I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare God/ Elohim is CALLING you to COME UP HIGHER!
  All who have PURE HEARTS and are washed in the Blood of the Lamb, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, have access to the Presence of the Father.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim requires OBEDIENCE from those who desire to DRAW NEAR and GO HIGHER.
  SUBMIT to God/ Elohim in all His Ways and SEEK Him alone.
  For Moses, Aaron, his sons and the elders SAW the God/Elohim of Israel, and under His feet was something like a pavement of SAPPHIRE, as clear as the very Heavens!
  So they BEHELD GOD/ ELOHIM!
• I decree and declare, as you DWELL in God’s/ Elohim’s Presence and REMAIN, He will impart SECRETS, His INSTRUCTIONS to you.
  As a Priest and King, through Christ/ Messiah, you have the AUTHORITY to carry God’s MESSAGE to the Peoples.
• I decree and declare in God’s/ Elohim’s Presence the CLOUD will settle.
  Spending TIME ALONE in His Presence is where God/ Elohim CALLS YOU TO RESIDE.
  The APPEARANCE of the GLORY of the Lord/ Adonai is like a CONSUMING FIRE in the sight of His People.
  As you DWELL in His Presence you CARRY His GLORY into the World.
• I decree and declare there is a HIGHWAY called the WAY of HOLINESS.
  The unclean will not travel on it.
  It is for the one who Walks the WAY.
  Fools will not go astray.
  No lion will be there; no ravenous beast will go up on it.
  They will not be found there, but the REDEEMED WILL WALK THERE!
• I decree and declare the RANSOMED of the Lord/ Adonai will RETURN and COME to Zion/ Tziyon with SINGING, with EVERLASTING JOY upon their Heads.
  They will obtain GLADNESS and JOY, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You are my God/ Elohim, my STRONGHOLD!
  You send forth Your LIGHT and TRUTH to guide me!
  They bring me to Your HOLY Mountain and to Your Dwelling Places.
• I decree and declare I come before the ALTAR of God/ Elohim, to the God of my EXCEEDING JOY, and PRAISE You, Lord/ Adonai, upon the Harp — O God/ Elohim, my God!
  I am not downcast, for I HOPE in GOD/ ELOHIM, for I will yet PRAISE Him, the SALVATION of my countenance!
• I decree and declare it is GOOD and PLEASANT for brothers to dwell together in UNITY!
  It is like PRECIOUS OIL upon the head, coming down upon the beard — Aaron’s beard — coming down on the collar of his robes.
  It is like the DEW of Hermon, coming down upon the Mountains of Zion/ Tziyon. For there the Lord/ Adonai Commanded the BLESSING — LIFE FOREVERMORE!
• I decree and declare the sound of the Living Beings’ wings is like the SOUND of RUSHING WATERS, like voice of the Almighty/ Shaddai, a noise of tumult like the noise of an Army.
  The appearance of the Lord/ Adonai was as a human; from what appeared as His waist upward was as GLOWING METAL like a FIRE-ENCASED-in a frame.
  Fire radiated around Him from the waist down.
  Like the appearance of the RAINBOW in the cloud on a rainy day, so was the Appearance of the RADIANCE.
• I decree and declare, as God/ Elohim DIRECTS, you will carry His Words to His People and the Nations of the World.
  The Spirit/ Ruach will EMPOWER you.
  Though you will go to Peoples who are rebellious, whether they listen, or whether they will refuse to listen, they will KNOW THAT a PROPHET has been among them.
  DO NOT BE AFRAID; DO NOT FEAR THEIR WORDS!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Then He said to Moses, “Come up to the Lord, you and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu and seventy of the elders of Israel, and you shall worship at a distance. ² Moses alone, however, shall come near to the Lord, but they shall not come near, nor shall the people come up with him.”
³ Then Moses came and recounted to the people all the words of the Lord and all the ordinances; and all the people answered with one voice and said, “All the words which the Lord has spoken we will do!”…….
……… ⁹ Then Moses went up with Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel, ¹⁰ and they saw the God of Israel; and under His feet there appeared to be a pavement of sapphire, as clear as the sky itself. ¹¹ Yet He did not stretch out His hand against the nobles of the sons of Israel; and they saw God, and they ate and drank.
¹² Now the Lord said to Moses, “Come up to Me on the mountain and remain there, and I will give you the stone tablets with the law and the commandment which I have written for their instruction.” ¹³ So Moses arose with Joshua his servant, and Moses went up to the mountain of God. ¹⁴ But to the elders he said, “Wait here for us until we return to you. And behold, Aaron and Hur are with you; whoever has a legal matter, let him approach them.” ¹⁵ Then Moses went up to the mountain, and the cloud covered the mountain. ¹⁶ The glory of the Lord rested on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it for six days; and on the seventh day He called to Moses from the midst of the cloud. ¹⁷ And to the eyes of the sons of Israel the appearance of the glory of the Lord was like a consuming fire on the mountain top. ¹⁸ Moses entered the midst of the cloud as he went up to the mountain; and Moses was on the mountain forty days and forty nights,” Exodus 24:1-3, 9-18.

“⁸ A highway will be there, a roadway, and it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean will not travel on it, but it will be for him who walks that way, and fools will not wander on it. ⁹ No lion will be there, nor will any vicious beast go up on it; these will not be found there. But the redeemed will walk there, ¹⁰ And the ransomed of the Lord will return and come with joyful shouting to Zion, with everlasting joy upon their heads. They will find gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away,” Isaiah 35:8-10.

“² For You are the God of my strength; why have You rejected me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
³ O send out Your light and Your truth, let them lead me; let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your dwelling places. ⁴ Then I will go to the altar of God, to God my exceeding joy; and upon the lyre I shall praise You, O God, my God.
⁵ Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him, the help of my countenance and my God,” Psalm 43:2-5.

“¹ Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity! ² It is like the precious oil upon the head, coming down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard, coming down upon the edge of his robes. ³ It is like the dew of Hermon coming down upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing—life forever,” Psalm 133:1-3.

“²⁴ I also heard the sound of their wings like the sound of abundant waters as they went, like the voice of the Almighty, a sound of tumult like the sound of an army camp; whenever they stood still, they dropped their wings. ²⁵ And there came a voice from above the expanse that was over their heads; whenever they stood still, they dropped their wings.
²⁶ Now above the expanse that was over their heads there was something resembling a throne, like lapis lazuli in appearance; and on that which resembled a throne, high up, was a figure with the appearance of a man. ²⁷ Then I noticed from the appearance of His loins and upward something like glowing metal that looked like fire all around within it, and from the appearance of His loins and downward I saw something like fire; and there was a radiance around Him. ²⁸ As the appearance of the rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the surrounding radiance. Such was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And when I saw it, I fell on my face and heard a voice speaking…….
…….. ¹ Then He said to me, “Son of man, stand on your feet that I may speak with you!” ² As He spoke to me the Spirit entered me and set me on my feet; and I heard Him speaking to me. ³ Then He said to me, “Son of man, I am sending you to the sons of Israel, to a rebellious people who have rebelled against Me; they and their fathers have transgressed against Me to this very day. ⁴ I am sending you to them who are stubborn and obstinate children, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God.’ ⁵ As for them, whether they listen or not—for they are a rebellious house—they will know that a prophet has been among them. ⁶ And you, son of man, neither fear them nor fear their words, though thistles and thorns are with you and you sit on scorpions; neither fear their words nor be dismayed at their presence, for they are a rebellious house,” Ezekiel 1:24-2:6.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
