Declarations & Decrees: God Sees! Leaders, Turn Back to God! You Are to Be Holy for He is Holy!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Leaders in the Body of Christ/ Messiah are being called out.
  The Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Tzva’ot says, “You who despise my name, where is the respect due me?
  Your offerings are polluted, your hearts are not sincere.
  REPENT and TURN TO ME, then I will hear your prayers.
• I decree and declare the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Tzva’ot is a GREAT KING!
  His name is RESPECTED among the Nations!
  I praise You, my Lord/ Adonai on High!
• I decree and declare those who REFUSE TO REPENT will find that their blessings are turned into curses.
  Yes, the Lord/ Adonai, will curse them because YOU PAY NO ATTENTION.
  He will REJECT YOUR SEED, and will throw dung in your faces, the dung from your festival offerings.
  THEN YOU WILL KNOW that He sent you this command to affirm His Covenant with Levi, “My Covenant with him was one of LIFE AND PEACE, and I gave him these things.
  It was also one of FEAR, and he feared me, he was IN AWE OF MY NAME!”
• I decree and declare THE TRUE WORD OF GOD is in the mouth of His Servants and NO DISHONESTY is found in them; they walk with HIM in Peace and Uprightness and turn many away from sin.
  A leader’s lips will SAFEGUARD KNOWLEDGE and the People will seek God’s Teachings from them.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is calling for REPENTANCE of those who call themselves prophets, priests and pastors!
  My heart is breaking within me, all my bones are shaking, because of the Lord/ Adonai, because of His Holy/ Kadosh Words.
  For the Land is full of adulterers; because of a curse the Land is in mourning — the desert pastures have dried up.
• I decree and declare these deceivers: their course is EVIL, their POWER MISUSED.
  Both the prophet, priest and pastor are godless!
  The Lord/ Adonai says, “In My own House I FIND THEIR WICKEDNESS!
  Therefore their WAY WILL BE SLIPPERY for them; they will be driven into darkness and fall there.
  For I WILL BRING DISASTER UPON THEM, THEIR YEAR OF PUNISHMENT.”
• I decree and declare many leaders have behaved indecently — THE LORD/ ADONAI HAS SEEN THEIR INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT as they have served false gods and Satan himself.
  You have committed adultery, lived in lies, so encouraging evildoers that none returns from his sin.
  SEPARATE YOURSELF, FOR THE LAND HAS BECOME AS SODOM AND GOMORRAH!
• I decree and declare you are not to listen to the prophets who speak lies that are NOT FROM THE HEART OF GOD.
  Which of them has been present at the council of the Lord/ Adonai to hear His Word?
• I decree and declare the STORM OF THE LORD/ ADONAI is bursting out in FURY, a whirling storm, whirling down upon the heads of the wicked!
  The Lord’s/ Adonai’s anger will not abate till He FULL ACCOMPLISHES THE PURPOSE IN HIS HEART — in the LATTER DAYS YOU WILL UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING!
• I declare NO ONE CAN HIDE in a place so secret that God Almighty/ El Shaddai won’t see him.
  For God, alone, fills the Heaven and the Earth!
• I decree and declare the WORDS OF THE LORD/ ADONAI!
  DOESN’T GOD’S/ ELOHIM MAJESTY TERRIFY YOU?
  Aren’t you overcome with dread of him?
  Our maxims are garbage proverbs, your answers crumble like clay.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁶ A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If I am a father, then where is my honor? And if I am a master, where is the respect due me? Says Yahweh of Armies to you, priests, who despise my name. You say, ‘How have we despised your name?’ ⁷ You offer polluted bread on my altar. You say, ‘How have we polluted you?’ In that you say, ‘Yahweh’s table is contemptible.’ ⁸ When you offer the blind for sacrifice, isn’t that evil? And when you offer the lame and sick, isn’t that evil? Present it now to your governor! Will he be pleased with you? Or will he accept your person?” says Yahweh of Armies.
⁹ “Now, please entreat the favor of God that he may be gracious to us. With this, will he accept any of you?” says Yahweh of Armies.
