Declarations & Decrees: God Answers the Prayers of Those Who Seek Him Wholeheartedly and Walk in Holiness!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare TRUE BELIEVERS are SEEKING the Lord in HUMILITY and PRAYING for His PROTECTION and GUIDANCE throughout the Land!
  We confess our sins and the sins of our Nation.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, GREAT and FEARSOME God, Who keeps His Covenant and extends GRACE to those who LOVE Him and Observe His Commands, YOU HEAR our PRAYERS!
  We HUMBLE ourselves, for we as a Nation have sinned, done wrong, acted wickedly, rebelled and turned away from your Commands and Rulings.
• I decree and declare to YOU, Lord/ Adonai, belongs RIGHTEOUSNESS; but to us today belongs shame because Your people have broken faith with You.
  Yes, Lord/ Adonai, SHAME FALLS ON US, our kings, our leaders and our ancestors, because we SINNED AGAINST YOU.
• I decree and declare CONTINUAL PRAYER and REPENTANCE breaks through the enemy’s blockade. At the BEGINNING of your prayers an ANSWER was GIVEN.
  The continued prayers, repentance and humility before the Lord give strength to the Angel Army battling on your behalf.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, God/ Elohim of Israel, there is no God like YOU in Heaven above or on Earth below.
  You keep Covenant with Your Servants and SHOW THEM GRACE, provided they LIVE IN YOUR PRESENCE with ALL THEIR HEART!
• I decree and declare that the Lord/ Adonai my God/ Elohim pays attention to His Servants’ prayers and pleas; He LISTENS to the cry and prayer that His Servants pray before Him, that His EYES are open toward His People Night and Day!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You LISTEN to the pleas of Your Servants so that when Your People PRAY to YOU, acknowledging ALL that Christ/ Messiah is, YOU WILL HEAR IN HEAVEN where You LIVE; and when You HEAR You will FORGIVE!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai HEARS all PRAYERS and REQUESTS made of Him.
  Each Individual will know what is plaguing his own conscience; as each person SPREADS OUT HIS HANDS toward God, He will HEAR and FORGIVE and ACT, and will GIVE EACH PERSON WHAT HIS CONDUCT DESERVES!
  For God, and only God, KNOWS ALL HUMAN HEARTS.
• I decree and declare the People of God, all who FEAR Him, LISTEN to all that God has done for me!
  When I cried out to Him with my mouth, HIS PRAISE was on my tongue. The Lord/ Adonai does not listen to those who cherish evil thoughts.
• I decree and declare God LISTENS to those whose HEARTS are PURE and HUMBLE.
  He PAYS ATTENTION to our prayers.
  Blessed be God/ Elohim, Who does not reject our prayers or turn His GRACE away from me.

• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ So I gave my attention to the Lord God to seek Him by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth and ashes. ⁴ I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed and said, “Alas, O Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and lovingkindness for those who love Him and keep His commandments, ⁵ we have sinned, committed iniquity, acted wickedly and rebelled, even turning aside from Your commandments and ordinances. ⁶ Moreover, we have not listened to Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings, our princes, our fathers and all the people of the land.
⁷ “Righteousness belongs to You, O Lord, but to us open shame, as it is this day—to the men of Judah, the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, those who are nearby and those who are far away in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of their unfaithful deeds which they have committed against You. ⁸ Open shame belongs to us, O Lord, to our kings, our princes and our fathers, because we have sinned against You. ⁹ To the Lord our God belong compassion and forgiveness, for we have rebelled against Him; ¹⁰ nor have we obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in His teachings which He set before us through His servants the prophets. ¹¹ Indeed all Israel has transgressed Your law and turned aside, not obeying Your voice; so the curse has been poured out on us, along with the oath which is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, for we have sinned against Him……
…….. ²⁰ Now while I was speaking and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the Lord my God in behalf of the holy mountain of my God, ²¹ while I was still speaking in prayer, then the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision previously, came to me in my extreme weariness about the time of the evening offering. ²² He gave me instruction and talked with me and said, “O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you insight with understanding. ²³ At the beginning of your supplications the command was issued, and I have come to tell you, for you are highly esteemed; so give heed to the message and gain understanding of the vision. ²⁴ “Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy place,” Daniel 9:3-11, 20-24.

“²² Then Solomon stood before the altar of the Lord in the presence of all the assembly of Israel and spread out his hands toward heaven. ²³ He said, “O Lord, the God of Israel, there is no God like You in heaven above or on earth beneath, keeping covenant and showing lovingkindness to Your servants who walk before You with all their heart, ²⁴ who have kept with Your servant, my father David, that which You have promised him; indeed, You have spoken with Your mouth and have fulfilled it with Your hand as it is this day. ²⁵ Now therefore, O Lord, the God of Israel, keep with Your servant David my father that which You have promised him, saying, ‘You shall not lack a man to sit on the throne of Israel, if only your sons take heed to their way to walk before Me as you have walked.’ ²⁶ Now therefore, O God of Israel, let Your word, I pray, be confirmed which You have spoken to Your servant, my father David.
²⁷ “But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain You, how much less this house which I have built! ²⁸ Yet have regard to the prayer of Your servant and to his supplication, O Lord my God, to listen to the cry and to the prayer which Your servant prays before You today; ²⁹ that Your eyes may be open toward this house night and day, toward the place of which You have said, ‘My name shall be there,’ to listen to the prayer which Your servant shall pray toward this place. ³⁰ Listen to the supplication of Your servant and of Your people Israel, when they pray toward this place; hear in heaven Your dwelling place; hear and forgive……..
…….. ³⁷ “If there is famine in the land, if there is pestilence, if there is blight or mildew, locust or grasshopper, if their enemy besieges them in the land of their cities, whatever plague, whatever sickness there is, ³⁸ whatever prayer or supplication is made by any man or by all Your people Israel, each knowing the affliction of his own heart, and spreading his hands toward this house; ³⁹ then hear in heaven Your dwelling place, and forgive and act and render to each according to all his ways, whose heart You know, for You alone know the hearts of all the sons of men, ⁴⁰ that they may fear You all the days that they live in the land which You have given to our fathers,” 1 Kings 8:22-30, 37-40.

“¹⁶ Come and hear, all who fear God, and I will tell of what He has done for my soul. ¹⁷ I cried to Him with my mouth, and He was extolled with my tongue. ¹⁸ If I regard wickedness in my heart, the Lord will not hear; ¹⁹ But certainly God has heard; He has given heed to the voice of my prayer. ²⁰ Blessed be God, Who has not turned away my prayer nor His lovingkindness from me,” Psalm 66:16-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
