I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you who SEEK to KNOW God/ Elohim and His Ways are FAVORED of the Lord/ Adonai; HE KNOWS YOU BY NAME!
  You desire to KNOW HIS WAYS so that you will UNDERSTAND Him and CONTINUE in His FAVOR.
• I decree and declare you are FAVORED and are ALIGNED with the Lord’s/ Adonai’s PLAN for your Nation and its People.
  Your PRAYERS and DECREES for the Earth will be ANSWERED because you are walking in His WAY.
• I decree and declare the World will SEE the GLORY of God/ Elohim upon us, His People.
  It is the PRESENCE of God upon us that DISTINGUISHES us from all the other Peoples on Earth!
• I decree and declare you who are COMMITTED to the Lord/ Adonai are the FAVORED of God/ Elohim.
  When He calls, you respond, “Here I am!”
  You do not run from Him, but rather you run to God/ Elohim desiring to do His REQUEST; you desire to dwell in His Presence always.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai SPEAKS to you who have EARS to HEAR His VOICE.
  He will tell you SECRETS of what He will do in the Congregations’ Leadership and in the Nation.
  Know that it is for INTERCESSION; have a PURE Heart and pray for all concerned.
• I decree and declare you CONTINUE to grow in your KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING of the Lord; He is with you, and you let none of His Words fall to the ground.
  You will become known by the Words of God that you SPEAK.
  The Lord/ Adonai REVEALS Himself to you by His Word and APPEARS to His FAITHFUL Servants.
• I decree and declare God looks on those with FAVOR who are punished for doing what is RIGHT.
  This is what you were called to; because Christ/ Messiah too suffered, on your behalf, leaving an EXAMPLE so that you should FOLLOW in His steps.
• I decree and declare you will follow Christ’s/ Messiah’s EXAMPLE: no deceit will be found on your lips, you do not desire to sin; when insulted, you will not retaliate with insults; when you suffer, you will not threaten, but hand them over to God who JUDGES JUSTLY.
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah bore our sins in His Body so that we can DIE TO SINS and LIVE for RIGHTEOUSNESS!
  You used to be like sheep gone astray, but now you FOLLOW the Shepherd Who WATCHES OVER YOU!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹² Then Moses said to the Lord, “See, You say to me, ‘Bring up this people!’ But You Yourself have not let me know whom You will send with me. Moreover, You have said, ‘I have known you by name, and you have also found favor in My sight.’ ¹³ Now therefore, I pray You, if I have found favor in Your sight, let me know Your ways that I may know You, so that I may find favor in Your sight. Consider too, that this nation is Your people.” ¹⁴ And He said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.” ¹⁵ Then he said to Him, “If Your presence does not go with us, do not lead us up from here. ¹⁶ For how then can it be known that I have found favor in Your sight, I and Your people? Is it not by Your going with us, so that we, I and Your people, may be distinguished from all the other people who are upon the face of the earth?” Exodus 33:12-16.

“¹ Now the boy Samuel was ministering to the Lord before Eli. And word from the Lord was rare in those days, visions were infrequent.
² It happened at that time as Eli was lying down in his place (now his eyesight had begun to grow dim and he could not see well), ³ and the lamp of God had not yet gone out, and Samuel was lying down in the temple of the Lord where the ark of God was, ⁴ that the Lord called Samuel; and he said, “Here I am.” ⁵ Then he ran to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” But he said, “I did not call, lie down again.” So he went and lay down. ⁶ The Lord called yet again, “Samuel!” So Samuel arose and went to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” But he answered, “I did not call, my son, lie down again.” ⁷ Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord, nor had the word of the Lord yet been revealed to him. ⁸ So the Lord called Samuel again for the third time. And he arose and went to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” Then Eli discerned that the Lord was calling the boy. ⁹ And Eli said to Samuel, “Go lie down, and it shall be if He calls you, that you shall say, ‘Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening.’” So Samuel went and lay down in his place.
¹⁰ Then the Lord came and stood and called as at other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel said, “Speak, for Your servant is listening.” ¹¹ The Lord said to Samuel, “Behold, I am about to do a thing in Israel at which both ears of everyone who hears it will tingle……
…….. ¹⁹ Thus Samuel grew and the Lord was with him and let none of his words fail. ²⁰ All Israel from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel was confirmed as a prophet of the Lord. ²¹ And the Lord appeared again at Shiloh, because the Lord revealed Himself to Samuel at Shiloh by the word of the Lord,” 1 Samuel 3:1-11, 19-21.

“²⁰ For what credit is there if, when you sin and are harshly treated, you endure it with patience? But if when you do what is right and suffer for it you patiently endure it, this finds favor with God.
²¹ For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps, ²² who committed no sin, nor was any deceit found in His mouth; ²³ and while being reviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously; ²⁴ and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. ²⁵ For you were continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls,” 1 Peter 2:20-25.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
