I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Message of the Cross is FOOLISHNESS to those who are PERISHING, but to us who are being SAVED it is the POWER of GOD!
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai is DESTROYING the wisdom of the wise and BRINGING to NOTHING the understanding of the intelligent.
  God has made FOOLISH the wisdom of the World!
• I decree and declare God saw that the World through its wisdom did not know Him; GOD WAS PLEASED – through the foolishness of the message of SALVATION proclaimed – to SAVE those who BELIEVE.
  To those who are CALLED, Christ/ Messiah is the POWER and the WISDOM of God/ Elohim!
  Because of Him you are in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, Who became to us WISDOM from God and RIGHTEOUSNESS and HOLINESS and REDEMPTION!
• I decree and declare the FOOLISHNESS of God is WISER than men, and the WEAKNESS of God is STRONGER than men.
  Though not many of us are powerful or born well, yet God CHOSE the FOOLISH things of the World so that He might put to SHAME the wise, and He CHOSE the WEAK things of the World so that He might Put to SHAME the strong, and He CHOSE the LOWLY and DESPISED things of the World so He might bring to nothing the things that are – so that no human might boast before God.
• I decree and declare the WISDOM of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah, which we speak is not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.
  Rather, we speak God’s WISDOM in a Mystery – a WISDOM that has been HIDDEN, which God DESTINED for our glory before the Ages.
• I decree and declare God has REVEALED His TRUTH to us through the Spirit/ Ruach; no one knows the things of God/ Elohim except the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim. We have received not the spirit of the World, but the Spirit/ Ruach who is from God/ Elohim — so we might come to KNOW the things freely given to us by God.
• I decree and declare I BLESS You, Lord/ Adonai, You are very GREAT!
  You are clothed with SPLENDOR and MAJESTY — wrapping Yourself in LIGHT as a robe, stretching out Heaven like a curtain!
  You walk on the wings of the Wind making Your Angels Spirits, Your Servants a FLAMING FIRE!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, how COUNTLESS are Your Works!
  In WISDOM You made them all – the Earth is full of Your creatures.
  They all look to You to give them their food at the right time and they are satisfied with good.
• I decree and declare the GLORY of the Lord/ Adonai ENDURES FOREVER!
  The Lord/ Adonai REJOICES at His Works!
  He looks at the Earth, and it trembles. He touches the Mountains, and they smoke.
  I will sing to the Lord/ Adonai as long as I live!
  I will sing PRAISE to my God yet again!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁸ For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. ¹⁹ For it is written, “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the cleverness of the clever I will set aside.”
²⁰ Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? ²¹ For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. ²² For indeed Jews ask for signs and Greeks search for wisdom; ²³ but we preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness, ²⁴ but to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. ²⁵ Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
²⁶ For consider your calling, brethren, that there were not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble; ²⁷ but God has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong, ²⁸ and the base things of the world and the despised God has chosen, the things that are not, so that He may nullify the things that are, ²⁹ so that no man may boast before God. ³⁰ But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption, ³¹ so that, just as it is written, “Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord,”” 1 Corinthians 1:18-31.

“⁶ Yet we do speak wisdom among those who are mature; a wisdom, however, not of this age nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away; ⁷ but we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory; ⁸ the wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; ⁹ but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.”
¹⁰ For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. ¹¹ For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. ¹² Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, ¹³ which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.
¹⁴ But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. ¹⁵ But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. ¹⁶ For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ,” 1 Corinthians 2:6-16.

“¹ Bless the Lord, O my soul! O Lord my God, You are very great; You are clothed with splendor and majesty, ² Covering Yourself with light as with a cloak, stretching out heaven like a tent curtain. ³ He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters; He makes the clouds His chariot; He walks upon the wings of the wind; ⁴ He makes the winds His messengers, flaming fire His ministers…….
……… ²⁴ O Lord, how many are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all; the earth is full of Your possessions. ²⁵ There is the sea, great and broad, in which are swarms without number, animals both small and great. ²⁶ There the ships move along, and Leviathan, which You have formed to sport in it.
>²⁷ They all wait for You to give them their food in due season. ²⁸ You give to them, they gather it up; You open Your hand, they are satisfied with good. ²⁹ You hide Your face, they are dismayed; You take away their spirit, they expire and return to their dust. ³⁰ You send forth Your Spirit, they are created; and You renew the face of the ground.
³¹ Let the glory of the Lord endure forever; let the Lord be glad in His works; ³² He looks at the earth, and it trembles; He touches the mountains, and they smoke. ³³ I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. ³⁴ Let my meditation be pleasing to Him; as for me, I shall be glad in the Lord. ³⁵ Let sinners be consumed from the earth and let the wicked be no more. Bless the Lord, O my soul. Praise the Lord!” Psalm 104:1-4, 24-35.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
