Declarations & Decrees: God’s Justice Shows No Favoritism
Declarations & Decrees: God’s Justice Shows No Favoritism — According to a Law That Gives Freedom!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare DISCERNMENT and GODLY JUDGMENT to the People of God/ Elohim.
Godly LOVE does not mean you are to condone and encourage ungodly and evil ways.
Jehu spoke to Jehoshaphat, “Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord/ Adonai?
Because of this, WRATH from before the Lord/ Adonai is against you.
Nevertheless, good things are found in you, for you have removed the Asherah poles out of the land and have SET YOUR HEART TO SEEK GOD/ELOHIM.” - I decree and declare to the Judges of the Land, “Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the Lord/ Adonai Who is with you when you pass JUDGMENT.
Now then Let the fear of the Lord/ Adonai be upon you.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU DO, for there is no justice or favoritism or bribe taking with the Lord our God/ Adonai Eloheinu.” - I decree and declare I will FOLLOW the Lord’s/ Adonai’s LEADING, His teaching, daily.
I will SHARE His word with those He reveals to me, for what God has made clean, I must not consider unholy.
Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh is directing those who need to HEAR HIS WORD to cross paths with Believers of Christ Jesus/Messiah Yeshua. - I decree and declare the Lord is CALLING you to GO to those who need to hear your message of HOPE in Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah.
You will be cordial to all He uses and will be OBEDIENT to SPEAK according to His DESIGN and not show partiality. - I decree and declare we will not receive the worship of men, for it is Jesus Christ who does the ministry and miracles.
We are just men and women, obedient to GOD’S CALL.
As we are obedient, outside of man’s traditions, unity will be strengthened in the Body of Christ/ Messiah. - I decree and declare I will not accept accusations against another elder or minister except on the evidence of two or three witnesses.
Those who continue to sin will be corrected in the presence of Everyone, so that the rest also may FEAR. - I decree and declare you are solemnly charged, before God/Elohim and Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua and the Chosen Angels, to OBSERVE the Biblical Teachings without taking sides, doing nothing out of favoritism.
Keep yourself PURE, not laying hands on anyone hastily or taking part in the sins of others. - I decree and declare favoritism cannot be condoned while holding to the FAITH of our GLORIOUS Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah.
Making DISTINCTIONS between yourselves and others based on the clothes they wear, or their cleanliness puts you in the position of judges with evil thoughts.
For God LOOKS AT THE HEART and He is not partial. - I decree and declare God CHOOSES the Poor in this World to be RICH in FAITH and heirs of the Kingdom that He PROMISED to those who LOVE Him.
I will not dishonor the Poor person.
For it is often the rich who oppress and drag the brethren into court.
They blaspheme the good name by which we are called.
I choose to FULFILL the ROYAL LAW according to the Scripture, “You shall LOVE your Neighbor as yourself.” - I decree and declare I will SPEAK and ACT as one who is JUDGED according to a Law/ Torah that gives FREEDOM.
For Judgment is merciless to the one who does not show mercy.
MERCY triumphs over JUDGMENT! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 Then Jehoshaphat the king of Judah returned in safety to his house in Jerusalem. 2 Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him and said to King Jehoshaphat, “Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord and so bring wrath on yourself from the Lord? 3 But there is some good in you, for you have removed the Asheroth from the land and you have set your heart to seek God.”
4 So Jehoshaphat lived in Jerusalem and went out again among the people from Beersheba to the hill country of Ephraim and brought them back to the Lord, the God of their fathers.
5 He appointed judges in the land in all the fortified cities of Judah, city by city. 6 He said to the judges, “Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the Lord who is with you when you render judgment. 7 Now then let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the Lord our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or the taking of a bribe,” 2 Chronicles 19:1-7.
“9 On the next day, as they were on their way and approaching the city, Peter went up on the housetop about the sixth hour to pray. 10 But he became hungry and was desiring to eat; but while they were making preparations, he fell into a trance; 11 and he saw the sky opened up, and an object like a great sheet coming down, lowered by four corners to the ground, 12 and there were in it all kinds of four-footed animals and crawling creatures of the earth and birds of the air. 13 A voice came to him, “Get up, Peter, kill and eat!” 14 But Peter said, “By no means, Lord, for I have never eaten anything unholy and unclean.” 15 Again a voice came to him a second time, “What God has cleansed, no longer consider unholy.” 16 This happened three times, and immediately the object was taken up into the sky.
17 Now while Peter was greatly perplexed in mind as to what the vision which he had seen might be, behold, the men who had been sent by Cornelius, having asked directions for Simon’s house, appeared at the gate; 18 and calling out, they were asking whether Simon, who was also called Peter, was staying there. 19 While Peter was reflecting on the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Behold, three men are looking for you. 20 But get up, go downstairs and accompany them without misgivings, for I have sent them Myself.” 21 Peter went down to the men and said, “Behold, I am the one you are looking for; what is the reason for which you have come?” 22 They said, “Cornelius, a centurion, a righteous and God-fearing man well spoken of by the entire nation of the Jews, was divinely directed by a holy angel to send for you to come to his house and hear a message from you.” 23 So he invited them in and gave them lodging.
And on the next day he got up and went away with them, and some of the brethren from Joppa accompanied him. 24 On the following day he entered Caesarea. Now Cornelius was waiting for them and had called together his relatives and close friends. 25 When Peter entered, Cornelius met him, and fell at his feet and worshiped him. 26 But Peter raised him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am just a man.” 27 As he talked with him, he entered and found many people assembled. 28 And he said to them, “You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a man who is a Jew to associate with a foreigner or to visit him; and yet God has shown me that I should not call any man unholy or unclean. 29 That is why I came without even raising any objection when I was sent for. So I ask for what reason you have sent for me,” Acts 10:9-29.
“19 Do not receive an accusation against an elder except on the basis of two or three witnesses. 20 Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning. 21 I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of His chosen angels, to maintain these principles without bias, doing nothing in a spirit of partiality. 22 Do not lay hands upon anyone too hastily and thereby share responsibility for the sins of others; keep yourself free from sin.
23 No longer drink water exclusively, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.
24 The sins of some men are quite evident, going before them to judgment; for others, their sins follow after. 25 Likewise also, deeds that are good are quite evident, and those which are otherwise cannot be concealed,” 1 Timothy 5:19-25.
“1 My brethren, do not hold your faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ with an attitude of personal favoritism. 2 For if a man comes into your assembly with a gold ring and dressed in fine clothes, and there also comes in a poor man in dirty clothes, 3 and you pay special attention to the one who is wearing the fine clothes, and say, “You sit here in a good place,” and you say to the poor man, “You stand over there, or sit down by my footstool,” 4 have you not made distinctions among yourselves, and become judges with evil motives? 5 Listen, my beloved brethren: did not God choose the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him? 6 But you have dishonored the poor man. Is it not the rich who oppress you and personally drag you into court? 7 Do they not blaspheme the fair name by which you have been called?
8 If, however, you are fulfilling the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well. 9 But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors. 10 For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all. 11 For He who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not commit murder.” Now if you do not commit adultery, but do commit murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak and so act as those who are to be judged by the law of liberty. 13 For judgment will be merciless to one who has shown no mercy; mercy triumphs over judgment,” James 2:1-13.
Love,

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
