I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the Lord is doing SOMETHING NEW – can’t you SEE IT?
  He is making a ROAD in the DESERT, rivers in the wasteland.
  Do not look for the usual or old ways.
  He is using NEW METHODS and OPENING NEW DOORS; KEEP YOUR EYES on Him!
• We declare through immersion into HIS DEATH we were buried with Him, so that just as, through the GLORY of the Father, Christ/ Messiah was RAISED from the dead, likewise we to might LIVE A NEW LIFE!
• We decree and declare that we are UNITED with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua in a death like His, we will also be UNITED with Him in a RESURRECTION like this.
  Since we died with Christ/ Messiah, we TRUST that we also LIVE with Him!
• We decree and declare that Christ was raised from the dead, NEVER TO DIE AGAIN; death has no authority over Him.
  His death was a unique event that does not need to be repeated; but HIS LIFE, He keep on living for God.
  So CONSIDER YOURSELVES as dead to sin but ALIVE FOR GOD, by your UNION with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• We declare that ANYONE who is UNITED with CHRIST/ MESSIAH is a NEW CREATION – the old has passed away; look, what has come is FRESH and NEW!
  This NEWNESS is all from God, who through Christ/ Messiah RECONCILED YOU to Himself and gave you the work of that RECONCILIATION: God in Christ/ Messiah reconciled mankind to Himself, not counting their sins against them.
• We decree and declare, in Christ/ Messiah, God, who created the heavens and spread them out: called you RIGHTEOUSLY, He holds your hand, He SHAPED YOU and made you His Ambassador to take His SALVATION, to carry His LIGHT to the Nations!
• We declare YOU WILL OPEN blind eyes, FREE the prisoners from confinement, those living in darkness from the dungeon.
  YOU ARE the HAND OF GOD touching the lost and hurting in this World.
• We declare the Lord God, the Great I AM, yields His GLORY to no one else, nor His praise to any idol.
  Be gracious in humility while giving all the glory to Him.
  Sing to the Lord a NEW SONG!
  Let His Praise be sung from the ends of the Earth!
• We decree and declare the Lord will LEAD the blind on a road they don’t know; He will turn darkness to LIGHT before them, and STRAIGHTEN their twisted paths.
  Yes! God Almighty will do these things WITHOUT FAIL.
• We decree the Servants of the Most High will EAT, while the arrogant will go hungry; His Servants will DRINK, while the lost go thirsty.
  Those who turn their backs on God will be ashamed while His Servants REJOICE!
  We speak OPENNESS and FREEDOM to choose into the atmosphere.
  May multitudes turn to the Lord God for salvation!
• We decree and declare the Lord God Almighty is giving His Servants a NEW NAME!
  He is creating a NEW HEAVENS and a NEW EARTH; past things will not be remembered, they will no more come to mind.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert,” Isaiah 43:19.

“Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; for he who has died is freed from sin. Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus,” Romans 6:4-11.

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him,” 2 Corinthians 5:17-21.

“Thus says God the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread out the earth and its offspring, Who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it, “I AM the Lord, I have called You in righteousness, I will also hold You by the hand and watch over You, and I will appoint You as a covenant to the people, as a light to the nations, to open blind eyes, to bring out prisoners from the dungeon and those who dwell in darkness from the prison. I am the Lord, that is My name; I will not give My glory to another, nor My praise to graven images. Behold, the former things have come to pass, now I declare new things; before they spring forth I proclaim them to you. Sing to the Lord a new song, sing His praise from the end of the earth! You who go down to the sea, and all that is in it. You islands, and those who dwell on them. Let the wilderness and its cities lift up their voices, the settlements where Kedar inhabits. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing aloud, let them shout for joy from the tops of the mountains. Let them give glory to the Lord and declare His praise in the coastlands…..
….. “I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, in paths they do not know I will guide them. I will make darkness into light before them and rugged places into plains. These are the things I will do, and I will not leave them undone.” They will be turned back and be utterly put to shame, who trust in idols, Who say to molten images, “You are our gods.” Hear, you deaf! And look, you blind, that you may see. Who is blind but My servant, or so deaf as My messenger whom I send? Who is so blind as he that is at peace with Me, or so blind as the servant of the Lord? You have seen many things, but you do not observe them; your ears are open, but none hears. The Lord was pleased for His righteousness’ sake to make the law great and glorious,” Isaiah 42:5-12, 16-21.

“Therefore, thus says the Lord God, “Behold, My servants will eat, but you will be hungry. Behold, My servants will drink, but you will be thirsty. Behold, My servants will rejoice, but you will be put to shame. “Behold, My servants will shout joyfully with a glad heart, but you will cry out with a heavy heart, and you will wail with a broken spirit. You will leave your name for a curse to My chosen ones, and the Lord God will slay you. But My servants will be called by another name. Because he who is blessed in the earth will be blessed by the God of truth; and he who swears in the earth will swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hidden from My sight! For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be remembered or come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; for behold, I create Jerusalem for rejoicing and her people for gladness,” Isaiah 65:13-18.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
