Declarations & Decrees: God’s Anointing of Wisdom, Splendor and Honor Are Upon His Chosen Servants – Upon His People!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, the King and People take great JOY in YOUR STRENGTH and VICTORY!
  You give the King his Heart’s desire; You don’t refuse his prayer or the prayers from your People.
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, MEET with the King and Your People with the BEST BLESSINGS.
  You place a crown of fine GOLD on the King’s head. He asks you for Life; You give it to him, years and FOREVER and EVER.
• I decree and declare Your VICTORY, Lord/ Adonai, brings him great GLORY, You confer on him SPLENDOR and HONOR.
  You bestow on him EVERLASTING BLESSINGS, You make him GLAD with the JOY of Your Presence.
  For the king puts his TRUST in the Lord/ Adonai, in the GRACE of the Most High/ ’Elyon, he WILL NOT BE MOVED!
• I decree and declare the People of God Almighty/ El Shaddai are His KINGS and PRIESTS FOREVER.
  You are all handsome: GRACIOUS SPEECH flows from your lips.
  For God has BLESSED you FOREVER!
• I decree and declare WARRIORS, strap your sword at your thigh, gird on your SPLENDOR and MAJESTY.
  In MAJESTY, you will SUCCEED, riding on the cause of TRUTH, MEEKNESS and RIGHTEOUSNESS.
  Your Right Hand will teach you AWESOME things.
• I decree and declare the ARROWS and STRATEGIES of the King are SHARP; they PENETRATE the hearts of the king’s enemies; the plots of men are CRUSHED.
• I decree and declare YOUR THRONE, God/ Elohim, will LAST FOREVER and EVER; You RULE Your Kingdom with a Scepter of EQUITY.
  You have LOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS and hated wickedness, therefore God, your God, has ANOINTED YOU with the OIL of JOY in preference to your companions!
• I decree and declare the GRACE and UNDERSTANDING flow from the Throne of the Most High/ ’Elyon, to those who live RIGHTEOUSLY and HONESTLY, washed in the Blood of the Lamb, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare UNDERSTANDING and WISDOM are upon God’s Leaders, His Children, in this hour.
  With God’s/ Elohim’s leading JUSTICE will be administered to the People.
  He alone anoints with DISCERNMENT to JUDGE this great People.
• I decree and declare, to those who seek from the Lord WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING to administer justice righteously, the Lord will bestow RICHES and HONOR.
  A LONG LIFE is promised to those who LIVE ACCORDING TO GOD’S/ ELOHIM’S WAYS, OBEYING His Laws and Commands.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ O Lord, in Your strength the king will be glad, and in Your salvation how greatly he will rejoice! ² You have given him his heart’s desire, and You have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah. ³ For You meet him with the blessings of good things; You set a crown of fine gold on his head. ⁴ He asked life of You, You gave it to him, length of days forever and ever. ⁵ His glory is great through Your salvation, splendor and majesty You place upon him. ⁶ For You make him most blessed forever; You make him joyful with gladness in Your presence. ⁷ For the king trusts in the Lord, and through the lovingkindness of the Most High he will not be shaken,” Psalm 21:1-7.

“¹ My heart overflows with a good theme; I address my verses to the King; my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. ² You are fairer than the sons of men; grace is poured upon Your lips; therefore God has blessed You forever. ³ Gird Your sword on Your thigh, O Mighty One, in Your splendor and Your majesty! ⁴ And in Your majesty ride on victoriously, for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; let Your right hand teach You awesome things. ⁵ Your arrows are sharp; the peoples fall under You; Your arrows are in the heart of the King’s enemies. ⁶ Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a scepter of uprightness is the scepter of Your kingdom. ⁷ You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of joy above Your fellows,” Psalm 45:1-7.

“⁵ In Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream at night; and God said, “Ask what you wish Me to give you.” ⁶ Then Solomon said, “You have shown great lovingkindness to Your servant David my father, according as he walked before You in truth and righteousness and uprightness of heart toward You; and You have reserved for him this great lovingkindness, that You have given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day. ⁷ Now, O Lord my God, You have made Your servant king in place of my father David, yet I am but a little child; I do not know how to go out or come in. ⁸ Your servant is in the midst of Your people which You have chosen, a great people who are too many to be numbered or counted. ⁹ So give Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people to discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?”
¹⁰ It was pleasing in the sight of the Lord that Solomon had asked this thing. ¹¹ God said to him, “Because you have asked this thing and have not asked for yourself long life, nor have asked riches for yourself, nor have you asked for the life of your enemies, but have asked for yourself discernment to understand justice, ¹² behold, I have done according to your words. Behold, I have given you a wise and discerning heart, so that there has been no one like you before you, nor shall one like you arise after you. ¹³ I have also given you what you have not asked, both riches and honor, so that there will not be any among the kings like you all your days. ¹⁴ If you walk in My ways, keeping My statutes and commandments, as your father David walked, then I will prolong your days,” 1 Kings 3:5-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
