Declarations & Decrees: God Almighty Is a Shield for the Leader of Our Land; He Raising Him Up Above the Battle!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord is your ROCK, He delivers you from the power of your enemies, from those who presume to take control.
  They will not succeed.
  God is your FORTRESS and DELIVERER, the God Who is your ROCK, in Whom you find SHELTER, your SHIELD, the POWER that saves you, your STRONGHOLD and your REFUGE!
• I decree and declare you are SAVED from your enemies because you CALL on the Lord/ Adonai, Who is WORTHY of PRAISE!
  He HEARS your voice and your cry enters His ears.
  The Lord is angry and the Earth is SHAKING because of those who SIN and say it is RIGHT.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is SCATTERING your enemies before you; with LIGHTNING He routes them.
  The Channels of the Sea appeared, the Foundations of the World were EXPOSED at the Lord’s/ Adonai’s REBUKE, at the Blast of Breath from His nostrils.
• I decree and declare God sent from on High, He took you and PULLED YOU OUT OF DEEP WATER; He RESCUED you from your Powerful enemy, from those who hate you, for they are stronger than you.
  They come against you; but the LORD/ ADONAI IS YOUR SUPPORT!
• I decree and declare you have been brought into an OPEN PLACE; Your Father, God Almighty/ Abba, El Shaddai has RESCUED you, because HE TAKES PLEASURE in you.
  The Lord/ Adonai REWARDS you for your UPRIGHTNESS, He repays you because your HANDS ARE CLEAN!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai SAVES the Afflicted; but He HUMBLES the haughty.
  The Lord/ Adonai is your LAMP; He LIGHTS UP your darkness!
  God’s Way is PERFECT, the WORD of the Lord/ Adonai has been tested by FIRE; He SHIELDS All who take REFUGE in Him!
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim is our ROCK; He is my STRENGTH and PROTECTION; He makes my way go STRAIGHT!
  He makes me SWIFT and SURE-FOOTED and enables me to STAND on high places.
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai gives me His SHIELD, which is SALVATION; His answers make me GREAT.
  I PURSUED my enemies and WIPED THEM OUT, without turning back until they were DESTROYED.
  I PRAISE YOU, my Lord/ Adonai, for giving me STRENGTH FOR THE BATTLE; you crush my adversaries beneath me.
• I decree and declare that the Lord’s/ Adonai’s People GROW POWERFUL in Union with Him, in UNION with His MIGHTY STRENGTH!
  USE ALL the Armor and Weaponry that God/ Elohim provides, so that YOU WILL STAND against the deceptive tactics of the Adversary.
  For you know that we are not struggling against human beings, but against the rulers, authorities and cosmic powers governing this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm.
• I decree and declare you TAKE UP EVERY PIECE of War Equipment God/ Elohim Provides, so that YOU CAN STAND, YOU CAN RESIST; and when the Battle is WON, you will STILL BE STANDING!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ And David spoke the words of this song to the Lord in the day that the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. ² He said, “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; ³ My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge; my savior, You save me from violence. ⁴ “I call upon the Lord, Who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies. ⁵ “For the waves of death encompassed me; the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me; ⁶ The cords of Sheol surrounded me; the snares of death confronted me. ⁷ “In my distress I called upon the Lord, yes, I cried to my God; and from His temple He heard my voice, and my cry for help came into His ears.
⁸ “Then the earth shook and quaked, the foundations of heaven were trembling and were shaken, because He was angry. ⁹ “Smoke went up out of His nostrils, fire from His mouth devoured; coals were kindled by it. ¹⁰ “He bowed the heavens also, and came down with thick darkness under His feet. ¹¹ “And He rode on a cherub and flew; and He appeared on the wings of the wind. ¹² “And He made darkness canopies around Him, a mass of waters, thick clouds of the sky. ¹³ “From the brightness before Him Coals of fire were kindled. ¹⁴ “The Lord thundered from heaven, and the Most High uttered His voice. ¹⁵ “And He sent out arrows, and scattered them, lightning, and routed them. ¹⁶ “Then the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were laid bare by the rebuke of the Lord, at the blast of the breath of His nostrils.
¹⁷ “He sent from on high, He took me; He drew me out of many waters. ¹⁸ “He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me, for they were too strong for me. ¹⁹ “They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the Lord was my support. ²⁰ “He also brought me forth into a broad place; He rescued me, because He delighted in me. ²¹ “The Lord has rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. ²² “For I have kept the ways of the Lord, and have not acted wickedly against my God. ²³ “For all His ordinances were before me, and as for His statutes, I did not depart from them. ²⁴ “I was also blameless toward Him, and I kept myself from my iniquity. ²⁵ “Therefore the Lord has recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to my cleanness before His eyes.
²⁶ “With the kind You show Yourself kind, with the blameless You show Yourself blameless; ²⁷ With the pure You show Yourself pure, and with the perverted You show Yourself astute. ²⁸ “And You save an afflicted people; but Your eyes are on the haughty whom You abase. ²⁹ “For You are my lamp, O Lord; and the Lord illumines my darkness. ³⁰ “For by You I can run upon a troop; by my God I can leap over a wall. ³¹ “As for God, His way is blameless; the word of the Lord is tested; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him. ³² “For who is God, besides the Lord? and who is a rock, besides our God? ³³ “God is my strong fortress; and He sets the blameless in His way. ³⁴ “He makes my feet like hinds’ feet, and sets me on my high places. ³⁵ “He trains my hands for battle, so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze. ³⁶ “You have also given me the shield of Your salvation, and Your help makes me great. ³⁷ “You enlarge my steps under me, and my feet have not slipped. ³⁸ “I pursued my enemies and destroyed them, and I did not turn back until they were consumed. ³⁹ “And I have devoured them and shattered them, so that they did not rise; and they fell under my feet. ⁴⁰ “For You have girded me with strength for battle; You have subdued under me those who rose up against me. ⁴¹ “You have also made my enemies turn their backs to me, and I destroyed those who hated me,” 2 Samuel 22:1-41.

“¹⁰ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. ¹¹ Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. ¹² For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. ¹³ Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. ¹⁴ Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ¹⁵ and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; ¹⁶ in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. ¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
¹⁸ With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, ¹⁹ and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel,” Ephesians 6:10-19.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
