I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I BOW DOWN in Your Holy Temple and PRAISE Your Name for Your LOVE and FAITHFULNESS, Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai! YOU – Your NAME and Your WORD – are MAGNIFIED ABOVE ALL!
• I decree and declare on the day I CALLED, YOU ANSWERED ME!
  You made me BOLD with STRENGTH in my soul.
  All the Kings of the Earth will PRAISE You, Lord/ Adonai, when they HEAR Your WORDS!
  They will SING of Your WAYS, for GREAT is Your GLORY!
• I decree and declare though the Lord/ Adonai is EXALTED, yet HE LOOKS UPON THE LOWLY, but the haughty He KNOWS from afar.
  Though I walk amid trouble, HE REVIVES ME.
  He stretches out His Hand AGAINST the WRATH of my enemies and His RIGHT HAND DELIVERS me!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will FULFILL HIS PURPOSE for me.
  His LOVINGKINDNESS ENDURES FOREVER!
  He will not abandon the Work of His Hands!
• I decree and declare People of God/ Elohim, LOVE ONE ANOTHER, for LOVE is from God/ Elohim!
  Everyone who LOVES is Born of God/ Elohim and KNOWS God/ Elohim.
  Those who do not love do not know God/ Elohim, for God/ Elohim is LOVE!
  The LOVE of God/ Elohim was REVEALED among us by this – that He sent His ONE and ONLY Son into the World so that we might LIVE through Him!
  He LOVED us and SENT His Son as an ATONEMENT for our sins.
• I decree and declare if God/ Elohim LOVED US in this great way, we also ought to LOVE ONE ANOTHER.
  If we LOVE one another, GOD/ ELOHIM ABIDES IN US and His LOVE is made PERFECT in us.
  We know that we ABIDE in Him and He in us because He has given us of His Spirit/ Ruach!
• I decree and declare ANYONE who ACKNOWLEDGES that Jesus/ Yeshua is the Son of God/ Elohim, God/ Elohim ABIDES in him and he ABIDES in God/ Elohim. We have come to KNOW and TRUST in the LOVE that God/Elohim has for us.
  GOD/ Elohim IS LOVE.
• I decree and declare His LOVE is made perfect among us, so that we will have BOLDNESS on the Day of Judgment.
  There is no fear in LOVE, but PERFECT LOVE drives out all fear.
  We LOVE because He first LOVED us!
• I decree and declare I am made RIGHTEOUS by TRUSTING; I have PEACE/ SHALOM with God/
  Elohim through our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah.
  Through Him we also have GAINED ACCESS by FAITH into this GRACE in which we STAND and BOAST in the HOPE of God’s/ Elohim’s GLORY!
• I decree and declare that while we were still helpless, at the RIGHT TIME Christ/ Messiah died for the ungodly.
  God/ Elohim demonstrates His own LOVE toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ/ Messiah died for us!
• I decree and declare ALL who believe in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua will have ETERNAL LIFE!
  For God/ Elohim so LOVED the World that He gave His One and Only Son that the World might be SAVED through Him.
  The one who BELIEVES in Him is not condemned; but whoever does not believe has been condemned already.
• I decree and declare the One Whom God/ Elohim has sent SPEAKS THE WORDS OF GOD/ ELOHIM, for God/ Elohim gives the Spirit/ Ruach WITHOUT LIMIT.
  The Father LOVES the Son and has given EVERYTHING into His Hand.
  He who TRUSTS in the Son has ETERNAL LIVE.
  He who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God/
  Elohim remains on him.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“² I will bow down toward Your holy temple and give thanks to Your name for Your lovingkindness and Your truth; for You have magnified Your word according to all Your name. ³ On the day I called, You answered me; You made me bold with strength in my soul.
⁴ All the kings of the earth will give thanks to You, O Lord, when they have heard the words of Your mouth. ⁵ And they will sing of the ways of the Lord, for great is the glory of the Lord. ⁶ For though the Lord is exalted, yet He regards the lowly, but the haughty He knows from afar.
⁷ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me. ⁸ The Lord will accomplish what concerns me; Your lovingkindness, O Lord, is everlasting; do not forsake the works of Your hands,” Psalm 138:2-8.

“⁷ Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. ⁸ The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love. ⁹ By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. ¹⁰ In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. ¹¹ Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. ¹² No one has seen God at any time; if we love one another, God abides in us, and His love is perfected in us. ¹³ By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. ¹⁴ We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.
¹⁵ Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. ¹⁶ We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. ¹⁷ By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world. ¹⁸ There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. ¹⁹ We love, because He first loved us. ²⁰ If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen. ²¹ And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God should love his brother also,” 1 John 4:7-21.

“¹ Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, ² through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God. ³ And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; ⁴ and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; ⁵ and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
⁶ For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. ⁷ For one will hardly die for a righteous man; though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to die. ⁸ But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. ⁹ Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him. ¹⁰ For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. ¹¹ And not only this, but we also exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation,” Romans 5:1-11.

“¹⁴ As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up; ¹⁵ so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life.
¹⁶ “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. ¹⁷ For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. ¹⁸ He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. ¹⁹ This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. ²⁰ For everyone who does evil hates the Light and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. ²¹ But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God……..
………. ³⁴ For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for He gives the Spirit without measure. ³⁵ The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand. ³⁶ He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him,” John 3:14-21, 34-36.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
