I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Spirit/ Ruach will take you in VISIONS to see those who are PLOTTING against Governments and against the People of the Lord Most High/ Adonai El ‘Elyon!
  The Lord/ Adonai will use you, who will RESPOND, to CHANGE the ATMOSPHERE and the Governments of the Earth!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai KNOWS the THOUGHTS of mankind.
  Those who plot to destroy will themselves be slain.
  Those who fear the sword, will be brought out with the sword against them.
  The Lord/ Adonai will bring you out of the midst of the city and give you into the hands of strangers and will execute judgments against you.
  Those whose heart walks after the heart of their detestable things and abominations, the God Almighty/ El Shaddai WILL BRING THEIR WAYS UPON THEIR HEADS!
• I decree and declare you who will turn to the One True God/ Elohim, through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, will receive His Spirit/ Ruach and He will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh, so that you may FOLLOW HIS LAWS AND KEEP HIS ORDINANCES and PRACTICE THEM.
  You will be His People and He will be your God.
• I decree and declare you will be POSITIONED to hear the plots of men.
  This positioning is not to create rumors or murmuring, but to PRAY!
  Pray and notify those in charge, as the Lord Leads.
  Those who PLOT evil will be revealed.
• I decree and declare I WILL NOT FRET because of evildoers, nor will I be envious of them who do wrong.
  For like grass THEY WILL SOON WITHER and fade like a green herb.
  I WILL TRUST IN THE LORD/ ADONAI and do good; dwell in the Land and feed on FAITHFULNESS!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will give me the requests of my Heart, because I DELIGHT myself in Him!
  I COMMIT MY WAY to the Lord/ Adonai; I TRUST in Him, and HE WILL DO IT!
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim brings out my VINDICATION as LIGHT, and my cause will SHINE as Noonday!
  I am STILL before the Lord/ Adonai, WAITING PATIENTLY for Him!
• I decree and declare evildoers will be cut off, but those who WAIT for the Lord/ Adonai will inherit the Land!
  Yet a little while, and the wicked WILL BE NO MORE.
  Yes, when we look at his place, he will not be there.
• I decree and declare the MEEK WILL INHERIT THE LAND, and delight in abundant PEACE/ SHALOM!
  The Lord/ Adonai UPHOLDS THE RIGHTEOUS!
  He knows the days of the blameless — their inheritance endures FOREVER.
  They will not be ashamed in an evil time and in the days of famine they will be SATISFIED.
• I decree and declare the wicked plots against the Righteous and gnashes at him with his teeth.
  THE LORD/ ADONAI LAUGHS at him — for He sees his day is coming.
  The wicked have unsheathed their sword to slay those whose conduct is upright.
  Their sword WILL PIERCE THEIR OWN HEARTS, and their bows will be broken.
  The wicked will PERISH, and the enemies of the Lord/ Adonai will be like the beauty of the fields — they will vanish — vanish like smoke!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Moreover the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me to the east gate of Yahweh’s house, which looks eastward. Behold, twenty-five men were at the door of the gate; and I saw among them Jaazaniah the son of Azzur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people. ² He said to me, “Son of man, these are the men who devise iniquity, and who give wicked counsel in this city; ³ who say, ‘The time is not near to build houses. This is the cauldron, and we are the meat.’ ⁴ Therefore prophesy against them. Prophesy, son of man.”
⁵ Yahweh’s Spirit fell on me, and he said to me, “Speak, ‘Yahweh says: “Thus you have said, house of Israel; for I know the things that come into your mind. ⁶ You have multiplied your slain in this city, and you have filled its streets with the slain.”
⁷ “‘Therefore the Lord Yahweh says: “Your slain whom you have laid in the middle of it, they are the meat, and this is the cauldron; but you will be brought out of the middle of it. ⁸ You have feared the sword; and I will bring the sword on you,” says the Lord Yahweh. ⁹ “I will bring you out of the middle of it, and deliver you into the hands of strangers, and will execute judgments among you. ¹⁰ You will fall by the sword. I will judge you in the border of Israel. Then you will know that I am Yahweh. ¹¹ This will not be your cauldron, neither will you be the meat in the middle of it. I will judge you in the border of Israel. ¹² You will know that I am Yahweh, for you have not walked in my statutes, You have not executed my ordinances, but have done after the ordinances of the nations that are around you.”’”
¹³ When I prophesied, Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then I fell down on my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, “Ah Lord Yahweh! Will you make a full end of the remnant of Israel?”
¹⁴ Yahweh’s word came to me, saying, ¹⁵ “Son of man, your brothers, even your brothers, the men of your relatives, and all the house of Israel, all of them, are they to whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, ‘Go far away from Yahweh. This land has been given to us for a possession.’
¹⁶ “Therefore say, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Whereas I have removed them far off among the nations, and whereas I have scattered them among the countries, yet I will be to them a sanctuary for a little while in the countries where they have come.”’
<¹⁷ “Therefore say, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “I will gather you from the peoples, and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.”
¹⁸ “‘They will come there, and they will take away all its detestable things and all its abominations from there. ¹⁹ I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh; ²⁰ that they may walk in my statutes, and keep my ordinances, and do them. They will be my people, and I will be their God. ²¹ But as for them whose heart walks after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will bring their way on their own heads,’ says the Lord Yahweh,”” Ezekiel 11:1-21.

“²¹ In those days, while Mordecai was sitting in the king’s gate, two of the king’s eunuchs, Bigthan and Teresh, who were doorkeepers, were angry, and sought to lay hands on the King Ahasuerus. ²² This thing became known to Mordecai, who informed Esther the queen; and Esther informed the king in Mordecai’s name. ²³ When this matter was investigated, and it was found to be so, they were both hanged on a gallows; and it was written in the book of the chronicles in the king’s presence,” Esther 2:21-23.

“¹ Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. ² For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb. ³ Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. ⁴ Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. ⁵ Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: ⁶ he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. ⁷ Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. ⁸ Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret; it leads only to evildoing. ⁹ For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for Yahweh shall inherit the land. ¹⁰ For yet a little while, and the wicked will be no more. Yes, though you look for his place, he isn’t there. ¹¹ But the humble shall inherit the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. ¹² The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. ¹³ The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming. ¹⁴ The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, to kill those who are upright on the path. ¹⁵ Their sword shall enter into their own heart. Their bows shall be broken. ¹⁶ Better is a little that the righteous has, than the abundance of many wicked. ¹⁷ For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but Yahweh upholds the righteous. ¹⁸ Yahweh knows the days of the perfect. Their inheritance shall be forever. ¹⁹ They shall not be disappointed in the time of evil. In the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
²⁰ But the wicked shall perish. The enemies of Yahweh shall be like the beauty of the fields. They will vanish— vanish like smoke. ²¹ The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously. ²² For such as are blessed by him shall inherit the land. Those who are cursed by him shall be cut off. ²³ A man’s steps are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way,” Psalm 37:1-22.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
