God’s Pleasure is to Reveal, as we Seek!
There are times God will give personal word through a prophet or a seer to another person.
This ministry was clearly defined and we can see it from the Old Testament, down to the apostolic ministry of Christian age.
Like in the case of Saul who lost the donkeys and sought the ministry of a seer, today, even so, people of God are troubled and need direction on issues both temporal and eternal.
When Saul met the Prophet Samuel, the donkeys were already found, thus showing
“Samuel answered Saul and said, “I am the seer. Go up before me to the high place, for you shall eat with me today; and tomorrow I will let you go and will tell you all that is in your heart,” 1 Samuel 9:19.
That which was in Saul’s heart was the very thing God was desiring for Saul, to entrust the future of the Kingdom in the heart of a man.
God’s desire for Saul and Israel, overruled Saul’s desire for the lost donkeys. Even without prediction, the Lost donkeys had already arrived home and Saul would still find this out, should he give up the search and retire home.
I am saying that there are many precious eternal things, above the physical, that God would want to reveal to his children through Seer and Prophetic anointings. And what you are really seeking God for, can be overruled by that which God himself has desired for you, and His Kingdom.
Today I have prayed that you will receive a long term and eternal purpose of God for you.
Shalom,
