Declarations & Decrees: God Enables Me to Accomplish His Will!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare I will GIVE TO THE LORD/ ADONAI WITH A WILLING HEART!
All that is required for the WORK He has placed before me, I will PRAY OVER and I will ACCOMPLISH it by the STRENGTH of His Spirit/ Ruach, in Jesus’/ Yeshua’s Name! - I decree and declare IT IS THE PRIVILEGE and HONOR of EVERY WISE-HEARTED BELIEVER to COME and DO all that the Lord/ Adonai has COMMANDED!
- I decree and declare the Spirit/ Ruach is the One Who gives various kinds of GIFTS to all: gifts of SERVICE, all kinds of WORKING — it is the same God/ Elohim Who WORKS all things in all People!
To each Person is given the MANIFESTATION of the Spirit/ Ruach for the BENEFIT of all!
The Spirit gives these GIFTS as He wills: Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge, Faith, Gifts of Healings, Workings of Miracles, Prophecy, Discerning of Spirits, Different kinds of Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues — it is the SAME SPIRIT/ RUACH Who ACTIVATES all these things. - I decree and declare we are each a part of the Body of Christ/ Messiah — all the parts of the Body, though many, are One Body, so also is Christ/ Messiah.
For in One Spirit/ Ruach we were all immersed into One Body — whether Jewish or Gentile, slave or free — and all were made to drink of one Spirit/ Ruach. - I decree and declare God has ASSIGNED to each Person a MEASURE of FAITH!
For just as we have many parts in One Body — and all the Parts do not have the same Function — so we, who are many, are One Body in Christ/ Messiah and Everyone PARTS of one another! - I decree and declare God/ Elohim has given us each different GIFTS according to the GRACE that was given to us: if Prophecy, in proportion to our FAITH, if Service, in our serving; or the one who Teaches, in his teaching; or the one who Exhorts, in his exhortation, the one who Gives, in GENEROSITY; the one who Leads, with DILIGENCE; the one who shows Mercy, with CHEERFULNESS!
- I decree and declare my LOVE is without hypocrisy — detesting what is evil yet HOLDING FAST TO WHAT IS GOOD!
I am tenderly devoted to my brothers and sisters in LOVE, giving HONOR to all.
I will KEEP SERVING THE LORD, rejoicing in HOPE, enduring in distress, persisting in PRAYER, contributing to the needs of the Saints and extending HOSPITALITY. - I decree and declare as I have received a gift from the Lord/ Adonai, I will use it to SERVE others, as a good Steward of the MANY-SIDED GRACE OF GOD.
In whatever I do may I do it as an extension of the Father/ Abba, touching the People.
If it is speaking, it will be as one SPEAKING the UTTERANCES of GOD.
If it is serving, it will be with the STRENGTH that God supplies.
So in ALL THINGS God/ Elohim will be GLORIFIED through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua — all GLORY and POWER to Him FOREVER and EVER! Amen! - I decree and declare I WILL NOT BE SURPRISED at the fiery ordeal taking place among us to test us, but rather, I WILL REJOICE as I share in the sufferings of Christ/ Messiah, so that at the REVELATION OF HIS GLORY I may also REJOICE and be GLAD.
- I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“4 Moses spoke to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, saying, “This is the thing which the Lord has commanded, saying, 5 ‘Take from among you a contribution to the Lord; whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it as the Lord’s contribution: gold, silver, and bronze, 6 and blue, purple and scarlet material, fine linen, goats’ hair, 7 and rams’ skins dyed red, and porpoise skins, and acacia wood, 8 and oil for lighting, and spices for the anointing oil, and for the fragrant incense, 9 and onyx stones and setting stones for the ephod and for the breast-piece.
10 ‘Let every skillful man among you come, and make all that the Lord has commanded,” Exodus 35:4-10.
“4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 And there are varieties of ministries, and the same Lord. 6 There are varieties of effects, but the same God who works all things in all persons. 7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. 8 For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 and to another the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills.
12 For even as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit. 14 For the body is not one member, but many,” 1 Corinthians 12:4-14.
“3 For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith. 4 For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. 6 Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith; 7 if service, in his serving; or he who teaches, in his teaching; 8 or he who exhorts, in his exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.
9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; 11 not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; 12 rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, 13 contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality.
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. 16 Be of the same mind toward one another; do not be haughty in mind, but associate with the lowly. Do not be wise in your own estimation. 17 Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is right in the sight of all men. 18 If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men. 19 Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. 20 “But if your enemy is hungry, feed him, and if he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.” 21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good,” Romans 12:3-21.
“7 The end of all things is near; therefore, be of sound judgment and sober spirit for the purpose of prayer. 8 Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins. 9 Be hospitable to one another without complaint. 10 As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 11 Whoever speaks, is to do so as one who is speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
12 Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, which comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing were happening to you; 13 but to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ, keep on rejoicing, so that also at the revelation of His glory you may rejoice with exultation. 14 If you are reviled for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you,” 1 Peter 4:7-14.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
