I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare God HEARS my voice when I call to Him in my distress.
  In His ANGER the EARTH QUAKES and SHAKES, the foundations of Heaven TREMBLE. God Almighty LOWERS HEAVEN and comes down with THICK DARKNESS under His Feet.
• I decree and declare SMOKE RISES from God’s nostrils; from His MOUTH DEVOURING FIRE with coals BLAZING from it.
  From the BRIGHTNESS before Him, FIERY COALS flame out.
  The Lord THUNDERS from Heaven, the Most High SOUNDS His VOICE!
• I decree and declare God sends out ARROWS and LIGHTNING to scatter your enemies.
  The CHANNELS of the Sea appear and the FOUNDATIONS of the World are EXPOSED by the Lord’s REBUKE, at the BLAST of His BREATH!
• I decree and declare the Lord ENCIRCLES the Earth, His ANGER BURNING, in thick rising smoke.
  His lips are FULL to the BRIM with FURY, His tongue is a CONSUMING FIRE.
  God’s BREATH is like a RACING TORRENT to SIFT the NATIONS with the sieve of DESTRUCTION!
• I decree and declare YOU will SING and REJOICE as for a HOLY FEAST, and your HEARTS will be HAPPY, as if walking to the sound of the flute, to the Mountain of the Lord, to the ROCK of ISRAEL!
  You are a CHILD of the LIVING GOD!
  You are living in the heavenlies through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua your Lord!
• I decree and declare God Almighty makes His GLORIOUS VOICE HEARD, and He REVEALS HIS ARM descending with furious Anger in a FLAMING FIRESTORM, with cloudbursts, tempests and hailstones.
  The Lord will TERRIFY those who refuse to acknowledge His SOVEREIGNTY!
• I decree and declare to the RULERS throughout the Earth, to you who HAVE NOT HUMBLED your hearts.
  You have exalted yourselves AGAINST THE LORD of Heaven.
  Yet, GOD, the Great I AM, Who HOLDS YOUR VERY BREATH in His Hands, and to Whom BELONGS EVERYTHING you do, YOU HAVE NOT GLORIFIED.
• I decree and declare God’s WARNINGS are given to those who REFUSE to REPENT and turn to the One True God.
  He has counted up your kingdoms and is bringing them to an END.
  You are weighed on the balances and have COME UP SHORT!
  The time is short, the SPIRIT OF GOD is calling for REPENTANCE or you will be REMOVED.
• I decree and declare the God Who made the Universe and EVERYTHING in it, and Who is Lord of Heaven and Earth, does not live in man-made Temples, nor is He served by human hands, since it is HE WHO GIVES LIFE and BREATH and everything to everyone.
• I decree and declare God made EVERY NATION living on the entire surface of the Earth and fixed the limits of their territories and periods when they would flourish.
  HE DID THIS so that People would LOOK for Him and perhaps REACH OUT and FIND Him although in fact, He is NOT FAR from each one of us, for IN HIM WE LIVE and MOVE and EXIST.
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ “In my distress I called upon the Lord, yes, I cried to my God; and from His temple He heard my voice, and my cry for help came into His ears. ⁸ “Then the earth shook and quaked, the foundations of heaven were trembling and were shaken, because He was angry. ⁹ “Smoke went up out of His nostrils, fire from His mouth devoured; coals were kindled by it. ¹⁰ “He bowed the heavens also, and came down with thick darkness under His feet. ¹¹ “And He rode on a cherub and flew; and He appeared on the wings of the wind. ¹² “And He made darkness canopies around Him, a mass of waters, thick clouds of the sky. ¹³ “From the brightness before Him coals of fire were kindled. ¹⁴ “The Lord thundered from heaven, and the Most High uttered His voice. ¹⁵ “And He sent out arrows, and scattered them, lightning, and routed them. ¹⁶ “Then the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were laid bare by the rebuke of the Lord, at the blast of the breath of His nostrils,” 2 Samuel 22:7-16.

“²⁷ Behold, the name of the Lord comes from a remote place; burning is His anger and dense is His smoke; His lips are filled with indignation and His tongue is like a consuming fire; ²⁸ His breath is like an overflowing torrent, which reaches to the neck, to shake the nations back and forth in a sieve, and to put in the jaws of the peoples the bridle which leads to ruin. ²⁹ You will have songs as in the night when you keep the festival, and gladness of heart as when one marches to the sound of the flute, to go to the mountain of the Lord, to the Rock of Israel. ³⁰ And the Lord will cause His voice of authority to be heard, and the descending of His arm to be seen in fierce anger, and in the flame of a consuming fire in cloudburst, downpour and hailstones. ³¹ For at the voice of the Lord Assyria will be terrified, when He strikes with the rod. ³² And every blow of the rod of punishment, which the Lord will lay on him, will be with the music of tambourines and lyres; and in battles, brandishing weapons, He will fight them. ³³ For Topheth has long been ready, indeed, it has been prepared for the king. He has made it deep and large, a pyre of fire with plenty of wood; the breath of the Lord, like a torrent of brimstone, sets it afire,” Isaiah 30:27-33.

“²² Yet you, his son, Belshazzar, have not humbled your heart, even though you knew all this, ²³ but you have exalted yourself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of His house before you, and you and your nobles, your wives and your concubines have been drinking wine from them; and you have praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood and stone, which do not see, hear or understand. But the God in whose hand are your life-breath and all your ways, you have not glorified. ²⁴ Then the hand was sent from Him and this inscription was written out. ²⁵ “Now this is the inscription that was written out: ‘MENĒ, MENĒ, TEKĒL, UPHARSIN.’ ²⁶ This is the interpretation of the message: ‘MENĒ’ — God has numbered your kingdom and put an end to it. ²⁷ ‘TEKĒL’ — you have been weighed on the scales and found deficient. ²⁸ ‘PERĒS’ — your kingdom has been divided and given over to the Medes and Persians.” ²⁹ Then Belshazzar gave orders, and they clothed Daniel with purple and put a necklace of gold around his neck, and issued a proclamation concerning him that he now had authority as the third ruler in the kingdom. ³⁰ That same night Belshazzar the Chaldean king was slain,” Daniel 5:22-30.

“²⁴ The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands; ²⁵ nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things; ²⁶ and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, ²⁷ that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; ²⁸ for in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His children.’ ²⁹ Being then the children of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and thought of man. ³⁰ Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, ³¹ because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead,” Acts 17:24-31.
