Declarations & Decrees: God is Moving in the Midst of Famine & Plague!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare I HEAR THE WORD OF THE LORD!
As the Lord/ Adonai speaks through His Servants, I do not evaluate with earthly wisdom, but LISTEN with GODLY FAITH and EXPECTATION for what God is REVEALING! - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is MIGHTY!
He causes the enemy to HEAR a noise of a huge army, so that the enemy will clear out.
We PRAISE the Lord/ Adonai that the spoil of the enemy is COMING INTO THE HANDS OF THE RIGHTEOUS. - I decree and declare the People of God/ Elohim CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR AND LIFT UP PRESIDENT TRUMP and His Family and staff.
We SPEAK LIFE, COURAGE AND STRENGTH into President Trump and all who look to You for KNOWLEDGE and SUSTENANCE.
We THANK YOU FATHER, in Jesus’/ Yeshua’s Name, that You allow us to CALL upon You to Cover our Leaders and our Nations with Your Mercy and Grace.
We THANK YOU LORD/ ADONAI that we are able to SPEAK GOOD NEWS to our Leaders and Neighbors.
For in Christ/ Messiah alone, WE WILL STAND STRONG in the midst of uncertainty. - I decree and declare, in the midst of hardship and lack, I WILL FOREVER PRAISE MY GOD/ ELOHIM!
I will not question or doubt and speak ill of my Father for HE WORKS ALL THINGS TOGETHER FOR GOOD TO THOSE WHO LOVE HIM AND ARE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE! (Romans 8:28) - I decree and declare the ARM of the Lord/ Adonai is not too short!
HIS WORD WILL COME TRUE to perform His Word in our midst! - I decree and declare that REQUESTS, PRAYERS, INTERCESSIONS, AND THANKSGIVINGS are being made on behalf of ALL PEOPLE — FOR KINGS and all who are in authority — so we may live a peaceful and quiet life in all GODLINESS and RESPECTFULNESS.
This is good and pleasing in the sight of God/ Elohim our Savior.
AS HE DESIRES, SO DO WE, THAT ALL MEN BE SAVED AND COME INTO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH! - I decree and declare there is ONE GOD AND THERE IS ONE MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD AND MEN — THE MAN, CHRIST JESUS/ MESSIAH YESHUA, Who gave Himself as a RANSOM for all — the Testimony at the proper time.
This promise is for ALL WHO HAVE BEEN RANSOMED: “no plague will fall upon you,” in Jesus’/Yeshua’s Name! (30:11-12) - I decree and declare let all People PRAY EVERYWHERE, lifting up Holy Hands, without anger and argument.
Pray for your leaders, your country, city, and regions.
PRESS IN TO THE THRONE OF GRACE AND MERCY through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah our Lord. - I declare and CONSIDER IT ALL JOY as I encounter various trials, for I KNOW that the testing of my FAITH PRODUCES ENDURANCE.
I will let endurance have its PERFECT WORK, so that I will be Perfect and Complete, LACKING NOTHING. For any of you who lacks wisdom, ask of God/ Elohim, Who GIVES TO ALL WITHOUT HESITATION and without reproach, and it will be given to you. - I decree and declare ASK IN FAITH, without any doubting — for the one who doubts is like a wave of the Sea, blown and tossed by the Wind.
For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord — he is a double minded man, unstable in all his ways. - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“Elisha said, “Hear Yahweh’s word. Yahweh says, ‘Tomorrow about this time a seah of fine flour will be sold for a shekel, and two seahs of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.’”
2 Then the captain on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, “Behold, if Yahweh made windows in heaven, could this thing be?”
He said, “Behold, you will see it with your eyes, but will not eat of it.”
3 Now there were four leprous men at the entrance of the gate. They said to one another, “Why do we sit here until we die? 4 If we say, ‘We will enter into the city,’ then the famine is in the city, and we will die there. If we sit still here, we also die. Now therefore come, and let’s surrender to the army of the Syrians. If they save us alive, we will live; and if they kill us, we will only die.”
