I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the Lord is OPENING the DOOR of opportunity for you.
  He has plans for well-being, so that YOU have HOPE and a FUTURE!
  As you call to God, HE LISTENS.
  As you SEEK Him, you will FIND Him, provided you seek for Him WHOLEHEARTEDLY!
• We decree the Father is REVERSING your EXILE, your LOSS, and your SEPARATION.
  He is restoring your HOMES and your LANDS.
  Those things that have been stolen from you are being RESTORED!
• We declare the Lord our God is my PROTECTOR and SHIELD; He is my REFUGE.
  We say to God Almighty, “You are my Lord; I have nothing good outside of YOU!”
• We declare the Lord is my assigned PORTION, my cup; you safeguard my share.
  PLEASANT places were measured out for me; I am content with my heritage.
  I bless the Lord, My counselor; at night Holy Spirit instructs me.
  Heaven’s limitless storehouses are available to those who TRUST in His PROVISION.
• We decree and declare, with the Lord before me, with Him at my right hand, I can NEVER be moved; so my heart is GLAD, my glory REJOICES, and my body too RESTS in SAFETY!
  The Lord makes me to KNOW the path of life; in His PRESENCE is unbounded JOY, in His right hand ETERNAL DELIGHT!
• We decree and declare the ABUNDANT GRACE of God is surrounding His Servants who walk in HUMILITY!
  Come close to God, and He will come close to you!
  The Father is LIFTING UP His HUMBLE Children!
• We decree Servants of the Most High God, you who bring Good News to Zion, CLIMB on a HIGH MOUNTAIN; you who bring Good News to Jerusalem, CRY OUT at the top of your voice!
  Don’t be afraid to shout out loud! Say to the cities of the World, “HERE IS YOUR GOD!”
• We declare the Lord God Almighty comes with POWER, and His arm will RULE for Him.
  His REWARD is with Him, and His RECOMPENSE is before Him.
• We decree the Servants of the Lord do not seek to be RECOGNIZED; but rather gladly accept the lowly positions.
  In the Lord’s time and choosing, HE WILL ELEVATE His Servants, bringing ATTENTION to His WORK in their lives.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

^“11 For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. ¹² Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. ¹³ You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. ¹⁴ I will be found by you,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will restore your fortunes and will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.’” Jeremiah 29:11-14.

^“1 Preserve me, O God, for I take refuge in You. ² I said to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good besides You…..
….. ⁵ The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You support my lot. ⁶ The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; indeed, my heritage is beautiful to me. ⁷ I will bless the Lord who has counseled me; indeed, my mind instructs me in the night. ⁸ I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. ⁹ Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will dwell securely. ¹⁰ For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. ¹¹ You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forever,” Psalm 16:1-2, 5-11.

^“6 But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, “God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” ⁷ Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. ⁸ Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. ⁹ Be miserable and mourn and weep; let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy to gloom. ¹⁰ Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you,” James 4:6-10.

^“9 Get yourself up on a high mountain, O Zion, bearer of good news, lift up your voice mightily, O Jerusalem, bearer of good news; lift it up, do not fear. Say to the cities of Judah, “Here is your God!” ¹⁰ Behold, the Lord God will come with might, with His arm ruling for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him and His recompense before Him. ¹¹ Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, in His arm He will gather the lambs and carry them in His bosom; he will gently lead the nursing ewes,” Isaiah 40:9-11.

^“7 And He began speaking a parable to the invited guests when He noticed how they had been picking out the places of honor at the table, saying to them, ⁸ “When you are invited by someone to a wedding feast, do not take the place of honor, for someone more distinguished than you may have been invited by him, ⁹ and he who invited you both will come and say to you, ‘Give your place to this man,’ and then in disgrace you proceed to occupy the last place. ¹⁰ But when you are invited, go and recline at the last place, so that when the one who has invited you comes, he may say to you, ‘Friend, move up higher’; then you will have honor in the sight of all who are at the table with you. ¹¹ For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” Luke 14:7-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
