I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare there is One God/ Elohim, the First and the Last; He is God/ Elohim and there is none like Him.
• I decree and declare at the BEGINNING He announced the END; He PROCLAIMED in ADVANCE things not yet done.
  The PLAN of the LORD/ ADONAI will stand, He will do EVERYTHING that He pleases.
  He has MADE a PLAN and He will FULFILL it!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai says, “Listen! I am bringing My JUSTICE nearer, it is not far away; My SALVATION will not be delayed, I will place My SALVATION in Zion/ Tziyon for Israel My Glory!”
  This JUSTICE and SALVATION are our heritage; the heritage of all who TRUST in Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare the WORD of GOD is TRUE!
  The visions are meant for their APPOINTED TIME; many speak of the END, and they DO NOT LIE.
  They may take a while, but WAIT for them, they will SURELY COME to PASS, they will NOT DELAY.
• I decree and declare BEWARE of the PROUD: he is inwardly not upright; but the RIGHTEOUS will attain LIFE through TRUSTING FAITHFULNESS!
• I decree and declare the Lord HEARS YOUR CRY.
  He lifts you out of the roaring pit, up from the muddy ooze and SETS YOUR FEET on the ROCK, making your footing firm.
  He puts a NEW SONG in your mouth, a song of PRAISE to our GOD.
  Many will look on in AWE and put their TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai.
• I decree and declare you are BLESSED who TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai and DO NOT LOOK to the ARROGANT or to those things that are FALSE.
  NONE CAN COMPARE with the Lord/ Adonai my God/ Elohim: His WONDERS and HIS THOUGHTS toward us are beyond description, there is too much to tell.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai DOES NOT WITHHOLD HIS MERCY from THOSE WHO SEEK HIM.
  His GRACE and TRUTH PRESERVE you ALWAYS.
  TRUST! Though numberless evils surround you and your iniquities engulf you, your vision fails because there are more of them than the hairs on your head, YOUR COURAGE WILL NOT FAIL; the Lord/ Adonai is with you and His Angel Armies surround you.
• I decree and declare ALL WHO SEEK the Lord/ Adonai will be GLAD and take JOY in Him. Those who LOVE His SALVATION will say always, “The Lord/ Adonai is GREAT and GLORIOUS!” The Lord does not delay in PROVIDING for His Children. His timing is PERFECT that all glory and praise will be given to Him.
• I decree and declare GOD’S MERCY IS GREAT to us, whom He CALLED not only from among the Jews but also from among the Gentiles.
  He did this in order to MAKE KNOWN the RICHES of His GLORY to those who were objects of His MERCY, whom He PREPARED in advance for GLORY.
  For God/ Elohim said, “Those who were not My People I will call My People; her who was not Loved I will call Loved!”
• I decree and declare a REMNANT of Israel will be SAVED; the Lord/ Adonai will FULFILL HIS WORD on Earth with certainty and WITHOUT DELAY.
  All who PURSUE RIGHTEOUSNESS by TRUSTING in Christ Jesus/ Yeshua Messiah and His Promises will be SAVED.
  Those who pursue legalistic works as a means of reaching God are stumbling over the STONE that makes people Stumble.
  But he who rests his TRUST on the STONE WILL NOT BE HUMILIATED.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁹ “Remember the former things long past, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me, ¹⁰ Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things which have not been done, saying, ‘My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure’; ¹¹ Calling a bird of prey from the east, the man of My purpose from a far country. Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it. ¹² “Listen to Me, you stubborn-minded, who are far from righteousness. ¹³ “I bring near My righteousness, it is not far off; and My salvation will not delay. And I will grant salvation in Zion, and My glory for Israel,” Isaiah 46:9-13.

“² Then the Lord answered me and said, “Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run. ³ “For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay. ⁴ “Behold, as for the proud one, his soul is not right within him; but the righteous will live by his faith,” Habakkuk 2:2-4.

“¹ I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined to me and heard my cry. ² He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay, and He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm. ³ He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; many will see and fear and will trust in the Lord. ⁴ How blessed is the man who has made the Lord his trust, and has not turned to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood. ⁵ Many, O Lord my God, are the wonders which You have done, and Your thoughts toward us; there is none to compare with You. If I would declare and speak of them, they would be too numerous to count……
……. ¹¹ You, O Lord, will not withhold Your compassion from me; Your lovingkindness and Your truth will continually preserve me. ¹² For evils beyond number have surrounded me; my iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to see; they are more numerous than the hairs of my head, and my heart has failed me. ¹³ Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me; make haste, O Lord, to help me. ¹⁴ Let those be ashamed and humiliated together who seek my life to destroy it; let those be turned back and dishonored who delight in my hurt. ¹⁵ Let those be appalled because of their shame who say to me, “Aha, aha!” ¹⁶ Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; let those who love Your salvation say continually, “The Lord be magnified!” ¹⁷ Since I am afflicted and needy, let the Lord be mindful of me. You are my help and my deliverer; do not delay, O my God,” Psalm 40:1-5, 11-17.

“²² What if God, although willing to demonstrate His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction? ²³ And He did so to make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory, ²⁴ even us, whom He also called, not from among Jews only, but also from among Gentiles. ²⁵ As He says also in Hosea, “I will call those who were not My people, ‘My people,’ and her who was not beloved, ‘beloved.’” ²⁶ “And it shall be that in the place where it was said to them, ‘you are not My people,’ there they shall be called sons of the living God.” ²⁷ Isaiah cries out concerning Israel, “Though the number of the sons of Israel be like the sand of the sea, it is the remnant that will be saved; ²⁸ for the Lord will execute His word on the earth, thoroughly and quickly.” ²⁹ And just as Isaiah foretold, “Unless the Lord of Sabaoth had left to us a posterity, We would have become like Sodom, and would have resembled Gomorrah.” ³⁰ What shall we say then? That Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, attained righteousness, even the righteousness which is by faith; ³¹ but Israel, pursuing a law of righteousness, did not arrive at that law. ³² Why? Because they did not pursue it by faith, but as though it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone, ³³ just as it is written, “Behold, I lay in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense, and he who believes in Him will not be disappointed,” Romans 9:22-33.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
