Declarations & Decrees: God’s Anointing Oil, Holy Spirit, Is Empowering You, His People!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you have received Christ’s/ Messiah’s ANOINTING from the Holy One/ HaKadosh and you KNOW the TRUTH.
  No lie has its origin in the TRUTH.
  Who is a liar at all, if not the person who denies that Jesus/ Yeshua is the Christ/Messiah?
• I decree and declare that what you have heard from the beginning will REMAIN in you.
  As it remains in you, you will also remain in UNION with both the Son and the Father.
  And He has PROMISED you ETERNAL LIFE!
• I decree and declare all spirits and powers of deception are broken and CRUSHED under our feet.
  We have the AUTHORITY, through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, to DELIVER the oppressed, to CAST OUT demons and to set the captives free. (Romans 16:20)
• I decree and declare the ANOINTING you received from the Father REMAINS in you, so that you have no need for anyone to teach you.
  The anointing of Christ/ Messiah which you received from the Father will CONTINUE TO TEACH you about ALL things, and is TRUE, not a counterfeit, so just as He taught you, REMAIN UNITED with Him.
• I decree and declare the Spirit of the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim is upon me, because He has ANOINTED me to ANNOUNCE GOOD NEWS to the poor.
  He has sent me to HEAL the BROKENHEARTED; to PROCLAIM FREEDOM to the captives, to let out into the LIGHT those bound in the dark; to PROCLAIM the YEAR of the FAVOR of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God!
• I decree and declare the Lord has sent me to COMFORT ALL WHO MOURN, yes, to provide for those in Zion who mourn, giving them GARLANDS instead of ashes, the OIL of GLADNESS instead of mourning, a CLOAK of PRAISE instead of a heavy spirit, so that they will be called OAKS of RIGHTEOUSNESS planted by the Lord/ Adonai, in which He takes pride.
• I decree and declare the People of the God Almighty/ El Shaddai are REBUILDING ANCIENT RUINS, RESTORING SITES long destroyed, they are RENEWING the ruined cities, destroyed many generations ago.
  Strangers will stand and feed your flocks, foreigners will plow your land and tend your vines.
  You are called the PRIESTS of the Lord/ Adonai, spoken of as MINISTERS to our God/ Elohim.
  You will FEED ON THE WEALTH OF NATIONS, and revel in their riches.
• I decree and declare you are as a WISE BRIDESMAID who keeps her LAMP FILLED with OIL and have extra oil too.
  You do not rely on other’s spirituality or relationship with God to keep you in fellowship.
  You sit at the Master’s feet and drink in His Words.
  Nothing will separate you from His TRUTH and His LOVE.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁸ Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour. ¹⁹ They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be shown that they all are not of us. ²⁰ But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all know. ²¹ I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it, and because no lie is of the truth. ²² Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. ²³ Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also. ²⁴ As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. ²⁵ This is the promise which He Himself made to us: eternal life. ²⁶ These things I have written to you concerning those who are trying to deceive you. ²⁷ As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him. ²⁸ Now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming. ²⁹ If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone also who practices righteousness is born of Him,” 1 John 2:18-29.

“¹ The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners; ² To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn, ³ To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. ⁴ Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins, they will raise up the former devastations; and they will repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations. ⁵ Strangers will stand and pasture your flocks, and foreigners will be your farmers and your vinedressers. ⁶ But you will be called the priests of the Lord; You will be spoken of as ministers of our God. You will eat the wealth of nations, and in their riches you will boast,” Isaiah 61:1-6.

“¹ “Then the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins, who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. ² Five of them were foolish, and five were prudent. ³ For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, ⁴ but the prudent took oil in flasks along with their lamps. ⁵ Now while the bridegroom was delaying, they all got drowsy and began to sleep. ⁶ But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’ ⁷ Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps. ⁸ The foolish said to the prudent, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ ⁹ But the prudent answered, ‘No, there will not be enough for us and you too; go instead to the dealers and buy some for yourselves.’ ¹⁰ And while they were going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut. ¹¹ Later the other virgins also came, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open up for us.’ ¹² But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’ ¹³ Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour,” Matthew 25:1-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