5 They rose up in the twilight, to go to the camp of the Syrians. When they had come to the outermost part of the camp of the Syrians, behold, no man was there. 6 For the Lord had made the army of the Syrians to hear the sound of chariots, and the sound of horses, even the noise of a great army; and they said to one another, “Behold, the king of Israel has hired against us the kings of the Hittites and the kings of the Egyptians to attack us.” 7 Therefore they arose and fled in the twilight, and left their tents, and their horses, and their donkeys, even the camp as it was, and fled for their life. 8 When these lepers came to the outermost part of the camp, they went into one tent, and ate and drank, and carried away silver, gold, and clothing, and went and hid it. Then they came back, and entered into another tent, and carried things from there also, and went and hid them. 9 Then they said to one another, “We aren’t doing right. Today is a day of good news, and we keep silent. If we wait until the morning light, punishment will overtake us. Now therefore come, let’s go and tell the king’s household.”
10 So they came and called to the city gatekeepers; and they told them, “We came to the camp of the Syrians, and, behold, there was no man there, not even a man’s voice, but the horses tied, and the donkeys tied, and the tents as they were.”
11 He called the gatekeepers; and they told it to the king’s household within. 12 The king arose in the night, and said to his servants, “I will now show you what the Syrians have done to us. They know that we are hungry. Therefore they have gone out of the camp to hide themselves in the field, saying, ‘When they come out of the city, we shall take them alive, and get into the city.’”
13 One of his servants answered, “Please let some people take five of the horses that remain, which are left in the city. Behold, they are like all the multitude of Israel who are left in it. Behold, they are like all the multitude of Israel who are consumed. Let’s send and see.”
14 Therefore they took two chariots with horses; and the king sent them out to the Syrian army, saying, “Go and see.”
15 They went after them to the Jordan; and behold, all the path was full of garments and equipment which the Syrians had cast away in their haste. The messengers returned, and told the king. 16 The people went out and plundered the camp of the Syrians. So a seah of fine flour was sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, according to Yahweh’s word. 17 The king appointed the captain on whose hand he leaned to be in charge of the gate; and the people trampled over him in the gate, and he died as the man of God had said, who spoke when the king came down to him. 18 It happened as the man of God had spoken to the king, saying, “Two seahs] of barley for a shekel, and a seah of fine flour for a shekel, shall be tomorrow about this time in the gate of Samaria;” 19 and that captain answered the man of God, and said, “Now, behold, if Yahweh made windows in heaven, might such a thing be?” and he said, “Behold, you will see it with your eyes, but will not eat of it.” 20 It happened like that to him; for the people trampled over him in the gate, and he died,” 2 Kings 7:1-20.
“16 Yahweh said to Moses, “Gather to me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them; and bring them to the Tent of Meeting, that they may stand there with you. 17 I will come down and talk with you there. I will take of the Spirit which is on you, and will put it on them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you don’t bear it yourself alone.
18 “Say to the people, ‘Sanctify yourselves in preparation for tomorrow, and you will eat meat; for you have wept in the ears of Yahweh, saying, “Who will give us meat to eat? For it was well with us in Egypt.” Therefore Yahweh will give you meat, and you will eat. 19 You will not eat just one day, or two days, or five days, or ten days, or twenty days, 20 but a whole month, until it comes out at your nostrils, and it is loathsome to you; because you have rejected Yahweh who is among you, and have wept before him, saying, “Why did we come out of Egypt?”’”
21 Moses said, “The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand men on foot; and you have said, ‘I will give them meat, that they may eat a whole month.’ 22 Shall flocks and herds be slaughtered for them, to be sufficient for them? Shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to be sufficient for them?”
23 Yahweh said to Moses, “Has Yahweh’s hand grown short? Now you will see whether my word will happen to you or not.” Numbers 11:16-23.
“I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: 2 for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all, the testimony in its own times, 7 to which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle—I am telling the truth in Christ, not lying—a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.
8 I desire therefore that the men in every place pray, lifting up holy hands without anger and doubting,” 1 Timothy 2:1-8.
“2 Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. 4 Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed. 7 For that man shouldn’t think that he will receive anything from the Lord. 8 He is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways,” James 1:2-8.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
