I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare God is the JUDGE: He lowers one and LIFTS UP ANOTHER.
  Exaltation does not come from the East or the West, nor even from the Desert.
  It is the God of Jacob/ Elohei Ya’akov Who I will DECLARE FOREVER, I will SING PRAISE to Him alone!
  The horns of the RIGHTEOUS will be lifted up!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai KNOWS my heart’s position.
  I SEEK the Lord/ Adonai and His COMPANIONSHIP daily; my DESIRE is only to sit at His feet.
  He has said in His Word, “HUMBLE yourself in My sight, and I will LIFT YOU UP!”
  Blessed are all who WALK in YOUR WILL, Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare, when I’m invited to a celebration, I will not take the seat of HONOR, for there may be someone more highly esteemed that has been invited.
  I will not be presumptuous, but rather I will take LOWEST SEAT, so that when the one who invited me comes, he may ask me to MOVE UP HIGHER.
  In this way, in God’s timing, I may be HONORED in the presence of all those who are dining with me.
• I decree and declare Everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and the one who HUMBLES HIMSELF will be EXALTED!
• I decree and declare, as an Elder, You will SHEPHERD God’s Flock.
  You WILLINGLY and EAGERLY Watch over it, not under compulsion.
  You have no thoughts of dishonest gain.
  You will not lord it over those apportioned to you but BECOME EXAMPLES to the Flock entrusted to you.
• I decree and declare when the Chief Shepherd appears you will RECEIVE the UNFADING CROWN of GLORY.
  The younger should submit yourselves to the Elders.
  And ALL of you, CLOTHE yourselves with HUMILITY toward one another, for God opposes the proud, but GIVES GRACE to the HUMBLE!
• I decree and declare you will HUMBLE yourselves under the Mighty Hand of God, so that He may LIFT
  YOU UP at the appropriate time!
• I decree and declare I am DILIGENT to remain in the Word and to cultivate His TRUTH within me.
  For it is the BRANCHES that bear FRUIT that He trims so that it will bear MORE FRUIT.
  I am already CLEAN because of the Word He has Spoken to me.
  I will ABIDE in Him and He will ABIDE in me!
  As I ABIDE in Him I will continue to BEAR much FRUIT!
• I decree and declare, as you ABIDE in Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, you can ASK whatever we wish, and it will be done for you.
  This is how the Father is GLORIFIED, that you bear much fruit and so PROVE to be Christ’s/ Messiah’s Disciples!
• I decree and declare I ABIDE in the LOVE of Christ/ Messiah!
  I will KEEP His Commandments, so that I can ABIDE in His LOVE.
  Just as He kept His Father’s Commandments and abided in His Love.
  My JOY is FULL because He has spoken these truths to us.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another. ⁸ For a cup is in the hand of the Lord, and the wine foams; it is well mixed, and He pours out of this; surely all the wicked of the earth must drain and drink down its dregs.
⁹ But as for me, I will declare it forever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob. ¹⁰ And all the horns of the wicked He will cut off, but the horns of the righteous will be lifted up,” Psalm 75:7-11.

“¹⁰ Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you,” James 4:10.

“⁸ “When you are invited by someone to a wedding feast, do not take the place of honor, for someone more distinguished than you may have been invited by him, ⁹ and he who invited you both will come and say to you, ‘Give your place to this man,’ and then in disgrace you proceed to occupy the last place. ¹⁰ But when you are invited, go and recline at the last place, so that when the one who has invited you comes, he may say to you, ‘Friend, move up higher’; then you will have honor in the sight of all who are at the table with you. ¹¹ For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted,” Luke 14:8-11.

“¹ Therefore, I exhort the elders among you, as your fellow elder and witness of the sufferings of Christ, and a partaker also of the glory that is to be revealed, ² shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and not for sordid gain, but with eagerness; ³ nor yet as lording it over those allotted to your charge, but proving to be examples to the flock. ⁴ And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory. ⁵ You younger men, likewise, be subject to your elders; and all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, for God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.
⁶ Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time,” 1 Peter 5:1-6.

“¹ “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. ² Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. ³ You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. ⁴ Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. ⁵ I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. ⁶ If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned. ⁷ If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. ⁸ My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. ⁹ Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. ¹⁰ If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. ¹¹ These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.
¹² “This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you. ¹³ Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. ¹⁴ You are My friends if you do what I command you. ¹⁵ No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. ¹⁶ You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. ¹⁷ This I command you, that you love one another,” John 15:1-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
