Declarations & Decrees: God is My Source & Blessing!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare ALL THAT I HAVE IS FROM THE LORD/ ADONAI, for a man can receive nothing unless it has been given to him from Heaven.
Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah came from Heaven and is above all.
He testified of what He has seen and heard, yet few received His TESTIMONY.
Whoever receives His TESTIMONY certifies that God is TRUE! - I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah, Whom God sent, SPOKE THE WORDS OF GOD/ ELOHIM, for God/ Elohim gives the Spirit/ Ruach WITHOUT LIMIT.
The Father/ Abba loves the Son and gave EVERYTHING into His Hand.
He who TRUSTS in the Son has ETERNAL LIFE.
He who does not obey the Son will not see Life, but the wrath of God remains on him. - I decree and declare God/ Elohim said to Christ/ Messiah, His Son, “You are a Priest/ Kohen FOREVER, according to the order of Melchizedek.”
Though He was a Son, He LEARNED OBEDIENCE from what He suffered.
And once made PERFECT, He became the SOURCE OF ETERNAL SALVATION to all who OBEY Him — called by God High Priest/ Kohen Gadol according to the order of Melchizedek! - I decree and declare I KEEP GOD’S/ ELOHIM’S COVENANT and walk in His Law/ Torah!
I will not forget His deeds and His Wonders that He shows me.
I have seen and will continue to SEE HIS MIRACLES; He LEADS ME in His Way! - I decree and declare I WILL NOT PUT GOD/ ELOHIM TO THE TEST by demanding food or material things to satisfy my cravings.
I WILL NOT QUESTION GOD/ ELOHIM nor speak against Him.
I AM SATISFIED with His PROVISION.
He knows my needs and though I will inquire and ask, I will not demand.
I RESPECT and HONOR the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai! - I decree and declare I BELIEVE GOD/ ELOHIM and TRUST IN HIS SALVATION!
He is my ROCK and God Most High/ El Elyon my REDEEMER! - I decree and declare as the Lord/ Adonai BUILDS THE HOUSE, your labor is not in vain.
As He WATCHES over the City, the watchman stands guard SUCCESSFULLY.
I will not rise up early and stay up late to achieve my own success, but I will WAIT UPON THE LORD/ ADONAI — for He PROVIDES for His beloved ones even in their sleep! - I decree and declare GREAT is our Lord/ Adonai MIGHTY in POWER — His UNDERSTANDING is INFINITE!
He UPHOLDS the HUMBLE.
He brings the wicked to the ground.
I will SING to the Lord/ Adonai with THANKSGIVING.
I WILL sing praises TO OUR God/ Elohim on the harp. - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai DELIGHTS in Those who REVERE Him, in Those who TRUST in His LOVINGKINDNESS.
Exalt the Lord/ Adonai! PRAISE your God/ Elohim! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“27 John answered and said, “A man can receive nothing unless it has been given him from heaven. 28 You yourselves are my witnesses that I said, ‘I am not the Christ,’ but, ‘I have been sent ahead of Him.’ 29 He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. So this joy of mine has been made full. 30 He must increase, but I must decrease.
31 “He who comes from above is above all, he who is of the earth is from the earth and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 What He has seen and heard, of that He testifies; and no one receives His testimony. 33 He who has received His testimony has set his seal to this, that God is true. 34 For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for He gives the Spirit without measure. 35 The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand. 36 He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him,” John 3:27-36.
“5 So also Christ did not glorify Himself so as to become a high priest, but He who said to Him, “You are My Son, Today I have begotten You”; 6 just as He says also in another passage, “You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.”
7 In the days of His flesh, He offered up both prayers and supplications with loud crying and tears to the One able to save Him from death, and He was heard because of His piety. 8 Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from the things which He suffered. 9 And having been made perfect, He became to all those who obey Him the source of eternal salvation, 10 being designated by God as a high priest according to the order of Melchizedek,” Hebrews 5:5-10.
“10 They did not keep the covenant of God and refused to walk in His law; 11 They forgot His deeds and His miracles that He had shown them. 12 He wrought wonders before their fathers in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan. 13 He divided the sea and caused them to pass through, and He made the waters stand up like a heap. 14 Then He led them with the cloud by day and all the night with a light of fire. 15 He split the rocks in the wilderness and gave them abundant drink like the ocean depths. 16 He brought forth streams also from the rock and caused waters to run down like rivers.
17 Yet they still continued to sin against Him, to rebel against the Most High in the desert. 18 And in their heart they put God to the test by asking food according to their desire. 19 Then they spoke against God; they said, “Can God prepare a table in the wilderness? 20 “Behold, He struck the rock so that waters gushed out, and streams were overflowing; can He give bread also? Will He provide meat for His people?”
21 Therefore the Lord heard and was full of wrath; and a fire was kindled against Jacob and anger also mounted against Israel, 22 Because they did not believe in God and did not trust in His salvation. 23 Yet He commanded the clouds above and opened the doors of heaven; 24 He rained down manna upon them to eat and gave them food from heaven. 25 Man did eat the bread of angels; He sent them food in abundance. 26 He caused the east wind to blow in the heavens and by His power He directed the south wind. 27 When He rained meat upon them like the dust, even winged fowl like the sand of the seas, 28 Then He let them fall in the midst of their camp, round about their dwellings. 29 So they ate and were well filled, and their desire He gave to them. 30 Before they had satisfied their desire, while their food was in their mouths, 31 The anger of God rose against them and killed some of their stoutest ones, and subdued the choice men of Israel. 32 In spite of all this they still sinned and did not believe in His wonderful works. 33 So He brought their days to an end in futility and their years in sudden terror.
34 When He killed them, then they sought Him, and returned and searched diligently for God; 35 And they remembered that God was their rock, and the Most High God their Redeemer,” Psalm 78:10-35.
“1 Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman keeps awake in vain. 2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to retire late, to eat the bread of painful labors; for He gives to His beloved even in his sleep,” Psalm 127:1-2.
“5 Great is our Lord and abundant in strength; His understanding is infinite. 6 The Lord supports the afflicted; He brings down the wicked to the ground.
7 Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving; sing praises to our God on the lyre, 8 Who covers the heavens with clouds, Who provides rain for the earth, Who makes grass to grow on the mountains. 9 He gives to the beast its food, and to the young ravens which cry. 10 He does not delight in the strength of the horse; He does not take pleasure in the legs of a man. 11 The Lord favors those who fear Him, those who wait for His lovingkindness.
12 Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem! Praise your God, O Zion! 13 For He has strengthened the bars of your gates; He has blessed your sons within you. 14 He makes peace in your borders; He satisfies you with the finest of the wheat. 15 He sends forth His command to the earth; His word runs very swiftly. 16 He gives snow like wool; He scatters the frost like ashes. 17 He casts forth His ice as fragments; Who can stand before His cold? 18 He sends forth His word and melts them; He causes His wind to blow and the waters to flow. 19 He declares His words to Jacob, His statutes and His ordinances to Israel,” Psalm 147:5-19.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
