God: The Author of Peace, Not Confusion!
Immature prophets can have a Word from God, but if they don’t allow God to prepare the hearts (soil) of the people for the Word given, that Word will fall on stony ground and will not bear any fruit!
And, because of their lack of timing and obedience, they will even be labeled as false prophets, because they are in too big of a hurry to release a Word God has given them!
Many immature prophets who lack training, feel it is important to be the first one to release a Word.
Instead of praying over it and being sure it is God (or from God), they feel pressured to release it, not knowing that this is a trick of the enemy to pressure them to get them to walk out of god’s perfect will!
You see, the Holy Ghost is a gentleman and He never pressures you to hurry up and to do anything.
(This is why I hate peoples sending me urgent Facebook messages and in-boxing others to hurry up and send this “right now” to 12 people etc….)
I feel it is far better to be sure of what God is giving (or has given) than to present it to the Body of Christ and release what it is not of God!
Are prophets perfect? No, of course not! Samuel was not perfect. He almost anointed the wrong king, but if you miss it, I promise God will give it to one of the other 7,000 prophets whom he has and who have not kissed or bowed down to Baal.
So remember, a Word spoken in due season is like a man that hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it! (Proverbs 15:23).
So, let us not speak Words that can bring us no joy or life in this season, because it is God who prepares the heart of man to receive what has been spoken!
God can give them a dream, and instead of praying over it, the immature prophets will go and inquire of others first; instead of acknowledging God who can interpret all dreams and give wisdom and knowledge to all men. They miss their visitation from the LORD!
Now, is it wrong to ask others? No, but your first thought should always be to pray and to wait on God for the revelation.
But what happens when we get in a hurry? God will give somebody else the same Word or visitation and they are fruitful and successful in what you missed out on. Like king Saul, you will get angry because God gave it to you, but you released it too soon, without waiting on God and you saw no fruit from your labor!
Galatians 6: 7-9, which says: “… God is not mocked; for whatever a man soweth, that also shall he reap … And let us not be weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
“Therefore, humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of god, that he may exalt you in due time,” 1 Peter 5:6.
~ Apostle Geraldine Fisher
Apostle Geraldine Fisher has a World-Wide-Social Media Net-Work Ministry. As a Missionary, God moved her into the Office of a Prophet, revealing to her the qualities of a True prophet, humility, humiliation, loving others, interceding in prayer, as she keeps her own life clean to accurately hear from God. Since hearing the audible voice of God calling her to ministry, she’s been called to intercede and pray for others in ministry as God speaks, instructs, directs and gives prophetic words for her to give to others. God promised He would bring her to sit and to learn before great men, all of which He did!
