God’s Judgments are Remedial, not Wicked
4 Words in 1
The Devil’s Advocate
Sometimes we can unwittingly be sponsors, advocates, endorsers or reinforcers of sin in other people’s lives.
We don’t know a human being as much as God knows them. Despising what God has said to us in dreams and visions and the physical about a person’s sun which they refuse to change from, means that we may be playing devil’s advocate
- Never dismiss God
- Pray about what He has shown you
- Reconfirm it
Apply Matthew 18:15-17 and Ezekiel 3:20.
“If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother.
But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every fact may be confirmed.
If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector,” Matthew 18:15-17.
“Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling-block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand,” Ezekiel 3:20.
We may be blindfolded by the enemy to cover up for the sin, by saying “love covers a multitude of sins,” but remember, love does not cover ALL sin. Some sins lead to death.
You may be the one the devil is using to throw the final ‘going away party’ for a soul that is being beckoned by hell.
Don’t look back!
Take Note: When the LORD says to you, “Don’t look back,” then please do not look back at the place from which God has saved you.
Lot’s wife looked and she became a pillar of salt.
I asked the Holy Spirit why this happened, and you may also ask Did she wish they had never left, or they had carried more stuff, or some of her friends should have come along?

The Wages of Sin, is Death
Beware: There are people who have dug a pit for themselves through their own evil ways and actions, and they are pulling other people into that pit.
Make sure somebody who has deliberately chosen sin, does not lead you into their sinful trap which leads to death.
This is how the devil operates – he knows that he is destined for the pit of darkness and that is why he is busy pulling all whom he can get, to accompany him to the place.
“For the wages of sin, is death,” Romans 6:23.
God’s Judgments are Remedial, not Wicked
Yes, the judgments of God are remedial, and not wicked.
God will punish us (judge us) out of HIS LOVE. He does this when He wants to bring us back to Himself and back to the right path.
He never punishes out of wickedness or hatred or preference.
He does it because He has so much love for humankind.
God hates the sin, but not the sinner. So He will do that He has to do, to remove that sin.
He is a loving Father and will not bring any to harm, but to salvation, if they only allowed His correction.
“Because the LORD disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son,” Hebrews 12:6.
Many of us Christians don’t like hearing the word ‘judgement,‘ because we have a misplaced view of it. We seem to think that judgement is a very wicked thing, yet it is actually a holy thing, meant to bring men back to their Creator.

Luke 9:62 (NKJV)
62 But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”
This verse came to mind Luke 14:26
“Lot’s wife looked and she became a pillar of salt.”
I also have meditated on this and (I believe) Lot’s wife’ is an example of many believers whom, instead of following the Lord forward and grow in the spirit, they are stagnated with staying on the same level preaching the same thing and they are the ones who often will despise and reject prophetic revelations from their brothers and sister in Christ.
They claim they ‘know what they believe’ and don’t need anything more’.
They are often preaching to unbelievers with pointing to their sin saying that they “must receive Jesus as their savior” but they are because of their own unwillingness to go forward inable to correctly follow Him and therefore also unable to teach others how to walk in the Spirit.
