God Has Come to Anoint Your Body With Oil!
Oil can be dirty, used by Satan to stop or hinder your destiny, it also can be crowned by God to strengthen you on your destiny or to discourage one from meeting his or her destination or journey to receive deliverance!
Wound is flesh that has been damaged by darts, knife, arrows are weapons of the enemy because he desires to stop you from reaching your inheritance or destination.
For, I heard the LORD say that the spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear? (Proverbs 18:14).
In this season, I believe that God is sending many of his people who will be like unto the Good Samaritan and they are going to be sent to heal deep wounds of both rejection, hurts and pains of those who have been wounded by the arrow of Satan in the body of Christ!
Just as he did a certain man who went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
You see, the thief can come in a variety of ways. For, it is him that comes to kill, steal and to destroy but it is God that has come to give life and that more abundantly! (John 10:10).
You see, the enemy can come through death, divorce, a Saul Leader and others who have left you wounded and even half dead for the vultures to eat and to pick your bones!
For Satan likes to use others in the Kingdom who are weak, and walking after the flesh to try to block what God is doing in your life! This is why as a people we can not afford to be ignorant of his devices! Lest Satan should get an advantage of us, (2 Corinthians 2:11).
You see, by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw the man of Jericho the Priest passed by on the other side instead of showing the man compassion, and likewise did a Levite, when he was at the place their came another man who also looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
Sounds familiar? Yes, many of the false prophets and other evil workers of Satan have no intention of helping the people of God to get to your destination or the inheritance that God has planned for you!
But, what you need to know is that God said, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end, (Jeremiah 29:11).
Come on somebody, tell Satan, not to count you out just yet!
King David was another man whom the enemy tried his best to oppress and to keep him from his destiny. But, David being a man of Armor said, “For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead. Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate,” (Psalm 143:3-4).
David acknowledged his weaknesses but he refused to give in to his enemies!
He was even forced by Saul to live among his enemies the Philistines until God delivered him from a leader who was out to destroy him and did all he could to smite David to the ground.
David cried on several occasions asking Saul what was his sin and what had he done to Saul but he still did not give up after being rejected from King Saul’s kingdom over and over again! (1 Samuel 18-31).
Instead, he maintained his integrity and said he would not touch God’s anointed! You see, David was a man after God’s own heart and he refused to allow petty hatred and unforgiveness to break his spirit and to keep him from his inheritance!
He had many opportunities to kill Saul; however this was a sure sign that David defeat rejection from Saul and maintained his loyalty to both the kingdom and God at the same time! And, so must we as the people of God!
But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on the man from Jericho who the thieves had left half dead, (God always has a ram in the bush; away of escape for his people no matter what the situation) and went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil (fresh) and wine, (new bottles and new vessels) and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee. Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise. My God the LORD is going to open doors for those who have been rejected and who have been wounded in battle in this season! I see a refreshing coming to those who have been rejected and hurt because of no fault of their own!
Like the Man from Jericho, David had lost so much because of the enemy even his most treasured asset his friend; (wounded) Jonathan, whom he had made a covenant for life with who promised when David became king he would sit on David’s side but because of Saul’s disobedience to Samuel and God this dream was taken away and it never came into fruition but God is going to send fresh oil and new wine that is going to heal all of the old wounds you have suffered in the battle with the enemy in this season!
I Decree and Declare: That in this season the beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness is going to overtake you that god might be glorified. And, that all that the enemy has stolen from you like the man from Jericho shall be restored unto you in this season! And, God shall give you the necks of all your enemies that you might destroy them that hate you in this season, (Psalms 18:40)
“But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion. So he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him. On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, gave them to the innkeeper, and said to him, ‘Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I come again, I will repay you.’ So which of these three do you think was neighbor to him who fell among the thieves?”
And he said, “He who showed mercy on him.”
Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.” Luke 10:33-37,
