I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare YOU, with the Servant’s heart, LONG for the Lord; you are THIRSTY and long to DWELL in His Presence.
  Your feelings well up within you as you experience the fellowship of Believers and WORSHIP in the HOUSE of God with sounds of JOY and PRAISE.
• We decree and declare YOU will HOPE always in God and PRAISE Him again for the Salvation that COMES from His PRESENCE!
  Salvation is for ALL who will accept the sacrifice of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, the only begotten Son of God!
• We declare God is CALLING to you: DEEP is calling to DEEP at the thunder of His waterfalls; all His surging rapids and waves are sweeping over you.
  By day the Lord commands His GRACE, and at night His SONG is with you as a prayer to the God of your life!
• We declare those, who are STUDENTS of the Master, FOLLOW Him!
  There is no greater desire than to SIT at His feet, to DWELL in His Presence.
• We decree and declare YOU who THIRST and HUNGER for the Lord will be filled.
  You who are poor in spirit are BLESSED for the Kingdom of Heaven is yours.
  You who mourn are BLESSED for you are COMFORTED.
• We decree the MEEK are BLESSED for they will INHERIT the Land!
  In this hour, the Lord is shifting People and Governments that His Kingdom will SHINE on the Earth!
  God Almighty rules and will bring to pass His WORD!
• We decree and declare you who show MERCY to others are BLESSED for you will receive mercy.
  Blessed are you who are PURE in heart for you will SEE God.
  All who make PEACE are BLESSED for they are called the Children of God!
• We decree and declare YOU who are PERSECUTED for righteousness sake are BLESSED for the Kingdom of Heaven is yours.
  You are blessed when people insult you and persecute you and tell all kinds of vicious lies about you because you follow Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
  REJOICE and be GLAD, because your REWARD in Heaven is great!
  They persecuted the prophets before you in the same way.
• We decree and declare YOU are SALT for the Land!
  By your presence, prayers and declarations the Land is being cleansed.
  You are LIGHT for the World! Your light will shine to draw those who are in darkness to the Light, the Salvation, of God!
• We declare those who are THIRSTY are being CALLED to come to the WATER of the Spirit; you need no money; the price was paid on the cross by the Savior Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  This WATER will SATISFY, it is EVERLASTING!
• We decree and declare the Servants of the Most High God will SUMMON Nations you do not know, and a Nation that does not know you will RUN to you, for the sake of the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, who will GLORIFY you!
• We decree and declare the WICKED person is ABANDONING his way and the evil person his thoughts; they are RETURNING to the Lord, their Creator, and He will have MERCY on them; let them RETURN to our God, for He will freely FORGIVE!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“As the deer pants for the water brooks, so my soul pants for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; when shall I come and appear before God? My tears have been my food day and night, while they say to me all day long, “Where is your God?” These things I remember and I pour out my soul within me. For I used to go along with the throng and lead them in procession to the house of God, with the voice of joy and thanksgiving, a multitude keeping festival. Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him for the help of His presence. O my God, my soul is in despair within me; therefore I remember You from the land of the Jordan and the peaks of Hermon, from Mount Mizar. Deep calls to deep at the sound of Your waterfalls; all Your breakers and Your waves have rolled over me. The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime; and His song will be with me in the night, a prayer to the God of my life,” Psalm 42:1-8.

“When Jesus saw the crowds, He went up on the mountain; and after He sat down, His disciples came to Him. He opened His mouth and began to teach them, saying, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven,” Matthew 5:1-16.

“Ho! Every one who thirsts, come to the waters; and you who have no money come, buy and eat. Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost. Why do you spend money for what is not bread, and your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, and delight yourself in abundance. Incline your ear and come to Me. Listen, that you may live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, according to the faithful mercies shown to David. Behold, I have made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander for the peoples. Behold, you will call a nation you do not know, and a nation which knows you not will run to you, because of the Lord your God, even the Holy One of Israel; for He has glorified you.” Seek the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon,” Isaiah 55:1-7.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
