I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare in the midst of famine and lack the Lord/ Adonai will ORDER unbelievers and those in need to TAKE CARE OF YOU.
  The Lord’s design is PERFECT and He is touching many lives with His GRACE.
• I decree and declare you are God’s Hands of GRACE to the lost and dying World.
  Do not rationalize what is appropriate or feasible in a situation – DO NOT QUESTION.
  Go and ask, for the Lord has GONE BEFORE YOU and ORDERED those who are to PROVIDE FOR YOU.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s MIRACLE of PROVISION comes in the midst of your OBEDIENCE of PROVIDING for OTHERS.
  The step of TRUST and FAITH opens Heaven’s floodgates so that you will not be able to contain all that He has for you.
• I decree and declare ALL THINGS work together to STRENGTHEN your FAITH in the One True God/ Elohim, and Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua His Son.
  What appears to be the End will be your NEW BEGINNING.
  You are keeping your EYES FOCUSED UPWARD to the Great I AM.
  He is EVER PRESENT and He NEVER CHANGES.
  He is the SAME, YESTERDAY, TODAY and FOREVER!
• I decree and declare the GRACE of the Lord/ Adonai and His PRAISES, because of ALL that the Lord/ Adonai has granted us and His GREAT GOODNESS toward His People, which He bestowed on them in keeping with HIS MERCY, in keeping with the GREATNESS of His GRACE!
• I decree and declare to those who are LOYAL to the Lord/ Adonai, He is your SAVIOR.
  In all your troubles HE IS TROUBLED; He sends the ANGEL OF HIS PRESENCE to SAVE you; in His LOVE and PITY He REDEEMS you.
  He LIFTS YOU UP and carries you throughout your days.
• I decree and declare in the midst of your desert God Almighty/ El Shaddai brings you REST.
  The Lord/ Adonai LOVES YOU with an everlasting love; this is why in His GRACE He DREW YOU to Himself.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will REBUILD your Lands, your Homes.
  You will once again be equipped with tambourines and go out and dance with the merrymakers.
  You will plant vineyards on the hills and have use of its fruit.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is calling for His People throughout the Earth to GO UP TO ZION/ TZIYON, to the Lord/ Adonai our God/ Elohim.
  Sing with JOY for Jacob/ Ya’akov!
  Shout for the Chief of Nations!
  Proclaim your PRAISE, for the Lord/ Adonai has saved His People, the REMNANT OF ISRAEL!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is gathering His People from the far ends of the Earth.
  They are COMING WEEPING and PRAYING as HE BRINGS THEM BACK.
  He is Leading them by STREAMS of Water on SMOOTH PATHS, so that they won’t stumble.
  For God/ Elohim is a FATHER to Israel, and Efrayim His first born son.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has RANSOMED JACOB/ YA’AKOV, redeemed him from hands too strong for him.
  They are coming and singing on the HEIGHTS of ZION/ TZIYON, streaming to the GOODNESS of the Lord/ Adonai.
  They themselves will be like a WELL-WATERED GARDEN, never to languish again.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁸ Then the word of the Lord came to him, saying, ⁹ “Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongs to Sidon, and stay there; behold, I have commanded a widow there to provide for you.” ¹⁰ So he arose and went to Zarephath, and when he came to the gate of the city, behold, a widow was there gathering sticks; and he called to her and said, “Please get me a little water in a jar, that I may drink.” ¹¹ As she was going to get it, he called to her and said, “Please bring me a piece of bread in your hand.” ¹² But she said, “As the Lord your God lives, I have no bread, only a handful of flour in the bowl and a little oil in the jar; and behold, I am gathering a few sticks that I may go in and prepare for me and my son, that we may eat it and die.” ¹³ Then Elijah said to her, “Do not fear; go, do as you have said, but make me a little bread cake from it first and bring it out to me, and afterward you may make one for yourself and for your son. ¹⁴ For thus says the Lord God of Israel, ‘The bowl of flour shall not be exhausted, nor shall the jar of oil be empty, until the day that the Lord sends rain on the face of the earth.’” ¹⁵ So she went and did according to the word of Elijah, and she and he and her household ate for many days. ¹⁶ The bowl of flour was not exhausted nor did the jar of oil become empty, according to the word of the Lord which He spoke through Elijah.
¹⁷ Now it came about after these things that the son of the woman, the mistress of the house, became sick; and his sickness was so severe that there was no breath left in him. ¹⁸ So she said to Elijah, “What do I have to do with you, O man of God? You have come to me to bring my iniquity to remembrance and to put my son to death!” ¹⁹ He said to her, “Give me your son.” Then he took him from her bosom and carried him up to the upper room where he was living, and laid him on his own bed. ²⁰ He called to the Lord and said, “O Lord my God, have You also brought calamity to the widow with whom I am staying, by causing her son to die?” ²¹ Then he stretched himself upon the child three times, and called to the Lord and said, “O Lord my God, I pray You, let this child’s life return to him.” ²² The Lord heard the voice of Elijah, and the life of the child returned to him and he revived. ²³ Elijah took the child and brought him down from the upper room into the house and gave him to his mother; and Elijah said, “See, your son is alive.” ²⁴ Then the woman said to Elijah, “Now I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth,” 1 Kings 17:8-24.

“⁷ I shall make mention of the lovingkindnesses of the Lord, the praises of the Lord, according to all that the Lord has granted us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which He has granted them according to His compassion and according to the abundance of His lovingkindnesses. ⁸ For He said, “Surely, they are My people, sons who will not deal falsely.” So He became their Savior. ⁹ In all their affliction He was afflicted, and the angel of His presence saved them; in His love and in His mercy He redeemed them, and He lifted them and carried them all the days of old,” Isaiah 63:7-9.

“² Thus says the Lord, “The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness— Israel, when it went to find its rest.” ³ The Lord appeared to him from afar, saying, “I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness. ⁴ “Again I will build you and you will be rebuilt, O virgin of Israel! Again you will take up your tambourines, and go forth to the dances of the merrymakers. ⁵ “Again you will plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria; the planters will plant and will enjoy them. ⁶ “For there will be a day when watchmen on the hills of Ephraim call out, ‘Arise, and let us go up to Zion, to the Lord our God.’”
⁷ For thus says the Lord, “Sing aloud with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations; proclaim, give praise and say, ‘O Lord, save Your people, the remnant of Israel.’ ⁸ “Behold, I am bringing them from the north country, and I will gather them from the remote parts of the earth, among them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and she who is in labor with child, together; a great company, they will return here. ⁹ “With weeping they will come, and by supplication I will lead them; I will make them walk by streams of waters, on a straight path in which they will not stumble; for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is My firstborn.”
¹⁰ Hear the word of the Lord, O nations, and declare in the coastlands afar off, and say, “He who scattered Israel will gather him and keep him as a shepherd keeps his flock.” ¹¹ For the Lord has ransomed Jacob and redeemed him from the hand of him who was stronger than he. ¹² “They will come and shout for joy on the height of Zion, and they will be radiant over the bounty of the Lord— over the grain and the new wine and the oil, and over the young of the flock and the herd; and their life will be like a watered garden, and they will never languish again. ¹³ “Then the virgin will rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old, together, for I will turn their mourning into joy and will comfort them and give them joy for their sorrow. ¹⁴ “I will fill the soul of the priests with abundance, and My people will be satisfied with My goodness,” declares the Lord,” Jeremiah 31:2-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
