I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare you will not be fearful, but you will REMAIN STEADY!
  You TRUST in the Lord your God and EXPECT to SEE how He WILL SAVE YOU!
  Remember: His thoughts are not your thoughts and His ways are HIGHER than your ways, (Isaiah 55:8-9).
• We decree and declare you are CALM in the middle of the opposition!
  The Lord goes before you and is your rear guard.
  YOU ARE GOING FORWARD; the WAY is opened before you.
  Where it has been impassible, it is now level and clear.
  With God, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! (Matthew 19:26).
• We decree and declare YOU will REMAIN CALM and UNAFRAID; you will not be demoralized by those who come against you, both flesh and spirit.
  For the Lord God Almighty says: “It won’t occur, it won’t happen!”
• We decree those who stand against God’s People, and against the Land of Israel, will be broken and will cease to be a people.
  Those who do not have FIRM FAITH in the God of Israel, will not be firmly established.
• We declare the Heavens PRAISE the WONDERS of the Lord in the ASSEMBLY of the ANGELS.
  There is none in the skies who can be compared to the Lord.
  There is none to rival the Lord Most High!
• We decree and declare there is none as MIGHTY as the Lord God of Hosts!
  His FAITHFULNESS surrounds Him. He CONTROLS the raging Sea; when its WAVES rear up, HE CALMS THEM!
  The Heavens and the Earth are the Lord’s; He founded the World and EVERYTHING in it.
• We decree and declare RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE are the foundation of God’s Throne; GRACE and TRUTH attend Him.
  HOW HAPPY are the People who know the Lord and WALK in the LIGHT of His Presence.
• We declare in the Lord I find REFUGE.
  The Lord is in His HOLY TEMPLE, in Heaven. His EYES SEE and test humankind.
  The Lord tests the RIGHTEOUS, but He hates the wicked and the lover of violence.
• We decree and declare the Lord God Almighty will RAIN HOT COALS down on the wicked, FIRE, SULFUR and SCORCHING WIND will be what they get to drink.
  For the Lord is RIGHTEOUS; He loves righteousness; the UPRIGHT SEE HIS FACE.
• We decree and declare the Lord is not phased by the unexpected and sudden STORMS in your life.
  Although the He is QUIET, His authority is ACTIVE.
  DO NOT FEAR!
  Trust in the Lord and REBUKE the STORM that has come upon you.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹³ But Moses said to the people, “Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the Lord which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever. ¹⁴ The Lord will fight for you while you keep silent.” ¹⁵ Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the sons of Israel to go forward. ¹⁶ As for you, lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, and the sons of Israel shall go through the midst of the sea on dry land,” Exodus 14:13-16.

“³ Then the Lord said to Isaiah, “Go out now to meet Ahaz, you and your son Shear-jashub, at the end of the conduit of the upper pool, on the highway to the fuller’s field, ⁴ and say to him, ‘Take care and be calm, have no fear and do not be fainthearted because of these two stubs of smoldering firebrands, on account of the fierce anger of Rezin and Aram and the son of Remaliah. ⁵ Because Aram, with Ephraim and the son of Remaliah, has planned evil against you, saying, ⁶ “Let us go up against Judah and terrorize it, and make for ourselves a breach in its walls and set up the son of Tabeel as king in the midst of it,” ⁷ thus says the Lord God: “It shall not stand nor shall it come to pass. ⁸ For the head of Aram is Damascus and the head of Damascus is Rezin (now within another 65 years Ephraim will be shattered, so that it is no longer a people), ⁹ and the head of Ephraim is Samaria and the head of Samaria is the son of Remaliah. If you will not believe, you surely shall not last.”’” Isaiah 7:3-9.

“⁵ The heavens will praise Your wonders, O Lord; Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones. ⁶ For who in the skies is comparable to the Lord? Who among the sons of the mighty is like the Lord, ⁷ A God greatly feared in the council of the holy ones, and awesome above all those who are around Him? ⁸ O Lord God of hosts, who is like You, O mighty Lord? Your faithfulness also surrounds You. ⁹ You rule the swelling of the sea; when its waves rise, You still them. ¹⁰ You Yourself crushed Rahab like one who is slain; You scattered Your enemies with Your mighty arm. ¹¹ The heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours; the world and all it contains, You have founded them. ¹² The north and the south, You have created them; Tabor and Hermon shout for joy at Your name. ¹³ You have a strong arm; Your hand is mighty, Your right hand is exalted. ¹⁴ Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; lovingkindness and truth go before You. ¹⁵ How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! O Lord, they walk in the light of Your countenance. ¹⁶ In Your name they rejoice all the day, and by Your righteousness they are exalted. ¹⁷ For You are the glory of their strength, and by Your favor our horn is exalted. ¹⁸ For our shield belongs to the Lord, and our king to the Holy One of Israel,” Psalm 89:5-18.

“¹ In the Lord I take refuge; how can you say to my soul, “Flee as a bird to your mountain; ² For, behold, the wicked bend the bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string to shoot in darkness at the upright in heart. ³ If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” ⁴ The Lord is in His holy temple; the Lord’s throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, His eyelids test the sons of men. ⁵ The Lord tests the righteous and the wicked, and the one who loves violence His soul hates. ⁶ Upon the wicked He will rain snares; fire and brimstone and burning wind will be the portion of their cup. ⁷ For the Lord is righteous, He loves righteousness; the upright will behold His face,” Psalm 11:1-7.

^“23 When He got into the boat, His disciples followed Him. ²⁴ And behold, there arose a great storm on the sea, so that the boat was being covered with the waves; but Jesus Himself was asleep. ²⁵ And they came to Him and woke Him, saying, “Save us, Lord; we are perishing!” ²⁶ He *said to them, “Why are you afraid, you men of little faith?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it became perfectly calm. ²⁷ The men were amazed, and said, “What kind of a man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?” Matthew 8:23-27.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