¹⁰ “Oh that there were one among you who would shut the doors, that you might not kindle fire on my altar in vain! I have no pleasure in you,” says Yahweh of Armies, “neither will I accept an offering at your hand. ¹¹ For from the rising of the sun even to its going down, my name is great among the nations, and in every place incense will be offered to my name, and a pure offering: for my name is great among the nations,” says Yahweh of Armies. ¹² “But you profane it, in that you say, ‘Yahweh’s table is polluted, and its fruit, even its food, is contemptible.’ ¹³ You say also, ‘Behold, what a weariness it is!’ and you have sniffed at it”, says Yahweh of Armies; “and you have brought that which was taken by violence, the lame, and the sick; thus you bring the offering. Should I accept this at your hand?” says Yahweh.
¹⁴ “But the deceiver is cursed, who has in his flock a male, and vows, and sacrifices to the Lord a defective thing; for I am a great King,” says Yahweh of Armies, “and my name is awesome among the nations.”
¹“Now, you priests, this commandment is for you. ² If you will not listen, and if you will not take it to heart, to give glory to my name,” says Yahweh of Armies, “then I will send the curse on you, and I will curse your blessings. Indeed, I have cursed them already, because you do not take it to heart. ³ Behold, I will rebuke your offspring, and will spread dung on your faces, even the dung of your feasts; and you will be taken away with it. ⁴ You will know that I have sent this commandment to you, that my covenant may be with Levi,” says Yahweh of Armies. ⁵ “My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him that he might be reverent toward me; and he was reverent toward me, and stood in awe of my name. ⁶ The law of truth was in his mouth, and unrighteousness was not found in his lips. He walked with me in peace and uprightness, and turned many away from iniquity. ⁷ For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth; for he is the messenger of Yahweh of Armies. ⁸ But you have turned away from the path. You have caused many to stumble in the law. You have corrupted the covenant of Levi,” says Yahweh of Armies. ⁹ “Therefore I have also made you contemptible and wicked before all the people, according to the way you have not kept my ways, but have had respect for persons in the law,” Malachi 1:6-2:9.

“⁹ Concerning the prophets: My heart within me is broken. All my bones shake. I am like a drunken man, and like a man whom wine has overcome, because of Yahweh, and because of his holy words.
¹⁰ For the land is full of adulterers; for because of the curse the land mourns. The pastures of the wilderness have dried up. Their course is evil, and their might is not right; ¹¹ for both prophet and priest are profane. Yes, in my house I have found their wickedness,” says Yahweh.
¹² Therefore their way will be to them as slippery places in the darkness. They will be driven on, and fall therein; for I will bring evil on them, even the year of their visitation,” says Yahweh.
¹³ “I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria. They prophesied by Baal, and caused my people Israel to err.
¹⁴ In the prophets of Jerusalem I have also seen a horrible thing: they commit adultery and walk in lies. They strengthen the hands of evildoers, so that no one returns from his wickedness. They have all become to me as Sodom, and its inhabitants as Gomorrah.”
¹⁵ Therefore Yahweh of Armies says concerning the prophets: “Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink poisoned water; for from the prophets of Jerusalem ungodliness has gone out into all the land.”
¹⁶ Yahweh of Armies says, “Don’t listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you. They teach you vanity. They speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of Yahweh.
¹⁷ They say continually to those who despise me, ‘Yahweh has said, “You will have peace;”’ and to everyone who walks in the stubbornness of his own heart they say, ‘No evil will come on you.’
¹⁸ For who has stood in the council of Yahweh, that he should perceive and hear his word? Who has listened to my word, and heard it?
¹⁹ Behold, Yahweh’s storm, his wrath, has gone out. Yes, a whirling storm: it will burst on the head of the wicked.
²⁰ Yahweh’s anger will not return until he has executed, and until he has performed the intents of his heart. In the latter days, you will understand it perfectly.
²¹ I didn’t send these prophets, yet they ran. I didn’t speak to them, yet they prophesied. ²² But if they had stood in my council, then they would have caused my people to hear my words, and would have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.
²³ “Am I a God at hand,” says Yahweh, “and not a God afar off? ²⁴ Can anyone hide himself in secret places so that I can’t see him?” says Yahweh. “Don’t I fill heaven and earth?” says Yahweh,” Jeremiah 23:9-24.

“⁷ Will you speak unrighteously for God, and talk deceitfully for him?
⁸ Will you show partiality to him? Will you contend for God?
⁹ Is it good that he should search you out? Or as one deceives a man, will you deceive him?
¹⁰ He will surely reprove you if you secretly show partiality. ¹¹ Shall not his majesty make you afraid, and his dread fall on you?
¹² Your memorable sayings are proverbs of ashes. Your defenses are defenses of clay,” Job 13:7-12.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
