I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare God Almighty says, “Behold, I Am sending an Angel before you, to GUARD you on the WAY and to BRING you into the PLACE that I have PREPARED for you!
  Watch for Him and LISTEN to His Voice.
  You will not rebel against Him because He is your Shepherd and you OBEY Him.”
• I decree and declare, as you LISTEN CLOSELY to the Angel’s voice, and DO EVERYTHING God says, then He will be an ENEMY to your enemies and an ADVERSARY to your adversaries.
  For His Angel will go before you and bring you into the Land of your enemies, where He will CUT THEM OFF.
• I decree and declare you will SERVE the Lord your God/ Adonai Eloheinu and He will BLESS your food and your water; He will also TAKE SICKNESS AWAY from your midst.
  He will fill up the number of your days.
• I decree and declare the TERROR of the Lord/ Adonai goes before you; He will throw all your enemies into a PANIC and make all your enemies TURN THEIR BACKS to you.
  The enemies will be DRIVEN OUT before you.
• I decree and declare how LOVELY on the Mountains are the Feet of ALL who bring GOOD NEWS, who ANNOUNCE PEACE and bring GOOD NEWS of HAPPINESS, who ANNOUNCE SALVATION, and says to Zion/ Tziyon “YOUR GOD REIGNS!”
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has bared His HOLY ARM in the SIGHT of ALL the Nations, that ALL the ends of the Earth may SEE the SALVATION of our God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare DEPART, DEPART, go out from among the wicked, TOUCH NOTHING UNCLEAN; go out of the midst of her, PURIFY YOURSELVES, you who carry the vessels of the Lord/ Adonai.
  You will not go out as fugitives, for the Lord/ Adonai GOES BEFORE YOU, and the God/ Elohim of Israel is your REAR GUARD!
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel is the Lord/ Adonai your God, Who TEACHES you to profit, Who LEADS you in the way you should go.
  If you will PAY ATTENTION to His Commandments, TRUST in His Word, then you will be like a RIVER and your RIGHTEOUSNESS like the waves of the Sea.
• I decree and declare you will go out from your captivity DECLARING with the SOUND of Joyful SHOUTING, PROCLAIMING “The Lord/ Adonai has REDEEMED His Servants!
  We did not thirst when He led us through the deserts.
  He made the WATER flow out of the ROCK for us; He split the ROCK and water gushed forth!”
• I decree and declare that many prison doors, doors of restraint, will be OPENED in the night hours by the angels of the Lord/ Adonai.
  You have been set free to STAND and SPEAK to the People the WHOLE MESSAGE of ETERNAL LIFE in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• I decree and declare I will OBEY God/ Elohim rather than men.
  For He raised up Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, who was seized and crucified.
  The One God/ Elohim EXALTED at His RIGHT HAND as Leader and Savior, to give REPENTANCE and REMOVAL of sins to Israel and the Nations.
  Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh is witness and is GIVEN to those who OBEY Him!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True a

“²⁰ “Behold, I am going to send an angel before you to guard you along the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. ²¹ Be on your guard before him and obey his voice; do not be rebellious toward him, for he will not pardon your transgression, since My name is in him. ²² But if you truly obey his voice and do all that I say, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries. ²³ For My angel will go before you and bring you in to the land of the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I will completely destroy them. ²⁴ You shall not worship their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their deeds; but you shall utterly overthrow them and break their sacred pillars in pieces. ²⁵ But you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water; and I will remove sickness from your midst. ²⁶ There shall be no one miscarrying or barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days. ²⁷ I will send My terror ahead of you, and throw into confusion all the people among whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you. ²⁸ I will send hornets ahead of you so that they will drive out the Hivites, the Canaanites, and the Hittites before you. ²⁹ I will not drive them out before you in a single year, that the land may not become desolate and the beasts of the field become too numerous for you. ³⁰ I will drive them out before you little by little, until you become fruitful and take possession of the land,” Exodus 23:20-30.

“⁷ How lovely on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who announces peace and brings good news of happiness, who announces salvation, and says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” ⁸ Listen! Your watchmen lift up their voices, they shout joyfully together; for they will see with their own eyes when the Lord restores Zion. ⁹ Break forth, shout joyfully together, you waste places of Jerusalem; for the Lord has comforted His people, He has redeemed Jerusalem. ¹⁰ The Lord has bared His holy arm in the sight of all the nations, that all the ends of the earth may see the salvation of our God.
¹¹ Depart, depart, go out from there, touch nothing unclean; go out of the midst of her, purify yourselves, you who carry the vessels of the Lord. ¹² But you will not go out in haste, nor will you go as fugitives; for the Lord will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard,” Isaiah 52:7-12.

“¹⁶ “Come near to Me, listen to this: from the first I have not spoken in secret, from the time it took place, I was there. and now the Lord God has sent Me, and His Spirit.”
¹⁷ Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, Who leads you in the way you should go. ¹⁸ “If only you had paid attention to My commandments! Then your well-being would have been like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea. ¹⁹ “Your descendants would have been like the sand, and your offspring like its grains; their name would never be cut off or destroyed from My presence.”
²⁰ Go forth from Babylon! Flee from the Chaldeans! Declare with the sound of joyful shouting, proclaim this, send it out to the end of the earth; say, “The Lord has redeemed His servant Jacob.” ²¹ They did not thirst when He led them through the deserts. He made the water flow out of the rock for them; He split the rock and the water gushed forth. ²² “There is no peace for the wicked,” says the Lord,” Isaiah 48:16-22.

“¹⁹ But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the gates of the prison, and taking them out he said, ²⁰ “Go, stand and speak to the people in the temple the whole message of this Life.” ²¹ Upon hearing this, they entered into the temple about daybreak and began to teach. Now when the high priest and his associates came, they called the Council together, even all the Senate of the sons of Israel, and sent orders to the prison house for them to be brought…….
………. ²⁷ When they had brought them, they stood them before the Council. The high priest questioned them, ²⁸ saying, “We gave you strict orders not to continue teaching in this name, and yet, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us.” ²⁹ But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than men. ³⁰ The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you had put to death by hanging Him on a cross. ³¹ He is the one whom God exalted to His right hand as a Prince and a Savior, to grant repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. ³² And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him,”” Acts 5:19-21, 27-32.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
