Declarations & Decrees: God Rescues You, His People, His Nations — He Devours Your Enemies!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you are GUARDING your life and region against anything bad.
  For your God MOVES about your home and encampment to RESCUE you and to HAND OVER your enemies to you.
  Therefore your place of residence must be a HOLY PLACE!
• I decree and declare the People of the Most High YEARN to be near Him, to be close to His moving and the EVIDENCE of His Spirit.
  God’s People are WAKING UP, as of out of a deep sleep.
  They are RECOGNIZING the things that are contrary to the Lord’s HOLINESS.
  Their homes and regions are being CLEANSED from top to bottom.
  No sin will remain.
• I decree and declare as you SERVE ONLY GOD, He will RESCUE you from the POWER of the enemy.
  Our Nations and towns are HEARING the CALL of HOLY SPIRIT; they are ridding their regions and homes of those things which displease the Lord.
• I decree and declare the Servants of God are PRAYING and FASTING, with repentance, for the RESTORATION of their Nations and regions.
  The Lord says, “If My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)
• I decree and declare the Lord REMEMBERS you, His People, and takes vengeance for you on your persecutors.
  He is patient with you and He KNOWS the insults you suffer.
  You DEVOUR the Words of God; they make you GLAD and give you JOY, because the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Tzva’ot allows you to bear His Name.
• I decree and declare you do not keep company with merrymakers, you cannot celebrate with them; you sit with the HAND of GOD UPON YOU, filled with INDIGNATION.
  The Lord is calling you to RETURN, then you will STAND before Him.
  SEPARATE YOURSELF from the World, the precious from the base, THEN YOU WILL BE HIS SPOKESMAN.
  Then they will turn to you.
• I decree and declare you will be a FORTIFIED WALL of BRONZE before the People.
  They will fight against you but will not prevail, for the Lord/ Adonai is with you to SAVE you and RESCUE you!
• I decree and declare the Lord RESCUES you and lifts you up, out of reach of your foes!
  He RESCUES you from evildoers and bloodthirsty men.
  He SEES those who are lying in wait to kill or harm you.
  He KNOWS their schemes.
• I decree and declare the Lord God of Hosts/ Adonai Elohei-Tzva’ot, is AROUSED to PUNISH the Nations, He will spare none of those that are filled with wicked traitors.
  He LAUGHS at them, He MOCKS the Nations.
• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai is my STRENGTH and my FORTRESS.
  I watch for Him!
  He gives me GRACE and comes to me.
  He will let me GAZE in TRIUMPH at my foes.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will not kill our enemies, but rather, by His POWER, will make them WANDER to and fro; He is BRINGING THEM DOWN; He is the Lord/Adonai our Shield.
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim will FINISH OUR ENEMIES off in wrath; He will put an END to them, so that all will KNOW to the ends of the Earth that God is Ruler in Israel and in this Land!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁹ “When you go out as an army against your enemies, you shall keep yourself from every evil thing……
…….. ¹⁴ Since the Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp to deliver you and to defeat your enemies before you, therefore your camp must be holy; and He must not see anything indecent among you or He will turn away from you,” Deuteronomy 23:9, 14.

“¹ And the men of Kiriath-jearim came and took the ark of the Lord and brought it into the house of Abinadab on the hill, and consecrated Eleazar his son to keep the ark of the Lord. ² From the day that the ark remained at Kiriath-jearim, the time was long, for it was twenty years; and all the house of Israel lamented after the Lord. ³ Then Samuel spoke to all the house of Israel, saying, “If you return to the Lord with all your heart, remove the foreign gods and the Ashtaroth from among you and direct your hearts to the Lord and serve Him alone; and He will deliver you from the hand of the Philistines.” ⁴ So the sons of Israel removed the Baals and the Ashtaroth and served the Lord alone. ⁵ Then Samuel said, “Gather all Israel to Mizpah and I will pray to the Lord for you.” ⁶ They gathered to Mizpah, and drew water and poured it out before the Lord, and fasted on that day and said there, “We have sinned against the Lord.” And Samuel judged the sons of Israel at Mizpah,” 1 Samuel 7:1-6.

“¹⁵ You who know, O Lord, remember me, take notice of me, and take vengeance for me on my persecutors. D o not, in view of Your patience, take me away; know that for Your sake I endure reproach. ¹⁶ Your words were found and I ate them, and Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart; for I have been called by Your name, O Lord God of hosts. ¹⁷ I did not sit in the circle of merrymakers, nor did I exult. Because of Your hand upon me I sat alone, for You filled me with indignation. ¹⁸ Why has my pain been perpetual and my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? Will You indeed be to me like a deceptive stream with water that is unreliable? ¹⁹ Therefore, thus says the Lord, “If you return, then I will restore you — before Me you will stand; and if you extract the precious from the worthless, you will become My spokesman. They for their part may turn to you, but as for you, you must not turn to them. ²⁰ “Then I will make you to this people a fortified wall of bronze; and though they fight against you, they will not prevail over you; for I am with you to save you and deliver you,” declares the Lord. ²¹ “So I will deliver you from the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem you from the grasp of the violent,” Jeremiah 15:15-21.

“¹ Deliver me from my enemies, O my God; set me securely on high away from those who rise up against me. ² Deliver me from those who do iniquity and save me from men of bloodshed. ³ For behold, they have set an ambush for my life; fierce men launch an attack against me, not for my transgression nor for my sin, O Lord, ⁴ for no guilt of mine, they run and set themselves against me. Arouse Yourself to help me, and see! ⁵ You, O Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel, awake to punish all the nations; do not be gracious to any who are treacherous in iniquity. Selah. ⁶ They return at evening, they howl like a dog, and go around the city. ⁷ Behold, they belch forth with their mouth; swords are in their lips, for, they say, “Who hears?” ⁸ But You, O Lord, laugh at them; you scoff at all the nations. ⁹ Because of his strength I will watch for You, for God is my stronghold. ¹⁰ My God in His lovingkindness will meet me; God will let me look triumphantly upon my foes. ¹¹ Do not slay them, or my people will forget; scatter them by Your power, and bring them down, O Lord, our shield. ¹² On account of the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips, let them even be caught in their pride, and on account of curses and lies which they utter. ¹³ Destroy them in wrath, destroy them that they may be no more; that men may know that God rules in Jacob to the ends of the earth. Selah. ¹⁴ They return at evening, they howl like a dog, and go around the city,” Psalm 59:1-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
