Declarations & Decrees: God Compensates You Abundantly, Yet to Those Who Harmed You He Comes With Vengeance!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare your LIFE, your dry land is RECEIVING the OUTPOURING of Holy Spirit.
  Your desert is REJOICING and BLOSSOMING like the lily.
  It will burst into flower, will REJOICE with JOY and singing, and receive the GLORY and SPLENDOR of the Lord.
• I decree and declare the Nations of the World will see the GLORY of the Lord, the SPLENDOR of our God.
  Then the EYES of the blind will be opened, and the EARS of the deaf will be unstopped; then the LAME man will leap like a deer, and the MUTE person’s tongue will SING!
• I decree your drooping arms are STRENGTHENED and your tottering knees are STEADIED.
  Be STRONG and unafraid! Your God is HERE; He is coming with VENGEANCE; with His RETRIBUTION HE IS COMING and will save you!
• I decree and declare your lives are PROSPEROUS: springs are bursting forth, STREAMS of WATER in the desert; the sandy mirage is becoming a pool, the thirsty ground SPRINGS of WATER.
  The haunts where jackals lie down are becoming marshes filled with reeds and papyrus.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s Highway, the Way of Holiness, is coming to REALIZATION.
  The unclean cannot pass over it, but it is for you who are LEAD of the Lord – fools will not stray along it.
  The REDEEMED will travel His Highway.
  The RANSOMED of the Lord are coming with singing to Zion, on their heads is EVERLASTING JOY!
• I decree you will bless those who persecute you – bless them, don’t curse them!
  Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.
  You are sensitive to each other’s needs, not thinking yourself better than others, but making humble people your friends.
• I decree you will not repay evil for evil, but do what is good.
  You do not seek revenge, instead, LEAVE REVENGE to God’s anger; for in the Scriptures it is written, “The Lord says, ‘Vengeance is My RESPONSIBILITY; I WILL REPAY!’”
• I decree God is your REFUGE and STRENGTH, an ever-present help in trouble.
  You will not be afraid, even if the Earth gives way, even if the Mountains tumble into the depths of the sea, even if its Waters RAGE and foam, and the Mountains SHAKE at its turbulence.
• I declare the Lord God Almighty is with us, our FORTRESS, the God of Jacob.
  COME and SEE the Works of the Lord, the ASTOUNDING DEEDS He has done on the Earth.
  All who have ears, LISTEN, and LEARN that the Lord God, Jehovah, Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh, is God, SUPREME over the Nations, SUPREME over the Earth!
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ The wilderness and the desert will be glad, and the Arabah will rejoice and blossom; like the crocus ² It will blossom profusely and rejoice with rejoicing and shout of joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the majesty of Carmel and Sharon. They will see the glory of the Lord, the majesty of our God. ³ Encourage the exhausted, and strengthen the feeble. ⁴ Say to those with anxious heart, “Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; the recompense of God will come, but He will save you.” ⁵ Then the eyes of the blind will be opened and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. ⁶ Then the lame will leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute will shout for joy. For waters will break forth in the wilderness and streams in the Arabah. ⁷ The scorched land will become a pool and the thirsty ground springs of water; in the haunt of jackals, its resting place, grass becomes reeds and rushes. ⁸ A highway will be there, a roadway, and it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean will not travel on it, but it will be for him who walks that way, and fools will not wander on it. ⁹ No lion will be there, nor will any vicious beast go up on it; these will not be found there. But the redeemed will walk there, ¹⁰ And the ransomed of the Lord will return and come with joyful shouting to Zion, with everlasting joy upon their heads. They will find gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away,” Isaiah 35:1-10.

“¹⁴ Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. ¹⁵ Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. ¹⁶ Be of the same mind toward one another; do not be haughty in mind, but associate with the lowly. Do not be wise in your own estimation. ¹⁷ Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is right in the sight of all men. ¹⁸ If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men. ¹⁹ Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord,” Romans 12:14-19.

“¹ God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. ² Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; ^{3 t}hough its waters roar and foam, though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah. ⁴ There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy dwelling places of the Most High. ⁵ God is in the midst of her, she will not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. ⁶ The nations made an uproar, the kingdoms tottered; He raised His voice, the earth melted. ⁷ The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah. ⁸ Come, behold the works of the Lord, Who has wrought desolations in the earth. ⁹ He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariots with fire. ¹⁰ “Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” ¹¹ The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah,” Psalm 46:1-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
