I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I declare You, Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai, are HOLY, ENTHRONED on the PRAISES of Your People!
  In You we TRUST!
  We TRUST You and You DELIVER us!
  When we cry out to You, we are DELIVERED!
  WE ARE NOT DISAPPOINTED!
• I decree and declare Your Name, Lord/ Adonai, to my brothers.
  I PRAISE You amid the Congregation.
  All who FEAR the Lord/ Adonai, PRAISE HIM!
  All the descendants of Jacob, and all those grafted into the Vine, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, GLORIFY HIM; REVERE HIM!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai does not despise or disdain the suffering of the Lowly One, nor has He hidden His FACE from him, but when he CRIES to Him, He HEARS!
  The Poor will eat and be SATISFIED.
  Those who SEEK after Him will PRAISE the Lord/ Adonai.
  Their Hearts will LIVE FOREVER!
• I decree and declare ALL THE ENDS OF THE EARTH WILL REMEMBER and TURN to the Lord/ Adonai.
  All the families of the Nations will BOW DOWN before the Lord God of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot!
  For the Kingdom belongs to the Lord/ Adonai, and HE RULES OVER THE NATIONS!
• I decree and declare Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot, Who is ENTHRONED UPON THE CHERUBIM, YOU ALONE ARE GOD/ ELOHIM of all the Kingdoms of the Earth.
  You have made Heaven and Earth!
  You alone SEE and HEAR all the words of those who accuse and plot.
  We call upon Your Holy Name knowing that YOU WILL SAVE us from the enemy, so that all the Kingdoms of the Earth will know that YOU ALONE ARE LORD/ ADONAI!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, I COME to You, I FEAR You with a HOLY REVERENCE.
  Lord/ Adonai REVIVE YOUR WORK, throughout the years make it known, in wrath REMEMBER COMPASSION.
  DRAW the Nations to Yourself, to Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, Your Son.
  We SPEAK that Hearts will be OPEN TO YOUR TRUTH, to RECEIVE Your MERCY and GRACE.
• I declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai, you are the Holy One!
  Your MAJESTY covers the Heavens and Your PRAISE fills the Earth!
  With BRILLIANCE LIKE LIGHT, rays emanate from Your Hand. There Your POWER is hidden.
• I decree and declare Pestilence goes before the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim, a Fiery Bolt goes forth at His feet.
  He stands, and the Earth shakes, and startles the Nations.
  Ancient mountains are shattered, Hills of Antiquity sink down.
  His WAYS are EVERLASTING.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You go out for the SALVATION of Your People — for the DELIVERANCE of Your Anointed One.
  You SHATTER the head of the house of the wicked — to lay it bare from the foundation to the top!
• I declare Lord/ Adonai, HOW COUNTLESS ARE YOUR WORKS!
  In Wisdom You made them all — the Earth is FULL of Your Creatures.
  They all look to You to give them their food at the right time.
  When You give it to them, they gather it up.
  When You open your hand, they are satisfied with good.
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, send forth Your Spirit/ Ruach and You RENEW the face of the Earth.
  Your GLORY will ENDURE FOREVER!
  You REJOICE in the Your Works!
  You LOOK at the Earth and it TREMBLES.
  You TOUCH the Mountains and they smoke.
  I will SING TO THE LORD/ ADONAI as long as I live!
  I will sing PRAISE to my God yet again!
  May my MEDITATION be sweet to You, Lord/ Adonai.
  I will REJOICE in You!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel. ⁴ Our fathers trusted in you. They trusted, and you delivered them. ⁵ They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed……..
……… ²² I will declare your name to my brothers. Among the assembly, I will praise you. ²³ You who fear Yahweh, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel! ²⁴ For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.
²⁵ My praise of you comes in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him. ²⁶ The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise Yahweh who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever. ²⁷ All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to Yahweh. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you. ²⁸ For the kingdom is Yahweh’s. He is the ruler over the nations. ²⁹ All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive. ³⁰ Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord. ³¹ They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it,” Psalm 22:3-5, 22-31.

“¹⁴ Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers and read it. Then Hezekiah went up to Yahweh’s house, and spread it before Yahweh. ¹⁵ Hezekiah prayed to Yahweh, saying, ¹⁶ “Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, who is enthroned among the cherubim, you are the God, even you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth. ¹⁷ Turn your ear, Yahweh, and hear. Open your eyes, Yahweh, and behold. Hear all of the words of Sennacherib, who has sent to defy the living God. ¹⁸ Truly, Yahweh, the kings of Assyria have destroyed all the countries and their land, ¹⁹ and have cast their gods into the fire; for they were no gods, but the work of men’s hands, wood and stone; therefore they have destroyed them. ²⁰ Now therefore, Yahweh our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you are Yahweh, even you only,” Isaiah 37:14-20.

² Yahweh, I have heard of your fame. I stand in awe of your deeds, Yahweh. Renew your work in the middle of the years. In the middle of the years make it known. In wrath, you remember mercy. ³ God came from Teman, the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah.
His glory covered the heavens, and his praise filled the earth. ⁴ His splendor is like the sunrise. Rays shine from his hand, where his power is hidden. ⁵ Plague went before him, and pestilence followed his feet. ⁶ He stood, and shook the earth. He looked, and made the nations tremble. The ancient mountains were crumbled. The age-old hills collapsed. His ways are eternal. ⁷ I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction. The dwellings of the land of Midian trembled. ⁸ Was Yahweh displeased with the rivers? Was your anger against the rivers, or your wrath against the sea, that you rode on your horses, on your chariots of salvation? ⁹ You uncovered your bow. You called for your sworn arrows. Selah. You split the earth with rivers. ¹⁰ The mountains saw you, and were afraid. The storm of waters passed by. The deep roared and lifted up its hands on high. ¹¹ The sun and moon stood still in the sky, at the light of your arrows as they went, at the shining of your glittering spear. ¹² You marched through the land in wrath. You threshed the nations in anger. ¹³ You went out for the salvation of your people, for the salvation of your anointed. You crushed the head of the land of wickedness. You stripped them head to foot. Selah,” Habakkuk 3:1-13.
“²⁴ Yahweh, how many are your works! In wisdom, you have made them all. The earth is full of your riches. ²⁵ There is the sea, great and wide, in which are innumerable living things, both small and large animals. ²⁶ There the ships go, and leviathan, whom you formed to play there. ²⁷ These all wait for you, that you may give them their food in due season. ²⁸ You give to them; they gather. You open your hand; they are satisfied with good. ²⁹ You hide your face; they are troubled. You take away their breath; they die and return to the dust. ³⁰ You send out your Spirit and they are created. You renew the face of the ground. ³¹ Let Yahweh’s glory endure forever. Let Yahweh rejoice in his works. ³² He looks at the earth, and it trembles. He touches the mountains, and they smoke. ³³ I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God while I have any being. ³⁴ Let my meditation be sweet to him. I will rejoice in Yahweh,” Psalm 104:24-34.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
