Declarations & Decrees: God’s Anointed Servants Are Protected by His Hand!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai SEES those who are plotting against the Leaders of our land.
  Remain in PRAYER and do not doubt the PURPOSE and DESTINY God/ Elohim has set forth for His Servants.
• I decree and declare the Servants of God/ Elohim REMAIN FOCUSED on Him in spite of the magnitude of the THREATS and CHALLENGES they face.
  They know that their STRENGTH comes from God Almighty/ El Shaddai alone; it is their RELIANCE on Him that releases the Heavenly PROTECTION that is needed.
• I decree and declare that your FAITH and TRUST in the midst of great danger will give TESTIMONY of God’s/ Elohim’s FAITHFULNESS.
  The Lord/ Adonai will SEND His Angel to shut the lions’ mouths so that they cannot hurt you.
  When you are innocent and desire no harm toward others, God/ Elohim will RAISE you up.
• I decree and declare the Lord will see that those who ACCUSE you are the recipients of the harm they had planned for you; it will be turned back on themselves.
  When your enemies turn back, they stumble and perish before the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzav’ot! (Psalm 9:3)
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai says to His Anointed, “I will go ahead of you.
  LEVELING the hills, SHATTERING the bronze Gates, SMASHING the iron bars.
  I will give you TREASURES hoarded in the dark, SECRET RICHES hidden away, so that YOU WILL KNOW that I, the Lord/ Adonai, CALLING YOU BY YOUR NAME, am the God/Elohim of Israel!
• I decree and declare it is the Lord/ Adonai, the Holy One of Israel, Who made the Earth! He created Human Beings and with His Hands, STRETCHED OUT the Heavens and directed all their number.
  He is STIRRING UP your Leaders to RIGHTEOUSNESS; He is smoothing out all their paths.
  They will rebuild His City and bring freedom and stability to His People Israel.
• I decree and declare to the Lord/ Adonai: Your enemies will PERISH; all evildoers are being SCATTERED!
  You, Lord/ Adonai have given Your Servants the STRENGTH of a wild bull; You ANOINT them with fresh Olive Oil.
• I decree and declare the RIGHTEOUS will FLOURISH like a palm tree, they will GROW like a cedar in the Lebanon.
  Planted in the House of the Lord/ Adonai, they will FLOURISH in the Courtyards of our God.
  Even in old age they will be VIGOROUS, still full of sap, still bearing fruit, PROCLAIMING that the Lord is UPRIGHT, my Rock, in Whom THERE IS NO WRONG!
• I decree and declare to the World, SEEK the Lord/ Adonai while He is AVAILABLE, CALL on Him while He is still NEARBY. Let the wicked Person ABANDON his way and the evil person his thoughts; let him RETURN to the Lord/ Adonai, and He WILL HAVE MERCY on him; let him RETURN to our God/Elohim, for HE will FREELY FORGIVE.
• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai says, “For My THOUGHTS are not your thoughts, and your ways are not My WAYS.
  As high as the Sky is above the Earth are My Ways HIGHER than your ways, and My THOUGHTS than your thoughts.
  My Word that goes out from My Mouth will not return to Me unfulfilled; but it will ACCOMPLISH what I intend, and CAUSE to SUCCEED what I sent it to do!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ All the commissioners of the kingdom, the prefects and the satraps, the high officials and the governors have consulted together that the king should establish a statute and enforce an injunction that anyone who makes a petition to any god or man besides you, O king, for thirty days, shall be cast into the lions’ den. ⁸ Now, O king, establish the injunction and sign the document so that it may not be changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which may not be revoked.” ⁹ Therefore King Darius signed the document, that is, the injunction.
¹⁰ Now when Daniel knew that the document was signed, he entered his house (now in his roof chamber he had windows open toward Jerusalem); and he continued kneeling on his knees three times a day, praying and giving thanks before his God, as he had been doing previously. ¹¹ Then these men came by agreement and found Daniel making petition and supplication before his God. ¹² Then they approached and spoke before the king about the king’s injunction, “Did you not sign an injunction that any man who makes a petition to any god or man besides you, O king, for thirty days, is to be cast into the lions’ den?” The king replied, “The statement is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which may not be revoked.” ¹³ Then they answered and spoke before the king, “Daniel, who is one of the exiles from Judah, pays no attention to you, O king, or to the injunction which you signed, but keeps making his petition three times a day.”
¹⁴ Then, as soon as the king heard this statement, he was deeply distressed and set his mind on delivering Daniel; and even until sunset he kept exerting himself to rescue him. ¹⁵ Then these men came by agreement to the king and said to the king, “Recognize, O king, that it is a law of the Medes and Persians that no injunction or statute which the king establishes may be changed.”
¹⁶ Then the king gave orders, and Daniel was brought in and cast into the lions’ den. The king spoke and said to Daniel, “Your God whom you constantly serve will Himself deliver you.” ¹⁷ A stone was brought and laid over the mouth of the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the signet rings of his nobles, so that nothing would be changed in regard to Daniel. ¹⁸ Then the king went off to his palace and spent the night fasting, and no entertainment was brought before him; and his sleep fled from him.
¹⁹ Then the king arose at dawn, at the break of day, and went in haste to the lions’ den. ²⁰ When he had come near the den to Daniel, he cried out with a troubled voice. The king spoke and said to Daniel, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you constantly serve, been able to deliver you from the lions?” ²¹ Then Daniel spoke to the king, “O king, live forever! ²² My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths and they have not harmed me, inasmuch as I was found innocent before Him; and also toward you, O king, I have committed no crime.” ²³ Then the king was very pleased and gave orders for Daniel to be taken up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den and no injury whatever was found on him, because he had trusted in his God. ²⁴ The king then gave orders, and they brought those men who had maliciously accused Daniel, and they cast them, their children and their wives into the lions’ den; and they had not reached the bottom of the den before the lions overpowered them and crushed all their bones,” Daniel 6:7-24.

“¹ Thus says the Lord to Cyrus His anointed, whom I have taken by the right hand, to subdue nations before him and to loose the loins of kings; to open doors before him so that gates will not be shut: ² “I will go before you and make the rough places smooth; I will shatter the doors of bronze and cut through their iron bars. ³ “I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden wealth of secret places, so that you may know that it is I, the Lord, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name…….
……. ¹¹ Thus says the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker: “Ask Me about the things to come concerning My sons, and you shall commit to Me the work of My hands. ¹² “It is I who made the earth, and created man upon it. I stretched out the heavens with My hands and I ordained all their host. ¹³ “I have aroused him in righteousness and I will make all his ways smooth; he will build My city and will let My exiles go free, without any payment or reward,” says the Lord of hosts,” Isaiah 45:1-3, 11-13.

“⁹ For, behold, Your enemies, O Lord, for, behold, Your enemies will perish; all who do iniquity will be scattered.
¹⁰ But You have exalted my horn like that of the wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil. ¹¹ And my eye has looked exultantly upon my foes, my ears hear of the evildoers who rise up against me. ¹² The righteous man will flourish like the palm tree, he will grow like a cedar in Lebanon. ¹³ Planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God. ¹⁴ They will still yield fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap and very green, ¹⁵ To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him,” Psalm 92:9-15.

“⁶ Seek the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. ⁷ Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. ⁸ “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. ⁹ “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. ¹⁰ “For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; ¹¹ So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it,” Isaiah 55:6-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
