I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I declare and PROCLAIM the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Name and ascribe GREATNESS to our God/ Eloheinu! The Rock — BLAMELESS is His Work!
  Indeed, ALL His Ways are JUST.
  God of faithfulness without iniquity, RIGHTEOUS and UPRIGHT is He!
• I decree and declare the Almighty/ ’Elyon gave Nations their heritage, when He SEPARATED the sons of man!
  The Lord’s/ Adonai’s portion is His People, Israel is the share of His inheritance.
  The Lord/ Adonai alone GUIDED him — there was no foreign god with him.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai saw and He spurned His sons and daughters out of vexation.
  They made Him jealous with a non-god; they vexed Him with airy idols.
  So, He is making them JEALOUS with a non-people; with the Gentile Nations He has vexed them!
• I decree and declare that the EYES of Israel will be open, that they will be WISE to DISCERN and to understand their HEREAFTER.
  That they will see that it is only because of their God/ Elohim, their Rock, Who handed over the enemy to them.
  It is ONLY by His Strength that that one can chase a thousand and two put ten thousand to flight!
• I decree and declare there are DREAMS and INTERPRETATIONS, and VISIONS that God/ Elohim will give to others and yourselves to TURN the lives of Individuals and to SHAPE Nations.
  Do not be alarmed or disturbed, for He will use you as a mouthpiece to MAKE HIS WILL KNOWN!
• I decree and declare to the Leaders in Public and Private the World is WATCHING you, and so is God Almighty/ El Shaddai! BEWARE: until you KNOW that the Most High/ El’Elyon is SOVEREIGN over the realm of Mankind and gives it to whomever He wishes, you may be driven from society to live as an animal in the wild.
  The Lord/ Adonai will do what is NECESSARY to TURN THE LOST to Himself.
• I decree and declare the Lord has His Angels stand guard over His People.
  In the time of Distress, all whose are found WRITTEN in the BOOK will be DELIVERED!
  Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the Earth will awaken — some to Everlasting Life and others to Shame and Everlasting Contempt.
  Those who are WISE will SHINE like the brightness of the Heavenly Expanse.
  Those who turn many to RIGHTEOUSNESS will be like the Stars FOREVER and EVER.
• I decree and declare the Lord causes His Sun to RISE on the evil and the Good, and sends RAIN on the Righteous and the Unrighteous.
  Love your enemies and PRAY for those who persecute you, so that you may be children of your Father in Heaven!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

Is not He your Father who has bought you? He has made you and established you. ⁷ “Remember the days of old, consider the years of all generations. Ask your father, and he will inform you, your elders, and they will tell you. ⁸ “When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, when He separated the sons of man, He set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the sons of Israel. ⁹ “For the Lord’s portion is His people; Jacob is the allotment of His inheritance. ¹⁰ “He found him in a desert land, and in the howling waste of a wilderness; He encircled him, He cared for him, He guarded him as the pupil of His eye. ¹¹ “Like an eagle that stirs up its nest, that hovers over its young, He spread His wings and caught them, He carried them on His pinions. ¹² “The Lord alone guided him, and there was no foreign god with him……..
……… ¹⁹ “The Lord saw this, and spurned them because of the provocation of His sons and daughters. ²⁰ “Then He said, ‘I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end shall be; for they are a perverse generation, sons in whom is no faithfulness. ²¹ ‘They have made Me jealous with what is not God; they have provoked Me to anger with their idols. So I will make them jealous with those who are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation……..
…….. ²⁹ “Would that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would discern their future! ³⁰ “How could one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had given them up?” Deuteronomy 32:3-12, 19-21,29-30.

“¹⁶ “Let his mind be changed from that of a man and let a beast’s mind be given to him, and let seven periods of time pass over him. ¹⁷ “This sentence is by the decree of the angelic watchers and the decision is a command of the holy ones, in order that the living may know that the Most High is ruler over the realm of mankind, and bestows it on whom He wishes and sets over it the lowliest of men.”
¹⁸ This is the dream which I, King Nebuchadnezzar, have seen. Now you, Belteshazzar, tell me its interpretation, inasmuch as none of the wise men of my kingdom is able to make known to me the interpretation; but you are able, for a spirit of the holy gods is in you.’
¹⁹ “Then Daniel, whose name is Belteshazzar, was appalled for a while as his thoughts alarmed him. The king responded and said, ‘Belteshazzar, do not let the dream or its interpretation alarm you.’ Belteshazzar replied, ‘My lord, if only the dream applied to those who hate you and its interpretation to your adversaries! ²⁰ The tree that you saw, which became large and grew strong, whose height reached to the sky and was visible to all the earth ²¹ and whose foliage was beautiful and its fruit abundant, and in which was food for all, under which the beasts of the field dwelt and in whose branches the birds of the sky lodged — ²² it is you, O king; for you have become great and grown strong, and your majesty has become great and reached to the sky and your dominion to the end of the earth,” Daniel 4:16-22.

““Now at that time Michael, the great prince who stands guard over the sons of your people, will arise. And there will be a time of distress such as never occurred since there was a nation until that time; and at that time your people, everyone who is found written in the book, will be rescued. ² Many of those who sleep in the dust of the ground will awake, these to everlasting life, but the others to disgrace and everlasting contempt. ³ Those who have insight will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever. ⁴ But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase,” Daniel 12:1-4.

“⁴³ “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ ⁴⁴ But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, ⁴⁵ so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. ⁴⁶ For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? ⁴⁷ If you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? ⁴⁸ Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect,” Matthew 5:43-48.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
