from birth he had been in this lowly condition. But what happened? His KAIROS MOMENT came! His APPOINTED TIME with the LORD had arrived.

It just so happened during the hour of prayer here came Peter and John freshly endued with POWER from the HOLY GHOST! Money they didn’t have but they carried with them the HEALING POWER of GOD and this man was made whole. “Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk,” Acts 3:6.

This man after a long period of waiting received His KAIROS appointment with the Lord. And so will many of you. The intensity of trials many of you are currently facing can leave you feeling spiritually deformed and lame. But there will come your appointed KAIROS time with the Lord and He will bring DELIVERANCE and He will make you WHOLE.

Take heart and be encouraged my brothers and sisters. Your God WILL come THROUGH. He is never too EARLY nor is He ever a moment LATE. He is an ON TIME GOD. At the APPOINTED TIME He will come and perfect all that concerns you.

And best of all aren’t we so glad, “but when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son,” Galatians 4:4. God sent His only Son to die upon a wooden cross and take our place. Jesus came at just the RIGHT TIME, fulfilling prophecy, to give His life for the sins of the world.

Lord, we thank you for the APPOINTED TIME you came and were willing to lay down your life for each of us. And because of you Jesus we can each look forward to our KAIROS appointed times in You. Glory to Your Name!
