God Is Looking for Leaders With His Heart
God is looking for leaders with His Heart — not religious bullies!
Leaders, you need to have patience with people and give them time to grow in the things of God, such as God gave you the time and mentors to grow in Him.
Stop being so hard on people who are doing the best they can. You will be the one God rebukes — for this not the other way around!
God expects more from you than that, and you know it, because He has given you more Wisdom than that.
Correction is needed sometimes yes, but in the right spirit, in Love.
Strong warning comes only when one is flat out rebellious and refuses to obey God, but if one is doing all they know to do for God with a sincere heart, then you had better stop hammering them all the time.
They will cry out to God and you will be the one he rebukes! Get that?
If the truth be told — and you really searched your own heart — it very well may be jealousy/ intimidation in your own heart, because they did better than you could have to start with, and better than you expected them to do.
It should never be about competition anyway — when you know you are on the same team!
Many people have turned away from God and The Church all together because of people doing this sort of thing. So stop it! Get over that religious self-righteous pride and love, like Jesus does.
Give people the same grace God gave you.
Remember, they could be out in the bars doing whatever, but they chose to come to Church and do something for God, so cut them some slack and give credit where it is due.
Stop running people out of the Church and away from God. That kind of religious pride is a snitch in the nostrils of God.
If you are one who is or has done this… God is saying to you: “Repent!”
“Who say, ‘keep to yourself, do not come near me, for I am too holy for you [and you might defile me]!’ these [people] are smoke in my nostrils, a fire that burns all the day.” Isaiah 65:5.
If you are one of these who have been treated harshly in the Church from so called leaders, don’t feel bad. Back in Jesus’ day they did him the same way.
At one point He went in the Church with his whip to whip their baby immature butts and get them back in order.
So do not let them discourage you. You are God’s and pleasing him is all that should matter to you anyway not pleasing man.
So hold your head up and get back up… God is teaching you something in it. He is teaching you how to stop being bullied by religious bullies.
He is making you stronger and bolder in Him. Equipping you perfect for your call. He is raising you up to be a powerhouse. So never forget who you are and whose you are!
You are valuable to God even if people cannot see that value. (Chances are they do see it and very intimidated by it.)
Still you know, and God knows, who you are, and most importantly, the devil knows who you are to and that is why he is fighting you so hard. Not so much because of where you are now, but rather because he knows where you are going!
So get back up and get on with it and never give the devil or those he is using the power or satisfaction in making you sit down and quit.
You gotta a destiny to fulfill and God will see to it that you get there if you do not quit! We all get weary at times and you are allowed to get weary but don’t you ever quit! Keep going, trust the process.
God has got you in The Palm of His Hand and rest assured, no man is able to pluck you out of His Hand.

Some leaders give followers a load of guilt in stead of a load of grace.
We MUST show mercy to others, as our Father has shown mercy to us! Your post made me cry as dissension breaks my heart among the church. You have put it all so beautifully,
Thank you for this correction to the Body of Christ, sister. Such a timely and needed Word for Every one of us. No one s exempt as we must all examine our hearts daily, Speak on. Amen and Amen!
